The day would be sunny as the rays of sunlight would lighten up the Neutral Grounds, the beams would reflect over the city, making it look even more beautiful than it already was. The flowers would be spread all over the place, and oddly there was no magic to be seen, well that is logical since it is Neutral Grounds, the place where people go to just have peace and have nothing to do with magic and the harms it can cause. The life on Neutral Grounds was most definitely a peaceful one, so if one wanted to retire as a mage without being chased down, this was the best place to go. Though there wasn't much flowers like bone boy, Izo would like, but after his mage years, this was his place to go.
Izo would as usual, walk slowly and calmly towards the entrance to the famed Neutral Grounds which could apparently stop anyone from using magic. Though this would not apply to Izo as growing the bones out of his skin isn't a spell, rather a bloodline trait, and what people would call spells is what he calls techniques because they require no magic. As he took the step into the field of the Neutral Grounds, he felt no different, being able to protrude bones through his palm. Though he wasn't here to fight, he never liked fighting. He was here to simply pick up an item which would allow him to communicate with others that are far away from him. In the end it would be useful somehow, plus it was free, so why not.
As he walked forward, he would take a map that was next to the entrance and try to skim through it to find where the Neutral Ground's factory had been located. It had not been long before he was able to catch it from the side of his eye. "So, take a left, and then go straight." He would begin using the directions on the map to guide himself to the factory, easily making it halfway there, but due to him just looking at the map while he walked, he would casually bump into someone here and there, but they didn't mind once he apologized nicely and continued walking. So as he continued his short but adventurous walk, he would finally stumble upon the factory, though it didn't look to fancy, at least he was getting a phone out of it.
Izo would walk into the factory from the entrance as he glanced around looking for someone who could just provide him with the phone so he could get out of there and go play with it, or whatever you do with it. Though, fortunately for him, a man hopped in out of nowhere and without a word passed him the phone, and without saying anything back he just left. That was a weird encounter, though he got his phone and that's all he needed, so without a second to waste, Izo headed out of the Neutral Grounds to go back to adventuring and exploring. Though this was a new place he had been to, so he could check that off his list.
