A Wizard's Grace

Today is the first day of me being a mage, I don't know wither I should be terrified or excited though it feels like a little of both if I had to be honest with myself. i  went to the job board within fairy tail's main hall deciding what I should use to be my starting point so as I progress I'd know just how much stronger I've become. It was then I seen the perfect job for someone with my kind of magic and it was to lift a curse from a specific village, beanstalk village. Hearing the name I couldn't help but laugh a little I always found it strange that a village could be named after something within a fairytale.

Making haste not wanting the village to be under the curse any longer I walked to the point I may as well have been running towards the village, given the distance I knew I should have pact some supplies but in my excitement I totally forgot. the journey was a little tedious and that wasn't due to their being any great obstacles in the way it was more the length off the journey, other than that it was ok. When i reached the village within a few days taking refuge each night within nature part of me almost frightened to sleep as I felt so open but it was all worth it when i can see the farm, and boy it was huge. if it wasn't cursed, it will look magnificent, oh how i had love to see those beautiful farms when I was a kid, but now what I seen disappointed me as what i saw was ugly crops with thorns and light emitting from it, how can something so beautiful like nature become like that I couldn't help ask myself, it is not logical when you think properly, this is a new finding so i took a small note book from my pocket and drew the new shape of the crops so I could perhaps ask someone later about what could have caused such things to happen.

Even when i was drawing the newly weird crops it feel so not right, it was almost as if they were staring at me and it made me feel more than a little unsettled, nature shouldn't be like this, i swore i'd kick whoever did this in the ass if I ever found them as i couldn't help but be mad at the person who did this, RAINSTORM activated and so do my passive ability, SPIRIT OF THE STORM, it started to rain and suddenly i heard a twig cracking, behind me, maybe its an ambush, but who knows? i turned my back and i saw something very peculiar indeed.

ZenithGancelot carried out 1 launched of one Monster Dice :

A huge broccoli appeared, its gleaming red eyes staring at me, and suddenly it charged at me!
i used my TRANSFORMATION, and changed into a huge african elephant and charged it back, dealing great heavy melee damage to the broccoli,
i had slammed my body into the broccoli again and again, but why won't it die??? when i charged again, it stopped me with its fist and tried so hard to push me back.
i found this amusing as an elephant weight is very heavy, i had just lean to the broccoli and it is now dead.
Then more broccoli sprout out of the ground, what the heck, this isn't what i was expecting,
i counted the broccoli and there are 9 of them, perfect~
i chanted effundo!, and the spell DISCHARGE activated and a yellow magic circle appeared in the sky and all 9 of the broccoli was struck by lightning and was slowed down by 20%.
I then easily rampaged as an elephant smashing and stomping 1 of the broccoli,
but because of the big number, they united an launch an attack, but because of their speed reduction, they are a lil bit slow, i take this as an opportunity.

I chanted flatus!
and GALE activated, a grey magic circle appear in front of me and a wild blowing wind blows away all eight broccoli backwards.
the rain is pouring heavily and thick mist started to form, lucky for me, the broccoli's eye is gleaming bright red, so it is easy to see them.  
i used LIGHTNING on one of the broccoli,
as the broccoli is shocked, i charged at it and stomp it until it is squashed.
because of my stomping the other broccoli heard me and used its BROCCOLI SWAT on me and i was moved a little bit backwards as i am an elephant,
i felt angry and attacked the broccoli and bury it in the ground where it belong.
4 down, 6 more to go.
they all attacked me at once, i swipe 5 of them away with my trunk but the other 1 hit me with its fist, i am very angry i rampaged into it, creating a hole in its body with my trunk.
the sight is violent but what do i care, they ambushed me!
i realized that there is a puddle in the area due to the rain, i sucked the water and blasted it so hard at one of the broccoli in the eye.

the broccoli is not dead yet but it seemed weak, all of the broccoli are now fast again,
so i chanted effundo! and DISCHARGE is activated again,
killing one of the broccoli and slowing down the others as well as damaging them a lil bit.
there are 4 more broccoli monster, oh how hard it is to kill them, the mist of the rain started to clear and they started to charge,
for me, this trick is very old, charging your opponent, i swipe my trunk at all of them and throw them to the side,
i then chanted aqua flante, WATER BURST is activated and a blue magic circle appear in front of me and a powerful torrent of water blast all 4 of the broccoli.
for the finished move, i used my whole body to slam on to the broccoli, but 2 of them got away and the other 2 is gone for good.
they talked to each other like planning something, then they started to run away into the village.
i was shocked at what they are doing, so i ran and charged at them.
if they are heading towards the village, the villagers will cower in fear and they might get...
no, i wont let that happen, not a chance!

When i reached the beanstlak village, i can see both of the stupid broccoli running towards it,
i think it is time to end this,
i ran faster then ever, shaking the ground and it seems like the broccoli noticed that i am running faster and faster,
when i catch up to them, i had knock them sideways and jump on top of them and SWAT!, their body is destroyed and i had clean myself with the rain.
it seems like no more enemies so i am pleased and the rain itself have stopped,
i changed back into my human form, and head to the village.

When i reached the village, i could see nobody there,
not a single human until an old man opened the door to his house and walked towards me.
he is short and have a long beard, he also have this stick to support him.
the people of the village started to come out too, seeing that all the chaos has ended.
they all gathered at the back of the old man, and the old man started the conversation,

young man, thank you for destroying our living veggies, you must be the wizard who accepted the quest right?

"oh yes i must be that wizard, my name is Zen, can u tell me more about your situation?"
   "it all started during the harvest season, when our workers are going to harvest some of the foo, they see that all of the fruits have thorns and light emitting from it.
we are starving since that, as we can't harvest any of the food.
now today, we saw you fight with mutant vegies, it was the horrible scene i have ever seen in my whole life."
"wait, you mean that the veggie monster never came out before? now that is peculiar."
   "yes, yes, true indeed. now i think you must be very tired, would you like to spend a night here? we got an inn for travelling wizards not far from here, plus the sun is setting."

i gazed at the sky, and sure do the sun is setting,
"sure, id love to."

when i reached the inn, the place is made entirely out of wood.
the bartender is very nice and the food are fabulous, but the thing is, their food is very expensive.
i think this is because of the village's farm being corrupted by some kind of magic.

after having my dinner, i went to rent a room from the inn's worker

"uhmm, hello? can i have a room please?, i had say to the inn's worker, he then asked me a couple of questions and asked me for the money. after paying, he gave me the key to my room and i head to the room i rented.

the room was small, which is ok for me.
the bathroom is fine and everything is nice.

i unclothed myself and walked into the bathroom and have a shower.
after cleaning myself i put on my pajamas and jumped on my bed, lying on the comfy material really is a good thing after a tiring day.
i closed the lamp and the window is filled with stars and the bright moon shine the dark night.
i laid on my bed and pulled the blanket up to my shoulders.
i tried to close my eyes but then a sudden thought came across my mind.
what if a wizard is causing all of these? what do he want by doing all of these?
i can not see any reason for someone to curse a village's farm.
unless it is just for fun.

'Monster Dice' :

the sun rose and its light blinded the eye of mine.
i woke up as soon as i realized it is morning.
i walked sleepily towards the small kitchen corner and opened a bottle of water.
as i was about to drink the water, i heard someone screamed from downstairs.
i was shocked and i rushed towards the area where the scream came from.
when i reached downstairs, i saw the same exact broccoli i fought yesterday,
there r two of them inside the inn
i used TRANSFORMATION and turned into a big gorilla.
i must keep the people in the inn save first so i grabbed both broccoli with my giant arms and throw them out through the windows, and followed them.

when i jumped out of the window, i jumped on top of both broccoli smashing them into broccoli jam with my weight.
when i look at the city, i saw that there are other broccoli rampaging the village.
i too rampaged towards the one of the broccoli near a stone building and punched it until it hit the building.
its sticky thing stuck in my hand, but i can't do anything for now.
suddenly something came from the back of mine.

'Damage Dice' :

a broccoli demon uses its BROCCOLI SWAT on me.
it smashes its head on me and it is very strong that my back is sore a little.
i swing my arm on it and smashes it but it is still alive.
then 3 more broccoli demon came out of nowhere and they all charged at the same time.
i quickly chant "effundo!" and DISCHARGE activated,
a yellow magic circle appear in the sky and all 4 of the broccoli was zapped by lightning.
this made them stop charging and they became slow.
i stomped on the broccoli that attacked me on the first place, now i am angry.
the sound of thunder growls across the sky, dark clouds starts to form. RAINSTORM is activated due to my feelings, and so do SPIRIT OF THE STORM.
now that one of my ability is activated, i can use another ability,
i used LIGHTNING on one of the demon.
then the rain pours and i ambushed the demons, swaying my huge arm here and there, hitting all 3 demons.
but because of my madness, one of the broccoli punched me, which makes me angrier.
i was pushed to the side of the arena but i stand back up quickly and attacked them.

i finished the weak demon first with a blow from my gorilla fist then i jump on the other demon broccoli with a stump!
that must hurt, a lot. i searched for the other broccoli demon, when i see it through the rain i ran at it like a crazy monkey and punched it a billion times, until it is really dead.
i was tired, very tired, i changed back into my human form, but the storm is still going.
then the environment got darker, it should be a happy morning, but no, it is raining, wait, no, it is not raining, it is storming, and it is all because of me.
i swear if i found anybody who did this i'll beat him up. After a few moment, the sky starts to clear and the sun is shining once more.
the villagers stepped out of their houses to see what is going on just now.
they are very shocked to see seven giant broccoli with legs and arms dead in their village.
lots of people gathered around and then the village leader, the old man with the long beard and the stick came out from the crowd.
He saw me on the ground and...

Someone screamed and it looks like there is still 3 remaining broccoli demon appeared.
Oh no is the first thing that came into my mind, but no I must protect the people of this honorable village. Then I got a brilliant plan. I yelled to everybody there,
"Villagers! Help me collect firewood or papers or anything that can be burned easily, and don't forget to bring a torch too, I'll keep the demons distracted.".
I hope they understand what I am planning, I'd say to myself as the villagers ran.
Now with my remaining health, i have to beat this demons.
I can't use transformation right now. Oh this sucks.
When all three demons attacked me at the same time I chanted "Flatus!", and GALE activated.
A grey magic circle appear in front of me and a wild rushing wind blow away all three demons.
When they were blown away I then chant "Aqua Flante" and WATER BURST activated and damaged all the demons again.
When they are thrown back again, I chanted once more, "Effundo!!!" and DISCHARGE activated, a yellow magic circle appear in the sky and zaps all 3 demons.  My hand was literally smoking, maybe because of using 3 spells without stopping for a moment.

The people of the Beanstalk Village gathered firewood and old newspaper behind me, with their torch, ready in their hand.
"Can anybody start the firewood?"
An old man with a cigarette, threw his cigarette on the pile of firewood and old newspapers.
The whole thing ignited and I lead them to battle.
"Now light up your torches and lets fight those veggie demons!" .
The whole village lighted their torches and threw it at the demons, I too joined the fight by only using my strength and agility. I punched the burning demon, and tried to dodge its next attack.
Thank goodness I used discharge so that they are now slow.
Then a new raid of villagers charged with their fork and shovel, attacking the demons harshly.
They must be the farmers, they must be angry as their farm aren't growing good veggies for over a month. They all bullied the broccoli demons together, violently, and mercilessly.
I think they learned it from me, as I fought the demons with only my animal transformation and fighting very viciously.
One by one, the broccoli demon goes down, the villagers seemed to be VERY angry right now, and very spirited. They look scary...
After the last broccoli demon is taken down, the villagers rejoice, but a peculiar sound, very peculiar sound came from the farm, so we took a look at it, bringing our weapons too.

I can hear stomps of big demons as we went nearer to the farm.
When we reached the farm, we can see a bunch of corn demons and also tomato demons,
and also an old man taller than me, with a long beard and wore a dark cloak.
I saw him, turning a thorny and dark fruit into a gigantic one,
growing legs and arms on it, and don't forget their eyes and mouths.
He have an army of veggie demons and he raise them.
So HE is the one who caused all of this, HE is the one who make all of this people suffer for a month.
The sky gets darker and darker. Thunder and lightning clashes and rumbles across the sky, wind blows harder and rougher than the wind of a sea's storm, rain pours horribly and I,
suddenly I started to float, but I don't care, cause I realized what happened.
All three of my abilities was activated. RAINSTORM, SPIRIT OF THE STORM, and my ultimate ability, KING OF THE STORM.
"All of you help me with the monsters, I'll deal with the old man in the dark cloak".,  I had said to the villagers, and I float towards the old man along with the storm.

changing strong monsters to x2 normal monsters

As I get nearer to the Dark Wizard, he grinned and said, "
"So you think you can defeat me? Hahaha, I have seen your spells, THEY WON'T EVEN TICKLE! HAHAHAHAHA"
I was very offended by this statement, I was no longer angry, I was EnRaGeD.
As he keeps laughing, I used LIGHTNING on him, making him startled as my spells do work on him.
The surrounding was silent, I think because of Lightning's powerful thunder made them shocked too.
He then threw at me something like a purplish flame, I don't have time to block and the flame hit me.
My feet suddenly felt like jelly. But who cares I can fly now.
I thought to myself for awhile and,
"So you use Curses right? Heh, I can beat that thing."
I used TRANSFORMATION and changed into a giant eagle.
With the combination of my Storm magic and my bird form, I am now, THE THUNDER BIRD.
He then get mad and started to throw more purplish flame,
I flew swiftly across the sky, evading his curses.
When I got nearer to the Dark Wizard I slashed his right arm with my razor-sharp claw.
"AGHHHHHH!!!!!", he shouted in pain.

I flew towards the dark clouds after that I spread my wings and I whispered,
"effundo", DISCHARGE activated.
A big yellow magic circle appeared on top of all the demons and the dark wizard.
Lightning zapped all of them, making all of the demons to stun and damaging them all.
"Now CHARGE!", I had say to the people of the village.
The villagers charged and rampaged the demons while they are stunned.
The dark wizard was startled that my spells is strong enough to take down an entire army,
he freaked out until he cast a magic wall between the veggie demons and the villagers.
He then cast a curse so that the demons were no longer stunned.
He then put another curse on the demons.
They started to grow wings and did I just saw that they grow thorns and sharp teeth.
"NOW, CHARGE HIM MY CHILDREN!"
All of the demons flew towards me with such speed, but nevertheless, I am faster than them.
I swift here and there, dodging a bite from a tomato and knocking down one with my powerful wing. But there was too much demons, I couldn't fight them all at once.
I flew towards a clearer space, but not near to the Dark Wizard.

The demons followed me, I had then flapped my huge wings and it creates a powerful wind blow that pushed all of the demons backwards and damaged them a little bit.
I had then flew into a better place.
When I reached a place higher, I chanted "Aqua Flante",
WATER BURST activated ,
a blue magic circle appeared in front of me,
a torrent blast of water blasted all of the demons to the ground again,
and all of them died due to the spell and the high drop.
When I have finished with the demons, I flew towards the dark wizard with an amazing speed,
He tried to cast a spell on me but I was too fast.
When I was near the Dark Wizard, I knocked him with my big, powerful, majestic wings.
He fell down on the ground. He got angrier and furious.
He cast curses upon curses on the crops inside the farm.
The veggies grow legs and arms, and all charged at the same time.
It seems like they never learn.
I chant "Flatus" and GALE activated.
A grey magic circle appear in front of me and a wild gushing wind blow all of the demons towards the dark wizard.
Damaging all demons and the dark wizard due to the impact.

The dark wizard looked enraged, that's why you never underestimate someone by their rank.
I hovered towards the sky, I opened my wings and whispered, "effundo"
DISCHARGE activated and a yellow magic circle appear in the sky.
Lightning zapped all of the demons and damaging the dark wizard too.
It seems like he is out of mana, as I can see him weak on the ground.
It is time to finish this! I dived from the sky towards the Dark Wizard, with such speed,
I am about to cause great impact on the dark wizard and suddenly he cast a spell on me that I turned back into my human form.
Oh no what am I suppose to do? I am about to fall, ughhh, stop thinking about that, i kept diving nevertheless my human form. I was diving with my head in front.
When I reached near the ground level, I had put my leg in front and I had cause great impact to the dark wizard.

The dark wizard instantly fainted, and my King of The Storm was deactivated and I became weak.
The sky cleared again and the sun rose.
The sun is now at its zenith point, the highest point.
Which shows that it is now noon.
As the dark wizard is down, The villagers ran towards me and asked if I am ok.
The village leader stepped out of the big crowd. His long beard still intact and his stick, always with him.
"young man, thank you again for saving us, but..."
"YOU DESTROY THE WHOLE FARM!" he screamed while pointing his finger towards the farm.
Me and the other villagers took a look at the whole farm, and it is destroyed!
Crops were either wet or scorched.
"b-but grandpa, without him, we will all be cursed by the evil wizard, plus the black crops have thorns and is not good to be eaten, so don't get mad at him."
said a young girl to the village leader.
"hmm, i guess you are right my little angel."
he then left with his granddaughter.
The villagers noticed that I am hurt, they gave me a support lift and we head to the village's hospital.
