Anything for our Master?!

Somehow, Leila managed to find herself back in this place. She could only sigh as she remembered the last time she worked here. But even though that was an experience she would never ever forget in many different ways, it was also fun! So surely, today would be similar to that as well. She was actually quite surprised when she found out that the owner of this café had such fond memories of her that he wanted her to work here again. Well, all the better probably. It was not exactly world saving job, but it paid at least a little bit. So the girl would arm herself with a confident and warm, welcoming smile as she made several steps towards the front door of this unchanging establishment. Honestly, it looked exactly the same as it did when she was just starting her magical career in Fiore and that was a while ago now.

But instead of opening the door herself, the owner managed to get ahead of her and sprint out of the building to shake her hand. "Miss Leila, there you are! I was expecting you, dear! You made such a good impression that we gained several regular costumers last time you were here, and they just keep asking about how you're doing! We know that you're a popular mage now, so we truly appreciate you taking a while of your day to come and help us!" She honestly had no idea as to how she should reply to something like that. So she just nodded and agreed with him before he would let go of her. There was still more, however. "You won't be working alone today either. There will be another lass helping you, so I hope you can get along"

Last time she was all alone for this job, so this could only be good. But still, the silver haired maiden had to wonder what kind of girl she would work here with. Not to mention the idea of another girl in maid outfit so nearby, it was setting off dangerous signals inside of the Eden mage's head, ones that she should try to shut up at least for as long as they were working and getting paid for their actions.

It didn't take long at all before the other girl would arrive too. Turning her head around to see the new arrival as she spoke up, Leila was pleasantly surprised to see a young and pretty lady. The Eden's mage was no pervert, but obviously she enjoyed company like this given the way her likes went most of the time. So she would wave of her with a big smile. But before she could even properly introduce her humble self, the man stepped right next to her with equally large smile and used his hand to remove the sweat from his forehead.

"There you are, good! I was worried you wouldn't make it at time, this is great! I have to go and talk to some other people, so head on in and change into the uniforms, there is a changing room in the back. Customers will start pouring in any moment!"

And with that, he scurried off just like that, leaving the poor girls to their own devices. But that was not too bad either. The silver haired maiden already knew how it worked here from her previous experience, so there should be no problem at all!

"Hey! Name's Leila Vergious and I'll be helping here today as well. It's pleasure to meet you, um... sorry, I didn't catch your name?"

Leila also realized that there was not really much of a point for her to go into the changing room. When she was here last, she received the uniform as a farewell gift, since the owner apparently had excess for whatever reason. So with a little bit of magic, the girl's clothes suddenly disappeared in a light of magic, revealing her bare skin for just a moment before a maid uniform suddenly adorned her body. A short skirt with cat tail attached to it, as well as top that only barely worked as a bra without hiding her belly or neck at all. And to accompany the tail, a lovely fake cat ears.

"There we go~"

The girl standing in front of her also seemed to be polite and rather interesting. Something like that was always a plus when it came down to contracts and jobs Leila had to do. Much like anyone else, she too disliked boring. So having someone like this to work with was a relief for sure. Nodding to her introduction, she would show her best smile as she leaned a little bit forward, her cleavage showing off nicely. "Pleasure to meet you indeed, Mitsuki. Let's do our best!"

And just like that, the two of them would enter the establishment together. The new atmosphere of maid café quickly filled the Eden's mage with nostalgia as she remembered all the troublesome customers she had to deal with previously, laughing softly. But something like that shouldn't distract her too much as she pointed to a door in the back that had a sigh saying "Employees only". "If I remember correctly, that should be the changing room. Why don't you go change while I ready the tables? I'm sure you'll look really cute in a maid uniform!"

She tried to compliment the other girl in her own way before going off and doing exactly what she said she would - preparing the tables for guests that would without a doubt soon start pouring in. It was important that the place was ready for something like that, welcoming and tidy. Impression would do a lot for place like this.

Before everything was ready and prepared for the incoming guests, Mitsuki was already back from the changing room and looking rather stunning. At least for Leila anyway. Perhaps that was to be expected as the silver haired maiden did not see many other females in outfits such as these. Though she did have to sigh internally at least a little bit, as it was a grand shame that her partner did not have cat inspired outfit as well. Surely she would look even cuter with cat ears and tail along with that maid outfit! "You look adorable!"

The Eden's mage would compliment the girl, lively spark adorning her gaze as she was almost drooling over the sight, wishing that she could just kinda stare at it forever. But the moment was soon interrupted by the doors opening and first guests coming in. It would appear that some individuals were already forming a line in front of the main entrance as they saw the ladies through the front windows, but the doors were not yet unlocked. However, as soon as the clock hit a specific time, the magical locks clicked and the café was now opened. "Okay, let's do our best!"

Leila would give an inspiration shout as she quickly ran off the the first customers, bowing to them with the usual Welcome, master and so on and so forth. Just like that, their day filled with work has started and only gods knew what oddities would enter the establishment as the day would progress. But whatever would happen, the silver haired maiden was certain that it would be fun. Especially with an eye candy such as Mitsuki walking around at all times! That was something akin to a unexpected blessing straight from the heavens, a reward for being patient and working hard, surely.

A rather apparent blush ran across the pale-haired girl's face in the very moment she was called mistress by her job partner. Even if it was meant to be as a joke, this was little bit too much of a stimulation for the Eden's mage as she was forced to turn around and cover her face for a little bit, trying to calm down and not start drooling all over the place this instant. It was just far too adorable and, well... obviously the girl was never called master or mistress, anything of the sort.  It was completely new to her, something that could be dangerous if she got too used to it. Especially when cute girls were calling her that.

Thankfully Leila managed to regain her composure moments later, though that moment was definitely stored in her memory so that she could recall it in the future and squeal all she would want in the private. But that would be then, now was the time to start serving costumers. Plenty of "masters" filled the tables and started ordering, only showing just how much did this place in grow in it's popularity since she last worked here. And after guiding a group of rather mischievous looking children, she noticed something rather suspicious.

With a rather loud sound, Mitsuki would trip over a leg that was quickly pulled out from under the table, making her trip and spill the drink she was carrying both on the floor and on the costumer. Thankfully the glass was caught by a small wine creeping on the ground, part of Leila's magic that saved it from shattering in many pieces all across the ground. This scene was quite familiar to her, just a bit reversed. Oh yes, she was made to trip herself when she worked here last, but the drink spilled on her and made her attire... dangerously transparent. Knowing what was up, she approached the scene and placed herself between the customer and the other girl.

"Oh dear, please excuse her. She only just started working here, so mistakes like that ought to be expected. If you wish, should I clean your clothes for you, master?"

Her words were dancing on a teasing note, but her expression said otherwise. There was a reason she positioned herself at such angle that not many other people would be able to see her, as the ocean blue eyes carried a proper bloodlust that was surely apparent to the costumer, who also noticed the various vines now creeping around his leg secretly, tugging and coiling around him. Scared of the possibly rough handling he could be put through, he waved his hands around in dismissive manner and started trying to dry his clothes on his own with a tissue that rested atop the table. Turning around, Leila's expression would now be one of worry as she looked over Mitsuki.

"Are you alright? Did you hurt yourself anywhere?"

Well, Mitsuki certainly had some interesting magic right there. Demon summoning? Seemed quite unusual, even for a world like this. Regular humans usually stayed away from magic of such type. Unless this girl was more than she seemed, which was entirely possible on all accords. After all, Leila herself was not exactly human in any way imaginable. Though her case was a little bit special from everything else one could encounter. In any case, the Eden's mage was actually really glad her partner for this job could take care of the business herself. Seemed she didn't even have to interfere in this unfortunate matter. The costumer was ought to remember that one for a long time.

And if Mitsuki was giving it her very best, then Leila should too. Well, she soon was reminded of the harsh reality by screaming children from one of the booths anyway. So with certain displeased expression, she would do her best to smile and not look scary to the little runts who were pretty much all over the place, extremely indecisive and even attempting to change their order after the meal was already in production. Where were parents in a situation like this? What were even little kinds doing in a café that was clearly meant for the more odd fantasies of adults? Still, it was the girl's job to serve as best as she could. And so she did. Though she would still get in the time to ask the other lovely female that was working here with her how things went on her end. And as per usual, even her question was accompanied by a warm smile when she could talk to a pretty lass such as this one!

"Enjoying yourself, Mitsuki?"

Always keep yourself busy. That way, you will surely be able to live a good and happy life. If you stop even for a moment, boredom might start gnawing at your very core, making you question everying about you, around you. And that is simply no good. Those words sometimes echoed throughout the girl's mind. She remembered the day someone very important told her this. And while she did not agree with it completely, this really was nice. Her short skirt danced up and down as she weaved between the different guests, the voice escaping her throat like a melody dancing with the wind and greeting everyone.

This was a hard work, but thanks to that, she felt rather accomplished. Bringing other people happiness, it was quite strange concept. The Eden's witch never really understood it, but she went with the flow as long as it seemed pleasant to her. Was it wrong to be doing this for reasons so selfish? Perhaps. But who exactly was there to tell her to stop doing so? Mitsuki surely had her own agenda too, and by the looks of it, she was enjoying it here despite all that had transpired earlier. "Glad you're enjoying yourself then! And picture, huh? Sure~"

Leila did not mind it either. When she worked here last, similar situation arose as well. Back then, it was a whole crowd of cosplay fans that wished to capture her figure and appearance in their lenses. But even if it was but a single person right now, she would not refuse him something so simple. And what more, it was to be with Mitsuki. So perhaps she could ask the costumer later for a copy of said picture, have a little memento of the moment when she was able to take a picture with another beautiful girl. "But be ready to say stop at any moment. These guys often want some pretty embarrassing or suggestive poses."
