This ability allows him to hypnotize anyone he makes eye contact, their will will be overpowered by himself and they won't be able to disobey him. Usually used on enemies and NPCs, but with OOC permission and for plot reasons and be used on playable characters. Takes a lot of concentration so can only do it on one person at a time, and can only do it for two posts. Can't hypnotize immediately after he has already done it, has to wait three posts. No time limit or person limit out of battle or with plot things.
