    Public Wolves on the Beach

Post by Quill Scorchwood 16th April 2018, 4:24 pm

Quill was glad that he was part of a guild now and he wanted to show his guild how glad he is to be there, so he thought,'Hey it is spring time, I should throw my guild a beach party here in Paradise.' He then posted on the Guild's walls the following:

Dear Guild mates, my name is Quill Scorchwood, your new guild mate. I am throwing a party in my home, you are all invited to come. Please enter the golden portal with your swimwear on and towels at hand, also bring snacks as well though snacks will be provided anyways.

Quill then left a golden portal left open on the right side of the entrance of the guild hall, one someone had enter they would see a crystal blue once that looked like nothing had touched it at all, they would also see a place where the part was being held. There was a sign that read," Rules, do not kill in Paradise, listen to Quill, do not bother the cleaner drakes especially the red and gold ones and do not steal from Paradise." Quill would greet the guild member that would come though the portal with Shard, Stormfang, Ava, and Luna with him.

Poko paced back and forth in front of the portal, her gold hair swaying under her woven sun hat as she tried to decide if she wanted to join her guild mates on Paradise’s beach. The blonde had secretly been avoiding visiting for a long time and she wondered if Quill had even noticed her lack of enthusiasm towards doing so. Of course he would have, there would no doubt be questions and she wanted to avoid those questions.  It’s not like she wanted things to be weird, they just had been recently and Poko wasn’t sure how to fix it. She had already gone so far as to dress for the occasion, thinking it would help her make up her mind on the matter, but it only seemed to complicate her thoughts. She adorned a blue two piece with gold trimming that she had thought would be appropriate, but she felt somewhat uncomfortable with it alone and had chosen to throw one of her oversized grey and black striped sweatshirts and a cute little white skirt over the top of her swimsuit. Upon her feet she had chosen to wear a pair of white sandals that were a near perfect match her skirt.

Even though Poko looked the part, she was still trying to make up her mind as she mumbled to herself inaudibly in front of the dimensional rift, earning her a few concerned looks from her guild mates as they either went through the portal themselves or continued about their business around the base. Poko closed her eyes trying to think of a way she could enjoy the beach but avoid Quill, her head swaying from side to side as she did, but avoiding him completely was probably going to be impossible, seeing as he was the host of the beach party. Maybe she should wait for a friendly face before joining? That seemed like a good idea, it might be less awkward that way. Nodding as she made her decision she would open her eyes, currently shining a very determined dark crimson as she scanned the vicinity for a friendly face she could tag along with through the portal to Paradise.

Kalec just happened to be one of the first people who got to see Quill throw up the notice on the board. He had been sitting in the guild hall enjoying a nice drink of his ice cold orange juice. Drinking a glass of orange juice in the morning was always one of his morning ritual's ever since he was kid. Doing so would give him flash backs of his childhood. Kalec would remember sitting at the breakfast table sipping on his morning juice, while his mother would fix nearly everything one would make for breakfast.

He watched as Quill had finished with the board and went and stared at the wall for minute. Kalec wasn't able to see what happened next, but suddenly a golden colored portal appeared out of no where. Kalec tilted his head trying to piece together what he just saw. He gulped down the orange juice and placed the glass back on the table. He quickly walked over to the board and began to read what Quill added to it. After a few seconds passed, Kalec nodded his head and made a dash toward his room. He changed from his normal attire and threw on a pair of black swim trunks with blue and gold lightning bolts crossing repeatedly over the trunks design. He threw on a black sleeveless shirt and fixed his hair up into a neat little bun on the top of his head. I really need to cut this mess off. It might be time for a trim. he would say to himself as he finished messing with his hair. He slipped on his brown leather sandals and made his way out.

Upon leaving the room he made his way to a storage closet that had extra towels stored in it. Grabbing a red & black beach towel that was most fitting for the beach. The design on it was a skull and crossbones that read "Searching for the booty", this towel was always one of Kalec's favorites. He trekked down the stairs and made his way to the kitchen. He filled up a plastic bag with cold drinks and small bags of assorted snacks. These should be enough, I hope. He thought to himself as he walked through the kitchen door and back into the main entrance of the guild hall. Kalec lifting his head up from looking in the plastic bag, saw Poko standing in what he could only assume was her beach outfit.

Kalec would push a whistle from his mouth that was both playful and flirty at the same time. Kalec enjoyed teasing the girl. "Aw where you waiting for me this whole time." he would say giving a smile and slightly laughing.

Post by Kitalpha Aurence 17th April 2018, 3:17 pm

The note upon the wall looked marvelously attractive. Lately the guild had gotten crowded, many new people had been arriving and although she had wished to know them a bit more than she did now, life had given her ample time to do so, aside from Poko, whom she’d had the honor of meeting prior in a… rather feisty turn of events. A little raging over spilled food had been one of the many ways the blonde had tried to become acquainted with people… but that she had actually managed to make a friend through it was a first. A grin played upon the warrioress’ lips as she tapped the board and turned around, going over the many outfits stored within her treasury. Not that she cared about fashion and such, but she’d always liked to go to the beach once…. get to know the scents that danced upon the waves, the feeling of a salty wind brushing against her skin. It’d be her first time at a proper beach. As, despite her years of travelling, she’d never even gotten remotely close to the sea. The mainland held no mysteries for her, but the unkempt deep blue had all that and more still hidden from her.

Overly excited the blonde mentally scrolled through a few selected outfits and settled with what seemed to be a good choice; not too revealing, not too covered-up. It wasn’t that she was ashamed of showing some skin, but she’d been kindly reminded that there was a place and time for anything, but just not now. Or something along those lines. She didn’t really bother returning to her own room to get dressed like any other probably would and requiped instantly, trading her regular clothing for a black bikini, decorated with a minimum of golden trimmings and a single golden pearl in between the cleavage, where both cups connected. A red, leaf-patterned sarong adorned her waist, one side tied on her left hip and revealing most of her left leg in the process. Her golden bracelet multiplied and appeared on both wrists, with a golden circlet wrapped around her left bicep. Surely these were more accessories than she needed for an outing to the beach, yet she felt it had to be as such, and no more. As a pair of sunglasses materialised in her hand the blonde started moving towards the main hall, ready to find the portal and get the party started.

Or so she thought. Instead she found Poko and Kalec in front of the golden portal, in time to have heard Kalec’s whistling game and smiled rather amused as she slowed down her pace enough for the two to have some time for conversation between themselves before speaking up herself. ”What a lovely day, don't you think?” she said loud and clear as she passed by the two and pat Poko on the back almost comfortingly, only to remain lingering in between the twosome and the portal for a short moment, a playful grin dancing upon her lips. ”You two planning on spending the day outside the portal together, or are you actually taking that step forward towards this golden Paradise?” she said, eyeing the two with a friendly face. As she stood now it almost seemed like she was trying to hold an elevator from closing its doors, one leg already halfway through the portal. ”Well… either way, I’ll go ahead and keep our host company. I’ll save you a good spot so take all the time you need~” Kitalpha winked teasingly as she pushed her sunglasses into her hair and made a bowing gesture while moving through the portal. ”See you on the other side!”

Moments later she arrived on the other side, being met by a strong sun immediately burning into her skin, as well as Quill and his companions, whom she curiously eyed. ”This place is just… wow. I’m at a loss for words, truly, this is quite the masterpiece, Quill!” she greeted her fellow guildmate with an approving nod.

"Oh hello Poko, nice of you to join me, the beetle chocolates are on the snack table, i made a bunch of different ones for everyone to try. There are other sweets but those are for later." Quill then sees a new face he haven't seen yet so he walked up to her and greeded her as well, he would bow and say,"Hello and welcome to my home, it is always nice to meet such a lovely lady like you, if you need anything just ask. But please remember the rules, it is so you don't get harmed." He looks up and smile, then he moved to the guy that came in with the lady and said," Hello, please enjoy yourself and keep this in mind, i have a zero tolerance policy on sexual harassment so please keep your hands to yourself. Other then that please come to me if you need anything or need help with something." Quill then went to where he set up his spot on the beach, Quill was wearing swim trunks with a thunder striking a gem designed on it, with a jacket for when night came, he would remove it once he had entered the water. Luna was wearing a bikini that showed a little more skin then normal but that is because of her genes that she needs to wear stuff like that.

Poko blushed upon hearing the whistle, but her face returned to its regular complexion as she realised it was just Kalec. Narrowing her eyes at him she would reply with a curt, "No." as she placed her hands on her hips. However, she didn't have time to attempt a decent comeback as they were soon interrupted by Kitalpha who teased them as she made her way past, "Hey! Wait! I am most definitely NOT hanging out all day with that idiot!" the blonde retorted as she ran into the dimensional rift after her fellow guild mate, holding her hat with her spare hand so it wouldn't fall off, leaving Kalec behind to follow if he wished.

As soon as she appeared on the other side, she immediately felt the soft sand crunch under her shoes as she gave a polite nod in Quill's direction as he mentioned the sweets. Goddamn him for knowing her one true weakness, sugary treats. How was she supposed to ignore him when he had obviously gone to the effort to prepare such a wonderful day for everyone? "Hi and thanks." Poko managed to mutter almost rudely in her friend's direction before heading off to grab herself one of the chocolate beetles, wondering why it still felt so uncomfortable to talk to him. She shoved one of the sweets into her mouth, savouring the flavour by letting it melt slowly on her tongue. Trying to forget all about the comfortableness of the situation she looked around, only to realise she had forgotten to wake up and bring Zephyr along, he would kill her if he found out she visited Paradise without him.

Poko closed her eyes, concentrating on picturing his adorable bunny-like form as she summoned him telepathically. A small purple puff of air appeared before her, looking a little hazy, as if he'd just been woken up. "Ah, sorry buddy, but I thought you'd love the chance to play with Stormfang and Ava." the blonde apologised while simultaneously explaining to him the reason for forcing him awake. His purple eyes lit up at the thought of seeing his buddies again and immediately began searching for them, as soon as he spotted them Zephyr bounded through the air, causing small gusts of wind to swirl along the sandy beach as he made his way over and pounced on Stormfang with absolute joy. The view brought a tiny smile to Poko's face, she loved seeing her companion so happy, maybe the other guardians would enjoy a day at the beach as well? Poko considered it, if she summoned them it would mean dealing with Shisa for a whole day, she wasn't sure she could stand that, so for now she would let them remain in their own world.

Once she had finally made her choice, she looked around the beach, deciding on where to set up her things, she had brought with her a small pink beach umbrella, her pink and blue star covered towel and various other supplies in her brown satchel. Poko scanned the beach, ultimately deciding she would set up close to wherever her fellow blonde guild mate had decided to. Once she spotted Kitalpha she strolled over to set up her own things close by with a sarcastic, "Oh, thank you so much for saving me this spot!"

Kalec gave a slight chuckle as Poko called him an idiot. He shrugged it off, after all it was just an opinion of some little girl. He stepped through the golden portal, and right away the smell of the salt water lingering in the air was absolutely heavenly. He closed his eyes and took in a deep breath taking in all the new smells of this place had to offer. He was then approached by Quill, hearing him speak Kalec opened up his eyes and tried to greet him. However his attempt was cut short as Quill greeted him first and instantly told him about his zero tolerance for sexual harassment. Kalec taken back by this threw his arms up and looked at him. "Do you honestly think I'm that bad of a guy?" He asked in an agitated tone of voice. Kalec had only known this guy for a short amount of time,Surely he wouldn't have thought of him to be that way.

Kalec didn't wait to hear the man's response and instead shoved the bag of snacks and cold drinks into his hands and walked away. He found an ideal spot. There were two palm trees that hung over the beach, providing amble amount of shade. He instantly found his spot for a nap. This spot was away from everyone else sure, but it was the nice quite spots that Kalec found more enjoyable. He strolled over to the shaded area and laid his pirate themed beach towel down. He took off his sleeveless shirt and rolled it up into a nice ball and laid it at the top of the towel. He slipped off his sandals and gently laid down on the towel as to not kick up any sand. "Ah this really is paradise." He spoke to himself a loud as he crossed his arms behind his head and laid his head down on his shirt.

… Wait, did he hear it right? A party in Quill’s home called Paradise? Why would Yuvon stay out of such an event, that would be too out of character. He instantly closed the novel book called ‘The World Eater’ and looked out of the window that showed the skies of Apocrypha. Even from here, Quill’s and the others’ voices could be heard. He heard about 3 other voices too… more than enough reason to take his dull butt up from the chair and go get some fun..!

“He mentioned swimwear, though…” Yuvon reminded himself on his way as he braked his feet. This called for a quick thinking as he lifted up his hand, causing an entity to raise up from the ground. This entity was but a shelf showcasing various swim trunks, and with a tentacle sticking out from Yuvon’s sleeve, he grabbed a random one. In the end, the thinking would be worthless as any pair of trunks would do, so why stress over it? In a swift move, he was ready - dark-green swim trunks that blended in with the atmosphere here, a towel over his right shoulder and lots of energy. It was now time to exit Apocrypha and go see to his guildmates…

Oh! He almost forgot! How dangerous of him to forget the one item that he needed so dearly! He turned his feet in an instant as he remembered that, if he was to visit any place close to a sea or lake with waves, he had to go get his surfboard. Once when he managed to receive a rather fashionable one, he finally took a step and exited Apocrypha through a portal out of nowhere that led him to the formal realm of Earthland. He spawned right in front of the golden door, which was perfect and inviting with the soft heat of the beach at the other side of it.

Sounding almost like drums, his feet would dash towards the waters with the surfboard in his arm. A mighty laugh would cross the shore from his face… that was still covered behind that kraken mask. “The mighty waves shall bend to my surfing skills! Ahahahahaha..!!!”

Entering a golden portal she found in the guild hall, Leona found herself stepping onto a sandy beach. Wearing her typical white t-shirt and desert camouflage shorts, she removed her socks and boots and placed them in her backpack. It was an idyllic beach environment. There was sand and water as far as she could see. There were also people here too, presumably all Silver Wolf members.

She walked along the beach. Though she had seen plenty of sand, she had never been on a beach before. That was, until today. For some reason she felt like there would be no need to fight. She smoothly walked on the sand, the powdery sand not hindering her movement in any way. She walked towards the gathering of people she had spotted earlier.

When she got within speaking distance, she greeted them.

"Hi there. I'm Leona Jarnefeldt." She introduced herself to the gathering.

Quill had saw the strange men with the weird mask, he told him that the master of this zone didn't like people surfing on his waves without a offering then handed him a gem. The gem looked like it was made of water and felt like it wet but wasn't, he then told him that he has to swim out the the middle of the water line and throw it in." If you throw it in far enough you can get some really big waves." Quill then turned to someone that look like they wandered in without looking at the poster, it was a girl who said her name was Leona Jarnefeldt. Quill greeted her and said,"It is nice to meet you Leona, my name is Quill Scorchwood, master of this realm and it seemed that you didn't read the poster I had left, no worry I have swim wear you can have if you don't have some on hand." Quill then took the girls hand and dragged her to a location where there were a bunch of different kinds of swim wear for both men and woman of all kinds,"Pick which ever you want and put it on, come join us when you are finished." Quill then joined back up to the main group of people

With a cooler full of freshly made sandwiches, Mizumi Adjusted her light colored Sun hat with a light pink jacket over ehr shoulders and arms. Underneath was a blue swimsuit with a large white stripe in the center. Large bronze sunglasses covered her eyes as she stepped through. Her toes didn't touch the sand as her black flip flops protected them from the gritty substrate. She smiled and gave a light nod and wave to Quill, since he was dealing with someone else.

She found the snack bar and walked over to set up the handmade sandwiches. Half hoagies. They had four different fillings. Ham, Roast Beef, Turkey, or just veggies. They all had lettuce, tomato, pickles, and cheese. The Ham had Swiss cheese, Roast Beef had Chedder Cheese, Turkey had colby jack. And the Veggie had shredded mozerella. After she set out the last butcher paper wrapped sandwich, she pulled out a large beach towel from the bottom of the cooler and made her way to a sunny spot out of the common path.

Poko nodded, finally happy with the way she had set up her stuff under her big beach umbrella, she had placed a small barrier around it so it would not be blown away by a gust of wind other than her own. The blonde girl then looked around seeing an unfamiliar face get shown to swimsuit selection, she would be sure to introduce herself later, then there was Yuvon who looked like he was getting ready to do some surfing, that was interesting, she hadn't picked him for the type to enjoy the beach, especially with that huge mask on all the time. Lastly the latest addition to the party seemed to be Mizumi, who had brought a few extra snacks, which Poko made a note of to try later when she was feeling a bit more peckish. Ultimately she decided that it was time for sunscreen, then afterwards swimming, but this meant removing her jacket and skirt, which made her stomach churn a bit, she wasn't embarrassed about her body, quite the opposite, she knew she was stunning, but that only made things just as bad. It tended to mean she drew unwanted attention from others, she began to regret not choosing a more conservative swimsuit, but she tried to snap herself out of it. These people were her guild mates they wouldn't be like the others, or at least she hoped not.

Poko slowly unzipped her jacket, revealing the top half of her bikini, it was a simple style, coloured blue with golden trimming. After removing the sweater completely she took out her sunscreen and began lathering up, she wasn't sure if Paradise's sun could burn, but she wasn't going to take any chances. After she was done, she decided to leave her skirt on for now, she could easily still coat her legs without issues. Once she was completely done, she knew she'd have to wait half hour or so for it to work properly so she decided to properly introduce herself to Quill's fiance, so far she had been avoiding her, but she couldn't exactly do that today. Poko strolled over to the girl, she was beautiful, but had quite a few qualities of a dragon, including scales, horns and a tail. She tried not to stare, in case it seemed rude, she wanted to make friends with her after all, that way she could feel comfortable visiting Quill again like she used to. Once close enough she would wave in her direction with a quiet, "H-hello! I'm Poko. It's nice to finally get to properly meet you."

He spent some time deciding on what to do, being close to so many people could cause his panic to flare up again and he didn't want to embarrass himself in front of the entire guild! Taking a deep breath to calm himself he eventually decided that it would be best for him to face his fears head on and try out this 'Party'. After all how bad could this be if there were snacks? And surely he could occupy a small space and definitely not get surrounded by people and end up Swarming and- deep breath. Again.
Firmly keeping his mind away from the thought of so many peopl- Deep breath. How did he get swimwear?
Looking down at himself he thought back to times when he had been out and had to cross streams and the like, he'd always just dried out his clothes after.
Arghast rolled up his trouser legs and then nodded sagely to himself 'There that should suffice'
Heading towards the portal he saw several familiar faces step through, he lingered around the doorway studying his palm whilst keeping one eye on the portal. Once he was satisfied that all was quiet Arghast sloped up to the portal trying to look as inconspicuous as he could. Arghast took a deep breath closed his eyes and made the final step through before he could change his mind.

Quill had saw that there was a lot of people here now, each guild mate was doing their own thing and Quill was still organizing everything, there was a new arrive and like the other one he wasn't wearing any swimwear, so he told him that if he needed swimwear to go to the blue tent and pick one out. Meanwhile poko was talking to Luna and she said,"Oh so you are Poko, Quill told me about you when you came to visit. The name is Luna, i'm his arrange fiancé, to be frank I didn't want to but now its a bit nice getting to know him well until he starts finding more girls for the harem." Luna then laugh after saying that, Quill then got a loudspeaker and said "ATTENTION EVERYONE, THE DIAMOND BOILER HOT SPRING IS NOW OPEN, FAIR WARNING THE SPRINGS HAS A MASSIVE DIAMOND IN IT AND IF ANYONE TRIES TO STEAL IT THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH A LOT OF MONSTERS." Quill then open a short range portal to the Diamond Boiler so people can hop between the beach to the hot springs.

Hearing Quill yell loudly about a large diamond, peaked the young treasure hunters interest. He quickly sat up and turned his head to face the direction where the sound emanated from. He noticed that a lot of people were slowly pouring in. He knew that probably in no time flat that it was going to be heavily populated. Kalec put on his sandals and gathered his things and took off toward the portal to the hot springs.

While running past all his fellow guild mates he would flash them all a smile and a quick two finger salute. "It's Nice to see you all, but I'm going to be the first one to the diamond." He would shout. Kalec was too far away to hear everything clear that Quill yelled. All Kalec knew was that the new portal had a large Diamond inside of it.

Kalec jumped through the portal and ended up at a hot spring. He was really disappointed when he transferred to the new area. He and Poko had not that long ago just got done cleaning a few of these. He sighed walking over to the containers, pulling one out and throwing his stuff in. He then would saunter over and just let himself fall into the water. As he was falling he spun around the balm of his foot letting his back hit flush against the waters surface. Kalec just laid in the water floating on his back. "I've been tricked damn it." he would say out loud as he drifted around in the hot spring.

Leona went into the designated area and changed into a swimsuit. She picked a modest one-piece bathing suit that was colored tan. It covered everything and then some. Once her suit was on and her normal clothes in her backpack, she put it on and rejoined the group.

"Hi there. How's it going?" Leona asked the group. She did not know where to begin when talking to people. There were so many new faces it was overwhelming.
