Dominus is a lighthearted person and rarely gets upset at anything or anyone, the closest thing to anger being mild annoyance. Usually treating most dangers or open threats with humor, and a grin. He is almost always smiling, and looks to crack a joke at the worst of times, his mouth tending to work faster than his brain in some cases. Around friends he can be a bit childish, often poking fun of them and trying to draw a reaction. He loves to laugh, and enjoys making other people laugh most of all. Dominus is also a bit of a thrill seeker, willing to do anything that sounds even mildly exciting despite the consequences it could pose. Because of this, Dominus doesn't really respect laws or rules, often choosing to do whatever he wants.
In contrast to his immature and punkish nature, he cares deeply for people, willing to help generally anyone in a rough spot. If asked directly for help, it's difficult for him to turn his back on that person, and more often than not he'll help them out. Even if they were someone who treated him poorly before. When he's angry, though rare as it might be he becomes a different person. Cold and distant, though he still carries the same wit, it's much more antagonistic. Often provoking others into fights and belittling them. Though he act's pretty carefree most of the time, Dominus houses a lot of insecurities, feeling that he'll never make a name for himself as a mage, or never be good enough for the people he cares about. In sparring, or matches that are less serious, Dominus is playful. Often choosing to prolong the fight, allowing both fighters to learn as much as possible about themselves and each other, as well as to further his own enjoyment. Usually even giving them chances, to win by restricting himself. In battles that are more serious, Dominus' personality takes a bit of a wild twist. He's more aggressive in his mannerisms, and speech.
Owing to his thrill seeking personality, he isn't scared to get hit and actually enjoys it, sometimes allowing himself to be hit for the sheer rush of it. He loves fighting strong opponents that outclass him, treating them as learning experiences, and something exciting where he has to put in his all. He loves fights that push himself to the limit, the more dangerous the better. He can be impatient and a bit of a showboat, choosing to rely on his instincts and make things up as he goes. He feels that thinking of your actions beforehand slows you down, instead choosing to do what immediately comes to mind.
When it comes to working under someone, Dominus has very little care for following orders unless he respects that person or the order goes along with what he was planning to do anyway. Even then he might disregard the order completely for a laugh. In terms of leadership capabilities, Dominus has no interest in telling others what to do.

- Fooling around: Whether it's pranking friends, or playfully mocking an opponent in battle, Dominus enjoys doing it.

- Fame, Money, Respect: Dominus' main motivations are pretty selfish and simple, wanting to make a name for himself as a Mage and be looked up to as well as being able to enjoy himself.
- Fun/Thrill: Self explanatory, Dominus hates boredom more than just about anything. And as such, he's constantly looking for the next thrill.
- Self Improvement: Dominus enjoys competition and constantly trains to become a powerful mage, seeing personal strength as something important to a Mage's worth.
Fears:
- Being left behind: The idea of being left behind by his peers in terms of ability is a constant fear for him. Every roadblock in his path to improve himself as a Mage feeling much bigger than it should.
- Failure: Whether it's failing someone else, or himself. The fear of failure is ever present and as such Dominus constantly pushes himself to be great.
