Personality: Caelestis Icarus Zephyr is, to put it mildly, a troll. He lives for pranking or otherwise annoying people, and never seems to take much seriously. Whether it be confusing people with his words, saying utterly cursed things, or driving people nuts with small jokes, Cael loves nothing more than being a nuisance. With a sharp wit and a sharper tongue, very few people are safe from the gremlin that he is when he really gets going. Doesn’t matter if you’re an ally or an enemy, if he feels like it he can and will hit you where it metaphorically hurts.

One of his greatest loves is not just annoying people, but also knowledge. He loves to learn new things about the world and people around him. An avid collector of rare and ancient texts, and all sorts of historical artifacts, Cael always gets excited encountering things he’s never seen before, whether good or bad. To know more than one’s peers, to know things nobody else does, gets him motivated and excited like almost nothing else. After all, knowledge is power. (Though too much knowledge can be a bad thing at times.)

Cael is a highly independent person as well, rarely choosing to rely on others. To some extent, it comes with the territory of being a Guildless mage, but he takes it a step further. Nobody can make him work with others more than necessary, and he certainly doesn’t rely on them either. Even if he’s forced to work with someone, he’s always prepared to do all the work himself and refuses to let his partner take care of it. He’s always strategizing, always thinking, and fights like a wild thing when he has to. When it comes down to it, he’s simply a wild, uncontrollable person, with no regard for any authority figures in his life.

Likes:

• Flying/The Sky, there’s nothing more freeing than being in the air, in his opinion.
  
• Apples, they’re his favorite fruit, and one of his favorite foods.
  
• Annoying people, it’s his favorite pastime.
  

Dislikes:

• Bigots and simple minded idiots, he simply can’t imagine sticking to one set of prejudiced ideals his whole life.
  
• Authority figures, someone who thinks they can control him is someone Caelestis scoffs at.
  
• Mushrooms, he’s never been able to fathom why people eat them when they’re gross and rubbery.

• Freedom, everything he does is with his own freedom and the freedom of others in mind.
