Personality:

Axos is an interesting amalgamation of being both a great leader and laid back. The dichotomy works, as his fun-loving personality creates a charisma that is admirable. However, to those who cannot take his unbridled optimism, it can be a bit of an irritation. Axos is also very altruistic, always working to help others. Of course, this all comes with a price, as he knows that helping people would then allow him to gain valuable allies. This inward slyness is something Axos hides very well. His interior motive would always be to make sure he has an endgame, protected by both his strength and his allies he has made over the years. Axos' optimism works well while under someone, as he knows that being a great worker inspires others. He wants as many opportunities as possible to create a great following.

Axos is also very adventurous and curious. He does not shy from a calling of adventure, and will never back down from any challenge, however silly it is. He can settle down and have something called a home, but he will get ticked by the thought of adventure, as it looms in his mind as he is settled. He always wants to get on the next wave and move to the next place, looking for something that will calm his mind down. Once again, his selfish nature ties in as well, where he wants to explore and know everything there is in the world, so he may adapt and add it to his knowledge.

During times of peace, Axos loves to enjoy a good drink and a great party. He loves the sound of his own voice, especially while surrounded by the laughter and joy of his peers. Even while by himself, researching and training to make himself stronger, he enjoys the serenity of the environment around him.  His thirst for knowledge is created by his will to be a leader. He wants to have peers who admire him, so that he may accomplish his goals one day. This selfish nature is, as mentioned before, hidden by his outward personality.

His charm can get ahead of him at times, however. While around members of the opposite gender, he gives them an attention that would make others jealous. He is very flirtatious, and gracious as well, buying rounds for others if given the opportunity.

As a leader, Axos is the role model as a human mage. He places himself in harm's way for allies, as well as lead the first charge in battle. He leads with precision, and thoughtfulness, always looking for new ways to create opportunities for his allies. He wants everyone to be satisfied, mostly including himself. He does this because he loves seeing the smiles on his allies' faces. The satisfaction it gives is fantastic for Axos. He also loves the admiration he gets, secretly.

During battle, Axos only focuses on winning. He does not care for damage to the environment at all. He does mind the preservation of human life, and can even get more aggressive when human life is used as both a sacrifice and a shield for the enemy. He cannot allow others be harmed for his misguidings. He believes those who use people as a shield are cowards, and acts justly to try and defeat his enemies. He trusts his allies wholeheartedly, especially during battle. If betrayed, he reevaluates his position. In other words, he has a great military mind, yet out of battle it does not seem that way. He also, as cliché as it sounds, fights strongly for his beliefs as a person. He will never back down from a challenge because he is beaten, he will fight until he is knocked out or dead.

All in all, he portrays as a happy go-lucky man with too much charm and not enough humility, but he is capable of being sly and devious. This is most apparent during battle, where he fights to his full strength.

Likes:

- Partying - This includes drinking with his friends and acquaintances. During this time is when he employs his charm to create allies and friendships so people can rely on him.
- Adventure - He loves seeing new people, food, culture, and environments. It is the sense of the unknown that enables him to keep on moving.
- Pretty women - Regardless if it is an enemy or not, Axos loves flirting and trying to charm beautiful women.
- Free Will - He loves the idea that someone has the choice to make anything they want, and he will not judge anyone who does, regardless of what that choice is.
- Double Talk - Axos has a way with words. He loves being able to mask his desires by saying one thing but meaning another. He loves talking "with a silver tongue" to get his (rather selfish) way.
- Writing/speech - Axos loves etymology and how words come together. The fact that there are still many words that aren't being used is an adventure for a curious being like Axos.

Dislikes:

- Falsehood - Not lying, as it may seem, but lying to oneself, and creating an image that will deceive others.
- Harming innocents - Hurting those who cannot fight or protect themselves, physically or mentally. Axos fights to protect, and those who claim the opposite are natural enemies
- Being Lazy - Accepting that the world has nothing to offer is something that Axos cannot accept. The world around them has millions of things to show, and an infinite amount of ways to show them.

Motivations:

- To have everything- This is not in the physical monetary sense. It is in the philosophical sense, where to have everything is to be happy and surrounded by loved ones, a home, and an environment that is peaceful.
- To become powerful - He wants to be a leader, and he knows that the only way to do so is to become the most powerful, which includes both strength, as well as great allies.
- To create peace where it can be attained- Axos wants everyone to get along.  

Fears:

- To Die Achieving Nothing- Axos worst fear is one related to his selfish instinct to have everything- if he died achieving nothing, he died for no reason.
- To never be recognized - Axos wants people to know who he is. If he was found to be no one, that he truly has not lived
- To never experience the world - Being stuck in one place without experiencing life around is something Axos does not want to happen. To have something be unknown is a travesty for him.

General Appearance

Hair: Axos has purple hair tied in a ponytail(illusionary form). In his demon form, his true form, his hair is all over the place, going down to the bottom of his back.
Eyes: Gold
Skin Tone: light olive skin(illusionary form). Olive with dark tattoos (true form)

(due to this being a pretty important aspect of Axos, I will add this to my character application. I understand that I would need to create a weak item that gives him this illusion, but its super minor and I hope doesn't cause too many problems. I just want this included in the profile because it is a major aspect of my character).
In his true form, the form in which he uses during battle, Axos shows his lineage. Because of his past with the Avatar of Ilyria, as well as the fact that he has the goddess within him, his body has taken up the characteristics of the demon. His skin stays its light olive color, yet it grows darker around his left eye and left shoulder area. He gets black tattoos on his chest area, black bold lines that reach down towards his biceps and down his back to his legs. His forearms become black as well, the same color as his eye and shoulder area. On the back of his forearms are a patch of hardened skin that spike out. His front calves have the same patch as well, with 3 black lines coming out from the patch of skin to his foot. His hair has grown tremendously, flowing indiscriminately all over his back. He still retains his muscular, toned body.

In his illusionary form, or the form he had before the goddess was implanted (and the one he adopts out of battle so he isn't frightening to people), He dons a white robe over his purple gi, which gives him comfort to move around in. On his forehead lies the jewel that casts the illusion (which, if accepted, will be made into a weak item immediately after). The jewel rests in a golden case that lines his forehead. His hair is tied back in a ponytail as well, but since it is so long it still reaches down his back. He also wears maroon pointed shoes, a bit of a contrast to the rest of his clothing, but still the most comfortable he is in.
