Passports in the Docks (Solo Job/Mission)

Walking through Rose Garden was very common for Desirée now that she had become part of the Black Rose guild. She had decided to walk around the docking area early morning to see the sunrise. Feeling the fresh breeze flow through her hair was something that made her feel truly at ease. She had picked up a cup of blue mountain coffee on her way there, along with an asiago cheese bagel with cream cheese spread. For some odd reason, it seemed that there was nobody anywhere near where she was sitting. Sure, it was seven in the morning or so, but typically there are people manning the boats near the east docks. Out of curiosity, Desirée decided to walk farther down the docks to see where everyone went.

"I wonder why nobody is coming in and out of the docks.." Desirée wondered, fondly. She began to sip on her coffee, when suddenly a wooden panel that was sticking out from the ground hit her foot. She falls, and spills her coffee all over the ground. "Well, that could have been embarrassing if people were around!" Desirée exclaimed. Desirée got back up, and brushed off the slight dirt that was on her white-beige dress she typically wears around morning time. Suddenly out of nowhere, she began to hear faint screaming coming from the opposite side of the dock. This was followed up with even more yelling, and a few young children came running from the direction Desirée was walking.

Nervous something bad may be going on, Desirée decides to run in the direction of the screaming. Suddenly, it became way clearer why everyone was missing from the east docks. There was a giant line of hundreds of people lining up to a small booth with Royal guards around it. There was a huge sign over it that read: Passports available here! Please display your guild symbol, show your magical powers, or pay the fee of 5,000 Jewels. "A passport...?" Desirée wondered, "Of course I need one!" she shouted, running to the front of the booth and approaching a guard.

"Hi sir! I am Desirée Blooms of the Black Rose guild. Can I please have a passport?" Desirée asked overly nicely. Faint mockery from the crowd could be heard, since it was clearly oblivious she was trying to skip. "Ma'am, please get to the back of the line. You can get your passport in an orderly fashion just like everyone else." said the guard. "But sir... Are you sure you can't let me get it right now?" Desirée asks with a slight flirtatious attitude, trying to convince him to let her cut. "No. Get to the back of the line now, before I do not let you get one at all." The guard said with attitude.

Desirée walked to the back of the line, sadly. "Of course, the one time I actually need to convince a boy, he cannot be charmed. Why does this always happen to me?" Desirée thought to herself. "Now what could I do to get to the front of the line.." Desirée thought to herself, "AH! I have the perfect plan!" she thought to herself, excitedly. Desirée stood up on a bench that was near where she was in line. She cupped her hands around her mouth and yelled with all her might: "Hey everyone! The Rose Garden Bakery is giving out free cake and donuts to celebrate their anniversary of being open! I heard they are only doing this for the next hour, so you better get going!" And immediately, the entire crowd began to gasp and sprint down the docks to the local bakery. "I hope this won't make the bakers too mad at me.." She thought to herself. This left only two people at the passport stand: Desirée, and the guard from earlier. "One passport please~!" Desirée said with excitement, pulled down her sleeve, and revealed her tattoo. The guard wrote her information on the passport, stamped it, and handed it over. "Thank you sir!" She exclaimed, and began walking back down the docks to continue her morning stroll.
