Description: A caster type of magic that draws power from one’s anger, anguish and fear. The trigger for Eero was the realization of the fear of his other self. Blackheart magic is fueled by intense emotions and as such, there is a risk of getting overwhelmed, losing self to the endless abyss. It is a grueling task to keep one's emotions in check, but they will be rewarded with power, if they persevere. However, in reality, it is more of an endless curse than power. This magic can be used in any style, is influenced, but not absolutely determined by the triggering emotion. Eero utilizes this magic in offensive and tactical forms.
Strengths:
Flexibility - This magic can be employed in multitude of styles and forms, befitting the owner.
Engulf light - Spells of this type of magic are strong against light-based magics.
Weaknesses:
Consuming madness - The abyss is always close and open and without caution one can get swallowed into nothingness.
Smitten by light - Employers of this magic are naturally weak to light-based spells.
Jack of trades - While the magic is indeed flexible, it also means that it does not necessarily excel in any particular style.

Description:
Eons ago, the eternal mother of the Night fell in love with a human. Transforming into human form, she eloped with the young mortal and lived with him until the end of his days. Their union bore three healthy kids, one of them specially rare. He had had been endowed with her mother's power, a progeny of Nyx.
Ability:
Those who were not skipped by this lineage gets the ability "Night Form". For a brief duration, the user will meta-morph into a humanoid being of pure dark matter. Their body was molded from the fragment of the cosmos, making them virtually indestructible for a few moments.
Usage:
Night form can only be activated at night and twice per thread. During this time, your body is virtually immune to magic attacks which are equal to your rank or less (75% damage reduction). Physical attacks won't reach you for they will just pass right through you unless they are enhanced through magic somehow which will still be weakened by the damage reduction given, the drawback is you can't use any attacks or magic during this time. Effect lasts for 2 posts with a 4 post cooldown and can't be deactivated or cancelled.
A lesser version can be used passively in which their body is simply darker than normal, half normal looking half night-like. It reduces damage by 25% in general at night and lets you move 50% faster in shadow while still not able to attack or use magic.

- Unique Abilities:
Living Dead - Passive - A special ability for Blackheart users. The abyss allows the owner to withstand mortal damage, refusing to be knocked below 1 HP. Effect lasts until it is Eero's turn to move. Can only occur once per thread.
Sole Survivor - Passive - The demise of others fuels the deadly abyss, healing Eero for 5% of his maximum HP after a whole fight is finished. Triggers only once every other post
Black Shroud - Eero can shroud parts of his body - a single limb at maximum - in dark energies. Allows him to phase affected part of body through physical objects. Effect lasts for 1 post with a cooldown of 3 posts.

Description: Eero summons forth dark energies to form a darkness-based magic attack and releases it from his left palm with a cry. A basic frontal line AOE attack of deep purple and black energies with no added effects, dealing 50% of D-rank worth of damage to anybody caught in range. Range: length - 20m ; width - 15m.

Allows Eero to attack multiple enemies at once
Weaknesses:
Can hit both enemies and allies
Does't have any added effects

Description: Eero summons forth dark energies to form a single deep purple orb in his right palm to send it flying towards enemies. Can hit only one target, but can be intercepted by another enemy or unfortunate ally. Range: length - 60m.

Provides a long range attack
Weaknesses:
Can be intercepted by enemies and allies

Description: Eero calls forth dark energies in form of a intricate crest in his hands. He then designates a target location, while shoving his hands forward, creating a puddle of red and black energy that slows down enemies caught inside by 60%, dealing no damage. Casting range: 20m ; AOE diameter: 7m.
Strengths:
Tactical skill that hinders movement, making enemies more vulnerable
Weaknesses:
Deals no damage
Once enemies take the spell's location into consideration, it is no longer as effective

Description: Eero summons forth dark energies to form a deep purple wall that can be seen through to block projectiles. With a wave his left hand upward and a snap of his fingers a wall is erected 1m in front of Eero, that absorbs up to 3 D-rank spells worth of damage or dissipates after 2 posts. Wall size: 5m line in front of Eero, 3m in height.
Strengths:
A defensive wall that protects from damage
Somewhat obstructs enemy movement
Weaknesses:
Deals no damage
Can be seen through, allowing the enemy to be able to read movements
