Personality
One thing you'll probably notice upon first meeting the young child, you'll notice she is caring, often trying to help out when people are in need of it. Even trying to help people out when they don't need it or if they don't want it, sometimes she doesn't get people don't always want help. Vesta is rather naive, and innocent that way, though she tends to act rather mature for her age, she is still a child. She doesn't know when it's the right time to give up on something, sometimes pushing it too far. Also never really realizing that, bad things happened and they can’t always be fixed. She refuses to believe that, everything can be fixed she always says. Because of her young age, and not being shown anything inappropriate, as i said she is still innocent, but that definitely doesn't stop her from being curious. Especially when people say things like 'oh you'll know when get older' or 'I'll tell you when you get older'. It makes her rater upset, she wasn't quite a kid anymore, why couldn't she know? Kids her age seem more knowledgeable, so why can't she be? Really when people say stuff like that it makes her want to know ten times more. So grown ups talking about their grown up things. Not telling her and making her all confused.
Vesta gets easily flustered and embarrassed, which happens when people compliment her or just when someone makes fun of her in front of other people. She is short-tempered, when things don't go her way she can become sort of upset, or when people don't tell her things she really wants to know, or when people are being mean to each other and hurting people with their words and/or fists. She'll try to fight people who bully and make fun of her or anybody else, though isn't often effective due to her lack of strength and knowledge of how to properly do so. Vesta will also try to stop bullies this way, but has often gotten her or someone else hurt, most likely her mother had, to step in to stop it.
Besides her listed fears below, the young girl isn’t scared of anything really. Often in scary situations, even if she is scared, she will try to be the calm one. Helping everybody else and encouraging that everything will be okay. And with her cute little face, it’s hard to believe otherwise. And like I said, if she is in a situation she may consider scary, she is well, brave. Standing up and dealing with it, no way was she just going to cower behind something and cry. Stubborn or persistent, however you may like to word it, she rarely ever gives up on something when she gets her mind set on it. Though at times it can make people rather annoyed with her at times, she usually has her mind in the right place. She's selfless, caring for others before herself, which can get her into some sticky situations, but she truly believes she is doing the right thing.
Vesta isn’t one to typically like fighting, and doesn’t ever attack someone without a valid reason, or whatever is valid in her brain. She doesn’t have any fighting style because she has no training, so she often doesn’t win her battles with just her fists. Though she has her magic, which she won’t use harshly on any person that is bad. Vesta is very dependant on her summons and her mother, not being able to fight on her own, and is more the support of the team. Though she often doesn’t want to be the support, somehow got it into her head that it isn’t a good job and that she should be fighting with everybody else. She doesn’t want to be left out, she wants to help.
Likes:
Sweets ★ Any kind of sweet thing, whether it be candy, pastries, or just sweet fruits. As long as it's sweet and maybe full of sugar, she'll most likely like it.
Mysteries ★ If there is some sort of mystery, she'll try to figure it out, she absolutely loves trying to figure things out. Whether she really should or not.
Cute Things ★ Vesta absolutely adores anything and everything that people would consider 'cute', whether it be baby animals, animals in general, stuffed toys, small things, etc. etc. Even some things that people wouldn't consider cute, she thinks it is, depends on what it is.
Dislikes:
Vegetables ★ Disgusting! Who would want to eat something like that? It doesn't even look that good, you would think whatever god made the healthy plants, would also make them tasteful.
Lying ★ Being the naive child that she is, she sees that in life, there is no point in lying. To her, it's very very bad, and shouldn't be done. Will most likely scold somebody she notices lie.
Idiots ★ She dislikes it when people lack basic common sense, she doesn't mind when people don't know something, but she hates it when they have the chance to learn yet they choose to stay ignorant.
Motivations:
Perfecting Her Magic ★ Ever since she had gained these mysteries cards and wand, she has been determined to get stronger and better at the lost magic. It is something she has always pursued since then, and will probably continue till, well, who knows?
Repaying Her Mother ★ Her mother has done literally everything for her, raising her, for the most part, totally on her own. Now she knew that must've not been easy, and even now she continues to do countless things for Vesta, which is to be hopefully expected of a mother. Yet the young girl has always been one for repaying debts, so she hopes that she can help her mother equally in return, even if it does take the rest of her life.
Exploring the Unknown ★ Vesta loves mysteries, and discovering things that she hasn't ever seen before. She'd love to travel the world, helping people and enjoying herself along the way.
Fears:
Death ★ To be expected, it is a common thing for almost everybody to fear. It's not that she typically fears her own death, she is just scared that her friends and family might pass on without her, leaving her all alone. Though she is a child, she does understand the concept and reality of death, if only a little bit.
Monophobia ★ There isn't much that this young girl fears, she is quite the brave soul, but this would definitely have to be included in her few fears. Vesta is extremely scared of being alone, mostly being away from her mother, but she isn't really scared of that. It's just being totally alone, no auras that she can feel around her, it's unsettling, and terrifying. She is used to being constantly accompanied by her mother, summons or her pets, so not being around somebody is something she is not used to.
Failure ★ Vesta has yet another fear that is to be expected of almost anybody, she is scared that she with fail, of course. That she won't be able to accomplish the goals of which she set for herself to do. Fears that she may fail her mother, that she will be disappointed in her.
