However, to legally drive one on any road one must have a license in their possession! Weak-- Everyone's favorite Driving Instructor! She's an older lady, kind, sweet, caring, and very forgiving.... to the point where you cannot fail.
Normal-- The greatest distraction of your life! This person really is bored with their job and does not mind chatting up a storm while you drive, messing with the radio or other buttons, and pointing out different things going on outside as you cruise. Don't take your eyes off the road!
Strong-- A veteran Driving Instructor, he is in no mood for games. Strict as a line, ready to point out all your driving flaws, and happy to withhold your license if you fail... drive defensively! And don't forget to use your blinker... or else.
Reward: Driver's License if you pass the test. (Ability to Drive Vehicles in General)

Re: Teaching an old dog new tricks
Casus had always taken a liking to walking or taking public transportation to go wherever he needed to be, but as he grew older he started to notice that limitation. He had already taken a ton of driver tests in other continents, but none for Fiore, so it was bound to happen at some point. The meeting place was a Motor City parking lot, and as Casus arrived he noticed a chaotic little guy standing in a cheap green suit looking around in impatience. Casus made sure to check if he was running late, and he wasn't, so why the man looked so hurry was a mystery to him. But as soon as he arrived and greeted the man it soon became apparent. It was one of 'those' guys, the type who had nothing interesting going on so they were impatient about any change of pace they might encounter. The instructor began a long rant about everything except from what he was supposed to talk about, and Casus sighed as he got into the car with this man. The car itself was fine. It was a bit of an old model but it was similar to what Casus had driven in the past.
At first Casus wanted to make sure the radio stayed off as he preferred to drive that way but the instructor was just a tiny bit faster. Fast enough to put on some weird pump electro music, the kind you'd hear at work out sessions. It wasn't as much distracting as it was annoying, but he required this man's signature to pass so getting angry at him was the last of his priority's. The drive itself went rather fruitful. He drove like he would anywhere else, dodging difficult situations and following every rule and regulations, even though the instructor next to him made him wonder if he was out to make him fail through distraction.. or just sheer torture. The instructor talked about his cat Mitsy, his grandma who had the best lasagna of motor city, and about how he used to be kind of a big deal before he decided to take it easier and settle. And all that Casus could do in response was nod, keeping a fake smile on his face and pretending he was the least but of interested in what the man had to say.
Like this they passed a couple of hours, and Casus was able to return to the same parking lot without any issues of note. The man seemed satisfied with his talk.. or rather his constant yammering. He didn't even seem the least bit of interested in Casus, he was just talking about himself. Although Casus counted it a blessing he refrained from asking questions and found himself more interesting instead. To his dismay it also took another 20 minutes before the man finally signed the final document stating Casus was able to drive vehicles within Fiore, and Casus was sure he didn't want to hear one more story about the complexity of a sand collection ever again. Luckily his license would probably stay valid longer then he'd have to live, so that was a shallow comfort. Either way, he got the job done and was ready to ditch public transport.
