Drunken Return(Riccardo's Intro)

It was a strange site that was approaching the guildhall of blue pegasus and one which would become much more familiar to the residents of the guild and those nearby. The image was this: a small bearded man with a pipe in his mouth riding on the back of a large tiger who moved as if drunk. This was because this particular tiger was one of the rare brandy tiger species, a species that was permanently intoxicated and whose blood was top grade brandy hence the name brandy tiger. This tiger was a bit different due to how it was raised by its rider. Its name was Cognac and its rider believed that its alcohol quality was beyond that of any other brandy tiger. Who was its rider? Well, his name was Riccardo Viggore, famously known as Drunken Rick, or at least he had been in youth.

Ah his youth. He had been a member of this guild long before its destruction and ressurection. He'd been a high ranked mage and quite famous, but an accident changed his body dramatically and sealed away his magic power. It was believed to be permanent and so he was forced into retirement. However, recently a small trickle of his magic power had returned and retirement had never suited him so he decided to return to Blue Pegasus and see what the new version of the guild was all about.

As he entered through the doorway the tiger walked over to the bar and Riccardo jumped off landing behind the bar. "Well it seems like the guild has good taste kehehe." he said to himself as he grabbed a bottle of high quality bourbon and strangely poured it into his pipe. "Ah...now that's the staff ey Cognac?" he said pouring the brandy tiger a small bowlful of the strong alcohol. The man hopped up onto the bar and sat there occasionally pouring some more bourbon into his pipe or into Cognac's bowl. "I wonder if anyone will come and greet an old man."

He'd been enjoying the alcohol so much that he hadn't noticed the approach of Shuhei at all. Mostly because he had his eyes closed. When the man spoke to him he almost spilt some alcohol in surprise. He opened one eye and looked at the man. "And you'd interrupt a man clearly enjoying it?" Riccardo replied putting the cap on and putting it down onto the bar. There was a look of annoyance in his eye. "Ya know I was this..." and here he made a gesture with his fingers held barely apart. "...close to spilling it. Are ya a bloody fool man?" Cognac looked up blinking and let out a small growl.

"But....that would be wasting booze." the tiger said said in surprise in his slurred voice. Though there was an edge of annoyance. Much like Riccardo this brandy tiger hated alcohol wasters.

"Indeed it would. Indeed it would. So I ask ya again...are ya a bloody fool?" he said opening his other eye and looking at the man more closely. He tilted his head for a moment and stroked his beard. "Ya look familiar lad" the man considered this for a moment. He knew the face from somewhere. Then the idea came to him and a look of recollection came to his face along with a cheeky grin. He didn't know Shuhei, or at least he didn't recognise him from the old guild days. After all, Shuhei had just been a kid back then. However, he did recognise him from things like sorceror weekly. "Ah...you'd be the flash god Shuhei right? The guildmaster of this place." The man leapt down and extended a hand up to the man. Riccardo was under 5ft so this was definitely a hand up rather than a hand to. "Ya might be a bloody fool, but ya got a good taste in booze so i'll let ya off this once. I'm Riccardo Viggore, most people known me as Drunken Rick though."
