    Please lower the 30% to 10% since there are zero drawbacks to the user and max allowed additional mp is 25%.

    I changed it to HP~ since that was how I originally saw it

    Still needs to be lowered to 10%. If someone has something like this without drawbacks, please tell staff so we can, get it fixed properly.
