Even the Cards makes Calls (Solo)

"Have you heard word? There's a new communication lacrima out on the market! They say that it's all the rage, and even more portable than a normal one!" A redheaded woman exclaims loudly from a table across from the mage in the tavern.

"Really Marceline? How can it be portable?" A black haired woman replies to the redhead.

"Oh! Here, lemme show you a picture!" The redhead had pulled out a paper and showed it to her friend. "They call it an iLac! And it's only made in the Neutral Grounds. And the iLac company is currently giving them away to anyone who goes to visit their company. I'm thinking of going to get one myself."

"That seems totally rad..."

A short cropped, black haired woman stands up and walks across the tavern to be behind the two women. "Um... pardon me for intruding, but... can I... Can I look at that too really quickly?" She questions quietly, and the girls look up to her before the redhead holds up the paper for her to read. Gaia used her glasses to read the paper in a second. She smiles softly and nods a thank you before she starts to make her way out of the Tavern. "Noya... think that seems rather convenient to have with this guild?" A little white fuzz on the back of the girls neck chirps at her and snuggles her head against her a bit before resting it back down. The girl wore a grey, turtle neck sweater, a green miniskirt, a pair of dark pantyhose, some leather boots, and a tan glove on her left hand. Around her neck was a white ferret that snuggled up happily against her between her sweater collar and neck. "Guess we're off to the Neutral Grounds." She snickers and goes buy a train ticket for herself.

It doesn't take her too long to get to the closest stop, in which Gaia's able to hail a carriage and be on her way to the Neutral Ground. She pays the driver for the travel when he got to as far as he could go with her, and she walks a small distance before Noya begins to whine a bit to her. Gaia felt the sensation of the magic being sapped from her, and looks around a bit. "Guess the magic isn't allowed here." She muses softly as she closes her eyes briefly before she starts walking off in search of the iLac company.

Noya perked her head up and chirped a bit as she noticed a sign. Gaia looks up and smiles to herself. "Good job Noy, you seem to always know where I need to go..." She chuckles quietly to the creature before starting to walk over to the building. As soon as she walks in the building, there's groups of people talking with a representative about the iLacs and how they work. She walks up slowly to a table with a guy by it, and he smiles softly to her. "Hello Miss. Are you here for an iLac?" Gaia nods slowly and the man smiles. "Is it alright if I grab you a pink one? You seem like you may like it. How about I tell you about the iLac. iLac grants the user the ability to contact any other person who also owns an iLac, providing that other person gave the caller their Lacrima Identification Code. You can also access the lacrima-net, it has a calendar, calculator, Health and Mana tracker, stopwatch, alarm, as well as a Sorcerer's Weekly app installed already. There are some apps on the lacrima-net you can download as well."

"Are there... books on it?"

That question startled the man for a moment, making him just blink at her for a moment. "Books? Well... I suppose there might be, but yeah. Books are on the lacrima-net as well for you to install on your iLac. Are you interested in it?" The man asks her. Gaia eyed the communication lacrima quietly for a moment, before she takes a deep breath. "Yes, I'd like it. And pink is just fine." She muses before the man goes into showing her how it works exactly. Gaia was rather interested, and slowly walked out of the factory with the lacrima in her hand, getting used to the apps on the lacrima already. "I think we scored great, Noya." She chuckles as she gingerly rubs her cheek on her pets head before she found the camera. She turned to get a nice background, and snaps a quick picture of her and Noya close together. "Aw... it's a cute picture!" She muses and figure out how to quickly make the picture her iLac's background. "Now off to the guild again!" She laughs before she goes to hail another carriage.
