When compared to Magnolia or other famous towns which are always bustling with life, Cedar was serenity itself. A medium sized port town that mostly relied on the local fishery and some trading posts. Sure it did get the occasional visitor, travelers that travel by boat to Fiore or city folk that tried to escape the crowded town so that they could get some well deserved peace. In that case Cedar was more than perfect, as nothing much ever happened here. This town was mundanity itself, untouched by large franchised shops or big guilds and more importantly, it wasn't ravished by any catastrophe that seemed to plague a lot of the other towns. No when compared to Magnolia or Era, Cedar was a safe haven where normal people could go along their normal ways. Yet that might not always be the case, as we speak danger was approaching Cedar in a way no one could expect...
Speaking of danger, it might be very possible it had already found its way in to the small port town. At this moment residing in an old church building, was a rather unsavory bunch. A group of mages who were wearing rather ominous colors, clad in black with a hint of dark purple. But that wasn't the worst part, it was their masks. Their maks had the design of a skull, which could only mean one thing. These mages were part of the most notorious guild Fiore had ever seen, namely Savage Skull. Along with the small group was one member who was significantly different the the rest of them, he was a tad larger, and wore a different attire. A battle armor, with a long black cloak that dragged behind him and unlike the others he didn't wear a horrid mask to conceal his identity. Why? Because Dahau was got enough confidence in his own ability that he didn't feel the need to hide who he was.
'Did you really think we wouldn't notice! Did you think of us as fools!' His voice low, yet sounded surprisingly amused as it bellowed through the empty church. While in front of him was a man around his late thirties, a priest. Who tried to crawl away from the scene after being struck a few moment ago. Around him the other Savages snickered at the sight of the priest who was shivering from fear, one of the Savages even went out of his way and kicked the man right into his stomach, which in turn made the Savages burst out in laughter as they taunted the man. 'You lured us here under false promises, you said this church housed a cursed object. Which you were willing to sell! Yet here I am, and the only thing you have is nothing but worthless junk.'
'P-please! Forgive me! I needed the money! I didn't know wh-'
'Your pathetic sob story won't save you now priest.. you overplayed your hand! You dabbled with forces beyond your comprehension and now you have to pay the toll for your insolence' sneered Dahau. 'But what to take... you have nothing of value, and your life is barely a compensation for the time we wasted here...'
'Sir!' stated one of the other Savages 'What about the lass from before? You know the we knocked out. She would fit as payment and besides, te guild could always use another....chambermaid' As the mage said that he smiled creepily, it was more then obviously that he was hinting at a very different job for the girl.
'Well, I guess that'll do' replied Dahau. 'At least she's easy on the eyes. Allright grab the girl and let's move out, I don't want to spend anymore time with this whimpering fool! Oh... and burn this place down while you're at it'

Job Description:
Humanity rejoiced after the king of dragons has met its end. For no longer did the people of Fiore and the rest of Earthland live in fear, that one day Acnologia would descend upon their little towns and wreak havoc and total annihilation. However, it wasn’t humanity alone that heard of the black dragon’s demise. No the whispers of its defeat reached even into the darkest corners of the world. Awakening those who hid away from Acnologia all those years ago. These are its kin, dragons that had survived the onslaught of their king and remained hidden for centuries.
And now, with the black dragon defeated they will rise up again. Their dominion over humanity has only just begun.
After all those ages, dragons have been sighted around Earthland once again. Some may be decent, some just doesn’t care. However those are just a small fraction so it seems, as the most of them seem to have returned with a grudge against humanity itself. Now it is up to you to fend off this threat against humanity itself.
How you meet the dragon is up to you, it can be a job from a town that is being terrorized by a dragon. A sheepherder whose flock is slowly being thinned out. Or a chance encounter. It can be a custom dragon, or even a dragon from the anime. You can copy attacks from this job or make entire new one for the dragon, just make sure you run them by a staffmember
Dragons that are defeated:
Acnologia, Korvek the Voidbringer
Banned dragons:
All slayer dragons like Igneel etc.
Enemies:
The Dragon
You must roll once each post, per player. One Monster die, and one Number die. Odd or even numbers paired with the monster die dictate the attack for the post. Each attack is done towards whoever it is currently attacking, mostly the easiest person to hit at the moment, or the dragon tries to hit as many of the players as possible.
HP: 5.600 (40 H-ranks)
Ethereal Affliction - Passive
With almost every hit the dragon stacks an ethereal point on its targets. Till his target has a total of three points, if a target is fully stacked and the dragon activates the spell Ethereal Manifestation every afflicted target will and up with an temporary ethereal body for two posts. Meaning that during that time they can’t deal or receive damage. However this is still an affliction and during the two posts you are afflicted, you will lose 5% magic power per post.
In addition you will perceive the world a bit differently, you’ll see the dragon for what it really is. A misshaped dying beast, that basically lives on the energy he takes from it’s victim. The world is warped, see it a like when Frodo puts on the one ring in the lord of the rings.
Ethereal Manifestation – Active
Actives every 3 post round. When fully stacked, targets will end up with an ethereal body for two posts. During that time targets can’t deal or receive any damage, since their body is ethereal and not entirely in the living realm anymore. More like something between the living and the death. You will lose 5% magic power per post.
Weak
Odd: Ghastly strike – S rank
Out of nowhere large shadow based dragon-claws begin to form and strike at every opponent from behind. Dealing S rank damage to anyone who doesn’t manage to block, or disperse the attack. The attack also stacks the targets with 1 ethereal point.
Even: Ethereal Claw – S rank
Korvek strikes at one of his opponents with his mighty claw, however instead of a normal claw attack. His attack has an ethereal appearance. Meaning that mostly every defensive spell doesn’t work against it. Large shields, rock walls and so on. The only defensive spell that works against this attack are holy/light based barriers. This attacks also stacks 1 ethereal point. When attacked from behind, it deals double the damage and stacks double the points.
Normal
Odd: Hellish Barrage – S rank
Like an actual missile launch the dragon shoots a multitude of its own sharp scales from his back an targets every players in the thread. Each player is targeted by two S rank missiles. And upon the basic damage it also stacks in ethereal points when hit.
Even: I am the void
Suddenly the dragon fades away, or disappears in the shadows. Only to emerge once again behind one of the players. You determine this by rolling an extra number dice and assigning every member of your party a number. When their number is rolled, that is the one who is being targeted. You roll once again for an attack as well, because the moment the dragon emerges he will strike at one of you right away.
Strong
Odd: Harrowing Roar – H rank
Like any dragon Korvek the Voidbringer’s ultimate attack is its roar. With a large bellowing rumbling sound Korvek releases a mighty attack that alone deals double H rank damage to anyone who is caught up in it. This attack is also packed with a large portion of good ol’ widespread destruction. In addition it deals an additional 2 ethereal points on whoever he hits.
Even: Ghasty Force – H rank
The Dragon suddenly starts powering up, but instead of any normal force where the power of the dragon is increased. This one starts draining all its targets. Every player loses 10% mana and is drained for 40 points of health.
Reward:
200.000 jewels
