Rarest Flower [Solo - Freya]

Freya rubbed the apple on her t-shirt smiling at the shiny surface, bringing it up to her mouth to take a bite sighing as the crunchy deliciousness filled her mouth. She pushed open the door to Magnolias Medicinal shop on the outskirts of the town. The bell above the tinkled as she walked in finishing off the last of her apple and throwing the core into a garden bed beside the shop. "Hey I'm here to found that flower...hello is anyone in?" she asked peering round the shop looking for anyone. Freya flinched slightly as an old man with spectacles stepped out from behind the desk "Ah thankyou thankyou follow me I'll show you a picture of the flower and where it is supposed to be located" the man said quickly shuffling behind the counter and pulling out a map and a picture of a pretty looking flower. Freya smiled as she took the map and picture from the man, it didn't look like the flower would be to hard to get to but it seemed monsters would always pop up just when she really didn't need them. Freya turned on her heels striding out the door staring at the picture of the flower. It was really quite beautiful with long blue petals tipped with silver colouring, it looked like the kind of flower she would wear, or eat depends on the situation.

Freya stood outside the edge of the Spooky Forest, hands on hips "Right Orochi time to find a flower, it's a shame I can't eat it though" she said with a grin looking down at her snake she strode into the forest. Freya looked down at the map, it seemed this flower was almost a kilometer walk away near a stream, she side not liking the prospect of the long walk ahead "It's not that bad beside you need the exercise fatty" Orochi chuckled, Freya look down making an indignant noise as she walked "I am not fat!" she said patting her belly and squinting at the snake flipping her hair over her shoulder causing the snake to whack itself against her shoulder bones. The dragon slayer and her pet walked in silence not talking as Freya concentrated on following the map her nose buried in the piece of paper. The snake wondered absent mindedly whether Freya could see where she was going when the girl walked straight into a tree, tripping over and landing embarressingly on her butt. Freya gave a squeak of suprise grumbling as she stood up dusting her backside. Looking up slowly as she sensed the prescense of monster her eyes widened as she saw the pack of four wolves circled around her their lips pulled back in a snarl, Freya guessed they must have been stalking her for a while now, she mentally slapped herself for not noticing them earlier. She slowly rose to her feet ready to fight.

'Monster Dice' :

Freya slid into a crouch her eyes grazing around the circle the wolves has formed around her she clenched her jaw, no way was she going to be wolf lunch. She chose her first victim and launched towards the wolf directly to her left bringing her knee up to the wolfs face. The beast gave a wolfish smiling dodging her first attack but fell prey to the kick in the ribs, Freya winced as she heard the sound of a crack. She steeled herself and ignored it turning round to attack the silver furred wolf advancing towards her she went to kick it, but it had learnt from her previous attacks and jumped nimbly out the way. Freya gave a frustrated grumble, taking a step to attacks again when the wolves leapt towards her simultaniously she brought an arm up blocking the first two wolves attacks but cried out in suprise as she felt the teeth of the silver furred wolf sinking into her arm tearing the fabric on her sleeves. She shook it off nursing her arm hoping it wouldn't get infected later on the second wolf followed up the earlier attack clawing at her leg. Freya winced and jumped over the wolves catching her breath as she prepared to face them again

Freya wiped a hand across her mouth sucking in a large breath, the earthen materials around her seemed to be sucked in. "Earth Dragons Roar!" She gave a small grimace but shrugged opening her mouth letting rip the torrent of sharp rocks and stones as they blasted directly towards the wolves pushing Freya back as she slid along the ground sliding to a stop and standing up waiting for the dust to clear, hoping the wolves had been caught up in the whirlwind of rocks. She didn't wait any longer running towards the dust cloud easily seeing throught the dust looking for the wolves, it would be best if she attacked quickly while the wolves were dazed from her roar. Freya grinned as she saw one dazed wolf wandered dizzingly around before falling over unconscious, one down three to go. She sensed one of the wolves behind her and swung her leg out sending the wolf into a tree before turning away suddenly covering her ears as the tree creeked cracking and falling over straight onto the unexpecting wolf. Freya winced and turned back wondering where the other wolf had slunk off to, she bent down to tie the laces on her boots standing up suddenly as she hear the woosh of the wolves leaping at her she ducked dodging the first one, the second wolf took her by suprise tearing of the shredded remains of her sleeve and making an ugly gash on her arm. Tears sprung to Freyas eyes as she clenched her fist ignoring the pain as she stood the wolf down. She would finihs them both now, a storm was brewing and she didn't want the flower to be damaged badly or have to fight in the rain, she didn't fancy catching a cold when she had so recently joined Blue Pegasus

Freya eyed the two wolves warily her snake coiling around her arm hissing menacingly at the two wolves. Freya closed her eyes concentrating "Earthquake" she whispered as the earth heaved around her as the level changed quickly surely unbalancing the wolves she leapt up landing spritely in a tree swallowing her fear of heights, she wasn't that high after all. She leapt forward making a beeline for the two wolves Orochi steadily growing in size as he also fell towards the wolves, Freya wondered if the snake could squish the canines "Who's the fatty now" she said moments before they hit the wolves. Both wolves look of yipping like puppies as they slipped out of Freya and the snakes path, the pair smacked into the ground. Freya made a noise of suprise, but Orochi just went to his full height slithering after the wolves, he the earthquake had no affect on they kept their balance perfectly. Freya stood up and kicked a tree in frustration, her eyes watering as her toes throbbed painfully. Both wolves jumped towards her appearing out of nowhere she ducked scrambling backwards along the ground puffing slightly, looking at her snake who was seething.

Freya shook her head she was getting nowhere with this. She gave a quick glance towards her snake before sprinting of towards the direction of the flower, she would have to deal the wolves later. Orochi made a distainful nose slithering along beside her speedily his tail whipping side to side trying to hit one of the wolves. Freya cocked her head to the side listening intently. Right the wolves were just ahead of them she scratched her head she needed to think of something smart to trap the wolves. She continued running towards the flower stream when she skidded to a halt stopping and spinning round tunneling a large hole into the ground "Orochi lure them here!" she yelled rushing round frantically as she finished her pitgall kneeling behind a pushing peering through the leaves comically as she heard the sound of wolves loping towards the pitful. She sucked in a breath and crossed her fingers. It had to work she froze as the two wolves came into view the first one unexpecting of the hole fell in with a startled how that was Orochi pounced slithering into the whole and squeezing the life out of the wolf. The second one however dodged out of the way Freya cursed that wolf was the craftier one. She lunge towards it exposing her dragon slayer canines. The wolf snarled back at her leaping forward it jaws missing Freya by inches "No way am I going to let you tear my other sleeve to shreds I love this outfit" she said ducking out of the way of the wolf turning around to face the crafty canine again. She curled her fist punching it straight in the nose trying to stop a laugh at the wolfs suprised face.

Orochi slithere out of the pit smiling at Freya exposing fangs, however she was rathered distracted with her staring contest with the wolf. She let her lips curls into a smile towards the snake, nodding at the idea she knew was forming in the snakes head. Orochi slithered towards the wolf shrinking in size till he had regained his original size of a pet python. Freya sprung towards the wolf slipping sideways in her attack to attack speedily, she slid the side suprise she didn't think she'd used up that much magical energy, it must be the strain of taking to many jobs she sighed about to get up and face the wolf again when Orochi wrapped around the wolf in a flash hissing menacily. The whimpered freezing as it was about to snap at the snake. The snake grinned then started laughing it sounded like a cross between a hiss and laugh very strange to the hear "gehissgehegheghiss stupid pup" Freya rolled her eyes both her and her pet were only d-rank the wolves could still prove a challenge for them. The wolf squirmed in the snakes grasp before orochi let goo flinging the wolf into the distance. Freya breathed a sigh of relief we finished them all thank goodness.

Freya leant against a tree letting out a sigh as the snake returned to his original size and curling up in her hair she stood up and pulled her map back out "Right lets get this flower back before that storm hits us" she said casting an ominous look at the sky. She picked up the pace walking steadily towards the flower stream pushing various branches aside till she found it. Freya exclaimed in suprised running up to the flower and kneeling next to it, it was quite exquisite in beauty and she took the utmost care picking it. She held it gently afraid it would break and the whole job would be for nothing. She whirled around and started to job back to the medicinal shop, humming to herself keeping a wary eye out for any monsters that might attacks her. She grumbled to herself as she tripped several times lifting the flower up in fright everytime frantically hoping she didn't stuff up by dropping it stupidly.

She reached the edge of the spooky forest and took a step out back into the safety of the nearby town into the light. She may love the earth but the spooky forest still freaked her out every time. She pushed the door open to the medicinal shop smiling at the tinkling bell and walking up to the desk. "Hello I got the flower I'm sorry I took so long" the spectacled man popped up from behind the counter pushing his glasses up and taking the flower quickly from her and placing it in a posh looking glass box. Freya looked down at her torn clothes and blushed embarressed she must look like a total mess she sighed taking the jewels appreciatively from the man pushing open the door and leaving reminding herself she needed to get her clothes fixed. "It's been awhile since I've done a solo job huh Orochi, it's nice for a change though" she said sitting down on a bench outside the job thinking about the next task she had ahead of her hoping it would be an interesting one, she should probably get back to the guild and help with the rebuilding it still wasn't 100 per cent complete yet, she couldn't wait till it was they would have one of the shinest and newest guilds definetley something to be proud of.

Freya crossed her legs weighingt the bag of jewels in her hand smiling, she'd definetly put these jewels towards the guild, she wondered how her fellow guild mates were doing, she'd heard rumours of unease in Magnolia and hoped it was nothing to worry about, she'd left her Rune Knight past behind but still she knew they had lost several members and hoped they were still coping. She glaced up at the sky it looked like it was about to rain she hoped it would hold off though. She stood up taking a step back towards her guild when the heavens opened and rain bucketed down. Freya squeal and started to run in the distance all someone would be able to hear was the sounds of two companions bickering and the occasional squeals and the girl splashed into a puddle or tripped and getting mud over he already drenched clothes.
