The darkness engulfed Shea for a moment, then… well… it technically didn’t get much better, but at least there was a difference between light and darkness now. To Shea living things, or at least moving things, had a faint white light around them, almost like an aura but smaller and vaguer. It really helped her spot who was a friend and who was a foe. Her surroundings on the other hand sometimes had vague shapes and colours, usually gothic or Halloween themed decoration that was constantly changing behind a semi-transparent plastic wall that would sometimes stretch depending on the decoration. There was a swirving cobbled black and white road in front of them and jack-o-lanterns floating above the duo, giving out a vauge light. It was discording to look at, so Shea decided to ignore her surroundings it unless they brought her or her companion harm. Shea midly suspected that the appearance of this foreign realm was different for everyone, but she had no proof of that. Unless…
