As the horse driven car, or carriage, began to take off, Ou looked out the window, smiling as she realized how fast she was going. She then looked around, realzing that no one else was in the carriage with her. It was almost off putting, realizing she was all alone.

The buggy was now only mere seconds away from the ball. She could see the giant castle like building, and all of the rich looking noble men and women getting out of theirs cars,, and inside of the building.

As the car neared to a halt, she heard the thunk of a short little man step out of the carriage, and walk towards the door right next to her. As the door opened, she saw it was teh driver, who was only about 4 or 5 feet tall, but still not that tall in her eyes. As he took her hand, she genteelly looked him in the eyes. "Thank you kind sir." she told him. The man shook his head, and got back into the seat. Driving the car back to some part of Era, where he would stayu till it was time to pick her up.

As She turned around, she picked up the sides of her dress, and began to walk, making dure the dress didn;'t touch the dirt ground. As she stepped on the steps, she could practically feel the money around her. So many rich people, not enough time. As Aloura reached the top of the steps, she looked around., She could here the most elegant music comming from inside of the area in front of her. She wanted to go and dance, right then and there. Hopefully her date, the noble men, would get here soon. She couldn't dare wait another moment. It was torture. As she kept looking around, she spotted a man walking up to her. He was in a blue and gold suit, and was in his teens or 20s. He was very cute, and looked as if he could be the sexiest man alive.

The man walked her into the ball room. It was huge. It was covered in diamonds and gold, and that was only the people. The ball room its self was a lavishing red and gold room. All the people there were much more elagent then Aloura thought. Why she was at this ball. Aloura didn't know. She didn't even know why she was here, all she knew was that she was being paid to be here. As she kept walking with him, she accidently stepped on his foot.

"What is wrong with you you idiot!" he yelled in bad temper. 'I'm sorry?" aloura asked, cracking her knuckles. "You dont step on my shoes! Do you know how much these cost! more then you probably!" then smack. Aloura hit him as hard as she could. The boy backed up, embarrassed about the hit he just took. "Do that again!" he barked at her.

As Aloura Looked at the man, about to hit him again, she realized something interesting. A twinkle of water appeared in his eyes. Aloura then put her fist down. "I'm sorry," the man spoke, looking away from Aloura in shame.

"It's fine." she told him, rubbing the area that she hit him in. It was obvious now. Something was wrong in the boys life. She could tell that it was filled with depression, and sorrow. She then patted him on the back, and walked him over to the dance floor. "Shall we?" she asked the man. As he began dancing with her, she realized, that this would be the last time they ever spoke.
