Job Description:
The time has come for Rose Garden's blood drive! The person running it has asked for legal mages to assist in doing the drive to make the patients feel a bit more at ease. They have a list of all legal mages, and the dress code requires no hats or hoods to be worn inside. Dark mages are instantly arrested, but those with a neutral guild insignia that they willingly show are permitted. In short, you will be going around entertaining the children, serving food, serving drinks, helping those who had blood drawn walk to the dining area and catching them if they fall, as well as aiding to keep those who fainted from over heating.
Reward: Notice from the Magic Council for your selfless efforts.

The task of taking part in a simple blood drive was on the agenda for the mage known as Samira Nassar. Naturally aiding the one in Hargeon Town would have been more convenient since her guild of Lamia Scale was located there, but the event occurring within Rose Garden was in short supply of volunteers. She made the journey there and soon found herself inside the hospital hosting the blood drive. Silently the woman walked towards the front desk, flipping her long hair over her shoulder as she moved. There was a nurse behind the counter looking over a clipboard, but her attention switched to Samira as she approached and greeted her with a warm smile. “Hello there! Are you here to volunteer?”
“Yes, I am,” Samira answered calmly with a slight monotone pitch within her voice. There was little need to add more information. The question was a simple one and required a simple answer. The lady behind the front desk continued her kind smile. “That’s great! I need to see your guild mark though to make sure you’re legal. We sometimes get dark mages in here.”
Samira tapped a finger against her lips, contemplating the unusual request given to her. Should a hospital be so critical of who they get donated blood or aid from? Perhaps the rule came from the Magic Council and if so would make the woman question such odd priorities. A sigh escaped her. It was not at all ideal to assume such things. She was within a legal guild and therefore it was ultimately not her problem. She submitted to the request and pulled back the sleeve of her shirt to expose the guild tattoo upon her right shoulder. With the tattoo check out of the way the front desk lady nodded her head and motioned for Samira to follow her, eventually leading her in a large room filled with tables, seats, and a lot of people.
“Okay, all you have to do is help out around here. Just pass out some drinks and make sure everyone makes it to their seat.” With the instructions given, the front desk nurse smiled once again and walked out of the room. Now Samira was left to her own devices. She stood there for a moment, observing how other volunteers were handling their tasks. The idea of getting someone else to do her work for her crossed her mind, but that would go against the idea of volunteering. No, she would just have to bear actually doing work.
Samira slowly walked over to a table that had some drinks ready to go and placed them on a nearby tray. Once the tray was full of beverages she lifted the tray and began to walk slowly from person to person, allowing them to take a glass. The people expressed their thanks as she went by to which she would only respond with a small bow of her head and a “of course”.
Once everyone in the room had their drinks she assisted in walking patients to their seats after having blood drawn. The nurses would walk them to the room where Samira would then take them by the arm and slowly walk with them to an available seat. The event eventually came to an end, allowing Samira some extra time in the day to head out towards the building that was giving out passports.
