Description: Caroline using the pipe given to her as a gift from her father is capable of focusing her magic into a combative form known as Smoking Zone. The magic allows Caroline to do many different things while in possession of a pipe or smoking instrument though she does prefer her special pipe. The magic is unique in that some things can be done while Caroline is not in possession of her pipe though it is not very much as a lot of it requires the instrument to work. The magic itself focuses on an aspect of slow offense and meticulous planning, oft the spells do not go very fast but are quite devastating and have a very large area of effect allowing Caroline to move her own pace. Because of this while spells are larger and do more damage a lot of them suffer from taking time to set up and being obvious as smoke tends to be. But Caroline is no woman to be trifled with easily and will make sure you do not have an easy time fighting her.
Strengths:
- Allows for a large capability of damage due to her sacrificing speed for the power and range -
- Makes it hard to avoid her when in close combat situations -
- Has options even when the holder item is removed from her hands -

Weaknesses:
- Despite the damage and range a fast opponent can still out maneuver the spells -
- A wind mage can blow away the smoke and flames that she makes -
- Her magic is not exactly made with others in mind and will harm them just as much her enemies with no regard -
- Being a smoke and flame based magic she struggles to use it during rain as it quickly deals with her smoke and flame -
- Despite the damage and range a fast opponent can still out maneuver the spells -

Lineage:
- Gold Rush:
- The user is given 3 passive abilities and 2 active abilities, though they can only ever choose one ability from the passive and active parts of this lineage. Whenever going on a job, the user must always pick from one of the following abilities:
* Increase your own jewel reward by 100%
* Find a custom weapon, item, or armor (rank depends on the difficulty of the job; you get to choose the type of item)
* Increase the jewel reward of you and ONE other participant of the job by 50%
The user's active ability are the following:
* The user is able to sacrifice their EXP gained from jobs for additional jewels
* The user's luck will become at its peak (as though you needed any more...) and will now have great things overall happen to them. This ranges from getting a simple kiss from that one special person, to having your opponent stumble, causing them to, even if narrowly, miss the direction they were sending their spell at.
Usage: Lineage has three passive abilities and two active abilities; you MUST pick one of the passive abilities at the start of any job. The second active ability of this lineage can only be used once per thread, with a duration of 4 posts; again, you can only pick pick one of the two active abilities.
Whenever the second passive ability of this lineage is used, the rank of the weapon/item/armor is found at the following job ranks:
* D-Rank: Nothing
* C-Rank: Strong
* B-Rank: Strong+
* A-Rank: Strong+
* S-Rank: Legendary
* SS-Rank: Legendary+
* 10Y: Legendary+
* 100Y: Artifact
Whenever the first active ability of this lineage is used, the jewels gained for the amount of exp sacrificed is as the following:
* 25 EXP: 1,000 (D-Rank)
* 50 EXP: 2,500 (C-Rank)
* 250 EXP: 7,500 (B-Rank)
* 1,250 EXP: 17,000 (A-Rank)
* 6,250 EXP: 30,000 (S-Rank)

Unique Abilities:
~ Smoke & Mirror: Using her magic's abilities Caroline is capable of turning parts of or her entire body into smoke making physical forms of attack pass through her harmlessly but making her completely incapable of attacking. Along with this while she is in her smoke form she can still take damage from magic based around non-physical things like fire, water, lightning etc. Combined with this ability Caroline is capable of avoiding a single spell of her rank or lower directed at her once per post by turning the portion it would hit into smoke and forcing it to dissipate as it it were blown by wind. ~
~ Smoking Hazard: Caroline has a natural effect of her magic on her at all times causing her to be capable of exhaling smoke on command, though if used to cast her spells instead of her pipe cause 50% less damage, along with this if Caroline uses a spell with an AoE effect or a single target spell she is capable of adding 20m to the AoE or adding a 5m splash to the single target spell (splash does 50% less damage) this range increases by 20 for the AoE per level and the splash range is static. ~
~ Where There's Smoke: All of the magic Caroline uses has a secondary effect of causing flame damage which deals 25% of the spells rank damage bonus to them, though this effect is nullified if the Caroline is not using her pipe. Along with this Caroline is capable of walking through most natural forms of fire without feeling it's effects and in fact finds it quite nice, though magic based flame will still harm her quite naturally in fact, perhaps it's the ethernano? ~

Name: Smokey Cloak.
Rank: D-Rank.
Type: Offense, AoE, Smoke.
Duration: 3 Posts.
Cooldown: 4 Posts.
Description: Taking a hit of her pipe Caroline exhales a massive plume of smoke which follows her. The smoke is a wispy unnatural white and obscures vision heavily for enemies of her own rank or lightly for those one rank above, though two ranks above are unaffected all while in the 15m AoE around herself though Caroline is immune to her own vision effect. Enemies in the smoke plume begin to hack and cough as the smoke burns them for 10 damage every post while they remain inside it. After the third post the smoke simply loses consistency and fades away.
Strengths:
- Obscures enemy vision radius.
- Damages enemies with the gall to get in close to her.
Weaknesses:
- Obscures ally sight too and cares not for their silly eyes.
- Is centered on herself and as such follows only her providing allies no protection without being near her.
- Short range in nature and as such makes it harder to get enemies in the AoE.
- Smokey Rings:
Name: Smokey Rings.
Rank: D-Rank.
Type: Offense, Single-Target, Smoke.
Duration: 2 Posts.
Cooldown: 3 Posts.
Description: Caroline puffs out a long line of smoke from her pipe or lungs and causes a small wisp to form, this wisp looks like a small smokey ball. The wisp will quickly go after a designated target in a 60m area of Caroline and impact them. Upon impact the enemy is coated in steel like smoke rings which attempt to bind their movements and dealt 30 damage. The wisp moves at 15m/s and is set to go the fastest possible route to the target meaning someone could block the wisp.
Strengths:
- Allows Caroline to bind the movements of someone and move in.
- Caroline can delay the moves of the wisp and use it as a trap.
Weaknesses:
- Moves rather slowly in open area and can be outrun by most mages.
- Is rather obvious in it's movements as it ALWAYS takes the fastest route available.
- Can be body blocked by enemies for sure, but also allies.
- Smokey Storm:
Name: Smokey Storm.
Rank: D-Rank.
Type: Offense, AoE, Smoke.
Duration: Instant.
Cooldown: 2 Posts.
Description: Gathering a cloud of smoke all around herself Caroline billows out smoke from her pipe and even her mouth if she so chooses. When gathered the smoke explodes out from her like a massive explosion dealing 20 damage to everyone around herself in a 20m radius and the smoke explodes out at 5m/s. This smoke burns to the touch and harms anyone it contacts regardless of who it is apart from Caroline herself and her clothes.
Strengths:
- Helps deal with pesky swarming fools.
- Is good for dealing with enclosed spaces and is nasty in those situations.
Weaknesses:
- The smoke can be stopped before it reaches max distance by wind magic.
- Deals damage to all allies in her area as well so they better know how to run.
- Range is not the high on the AoE but not bad for being centered on herself.
- Smokey Flames:
Name: Smokey Flames.
Rank: D-Rank.
Type: Offense, AoE, Smoke, Fire.
Duration: Instant.
Cooldown: 2 Posts.
Description: Stamping her foot down Caroline causes a wave of smoke to erupt from the ground around herself. The smoke is filled to the brim with smoldering embers that burn to touch, the wave flows at 9m/s around herself and reaches up to 40m before dissipating. Anyone touched by the wave is burned by the smoke and takes 30 damage from it be they allies or enemies. About half way through the waves movements Caroline can stamp again to force it to come back and enemies that are struck again take 5 damage max from this returned wave, travelling at 5m/s.
Strengths:
- Has plenty of damage potential when in closed spaces.
- Can return wave to deal a bit of extra damage to enemies.
Weaknesses:
- Harm allies a lot and can burn them just as hard.
- The wave moves very slowly and can be avoided in a lot of cases.
- The AoE is centered on herself and if the smoke impacts solid obstacles like walls it will stop there in that spot.
