   Downside: Range and Speed are reduced by 25% in exchange for 50% more Damage. (The ratio is 2:1 when sacrificing range or speed for damage, so you'll need to boost the downside to 50% of each.)
   Description: The barrel of the Scout Laser Pistol glows red and Leona fires a single shot with armor-piercing capability. If Armor-Piercing Shot hits an armored target the target takes 90 HP in damage. If Armor-Piercing Shot hits an unarmored target the target takes the full 180 HP in damage. Armor-Piercing Shot can punch through armor and magical shields but gives up half its damage potential to do so.

   MP Cost: 75 MP
   Category: Offensive
   Type: Single Target
   Damage: 225 HP
   Range: 337.5 Meters
   Speed: 337.5 Meters per Second
   Duration: 1 Post
   Downside: Range and Speed are reduced by 25% in exchange for 50% more Damage. (Same thing here as I mentioned in the other spell.)
   Description: Leona holds down the trigger and the barrel glows bright orange. When the shot is ready Leona releases the trigger and a Charge Shot of bright orange energy is fired. If the target is hit it takes 225 HP in damage and is knocked down. OOC permission is required to knock down and move PCs and Event NPCs.
