The man sighed as he climbed with Wist at his side, both of them bundled up against the cold. Each carried one of Takumi's children, also bundled up as protection from the cold. Each step took them closer to their destination, which was the guild hall of Infinity Hydra. Takumi had come seeking to rejoin the guild that had taken him in when he had "left" Fairy Tail. Here, he could move forwards and grow as a mage, and actually do something with himself. There was no way he could move forwards in Fairy Tail when everybody was exactly the same as he, all moving forwards similar paces, where he was offered no real challenges. Here, there was far more variety in the power of the mages.
The young man smiled when they finally reached the top, the guild hall just ahead. Wist at his side, his baby boy, Castiel, in his arms, he felt reassured, and walked to enter the guild hall. As he entered, he noted no major changes had happened, at least to the hall itself. "Hello? Is anybody here? I've come to rejoin the guild..." he called, hoping the guildmaster or ace was there so he could receive his mark once more.
