Personality:

A simple word that can describe Cecil is "chaotic". He is a being who lives and breathes disorder. He believes his whole reason of being is to defy fate. And the only way he knows how is by going against everything that is deemed "orderly" and "light". He thrives on chaos and disorder, living his life unbound by other's control. Despite his desire for anarchy Cecil is actually quite "human". He isn't insane unlike what people may think. He is actually very sane and intelligent. He knows that by acting the way he does he can get a rise out of his enemies. He can easily cause them to slip up with his taunts and unpredictable personality. He has a cunning mind, one that can pick up details easily, he uses his sharp mind to pick out things about a person to then use against them later on.

Cecil is very sadistic. He enjoys inflicting pain on others may it be physical or mental. His sadism can range from ruthless teasing to all out tearing down one's hopes and dreams, to physically beating them down onto the ground. Cecil finds himself very "fair" with his sadistic ways, he will harm both genders equally no matter what species or race. In his eyes everyone is "equal" in terms of harming. This desire for inflicting pain can date back to his childhood where he was constantly beaten by not only other children in the orphanage, but by the orphanage matron. Being hit all the time and being called "worthless" and "weak", finally took a toll on him and caused him to snap. He soon began taking his rage on others and eventually took it out on his abusers before he killed them and destroyed the orphanage with his uncontrolled magic.

In that vein he actually derives pleasure from being harmed as well. A masochist he can easily laugh off a firm punch to the gut or even ask his abuser to "hit him more". Mostly out of the desire to see their freaked out or disgusted reaction and mostly because he loves the feeling of pain. Despite this he won't inflict pain on himself. He finds it not as "thrilling" or "invigorating" if he's the one causing himself pain, it has to be someone else.

Other than his sadism he's quite childish. Never having a good childhood much of his desires as a child still clung onto him even as a young adult. He has a almost child-like wonder with new and exciting things. He will often whine and complain when he doesn't get to have his "fun" or is forced to do things he doesn't like. He will also throw little "tantrums" that usually result in something being destroyed by either him or his magic. To add to it, he is extremely easy to please. Give him the thing he wants or "promise" him something later and you'll have him happy and content in a matter of seconds.

Cecil is also a known man-whore. He'll sleep with practically anyone who's pretty enough. Surprisingly he's quite subtle about his advances and doesn't try to force his "affections" on anyone unless it's just some sort of flirting or teasing. With that he can be quite well mannered and even kind if he wants to be. He enjoys getting to know the person he wants to sleep with instead of just "sex now" as most other man-whores would be. Even with his "kinder" personality he still enjoys sex and will do just about anyone (as long as their human). The only reason he even tries to be polite is because his mentor beat it into his skull when he was younger. And even now with her dead he still fears the crazy woman's wrath.

In battle he can be seen just as sadistic as he is in everyday life. He enjoys the thrill of pain and will often fight head on in order to inflict more damage to his enemy or himself. This often makes him much like a "berserker" that will continue to fight until either he's too wounded and unable to fight, his opponent is too wounded or dead, or the battle is considered "over". As the battle wears on his bloodlust rises,putting him in a state of "euphoria" when at the height of the battle. In this state he let's go of all inhibitions to just "go wild". Ignoring everything but his opponent until he or his enemy can no longer fight. This often means he has to be restrained if he goes out of control. Either by a ally or a superior where all they have to do is either yell at him to "snap out of it" or when things "go south" knock him out.

When it comes to cooperation he's surprisingly good at it. If the situation calls for it he'll work with others and no matter how much he whines or complains when it comes to the mission he'll do it right the first time. He hates having to repeat something just because he was "sloppy". When it comes to his superiors he will show respect even if it's just a tiny bit. He knows that his superiors didn't reach such standing by goofing off. He knows if he pisses them off enough he'll find himself a one way trip to the infirmary or even worse- his grave. And no matter HOW arrogant he is he isn't stupid and doesn't want to die anytime soon.

Likes:

Chaos: Chaos is everything to him. Life would be stale and predictable without it.

Sex: He can't help that he's a viral male that enjoys the warmth of other bodies! It's just so addicting!

Pain: Pain to others or himself, he can't get enough of it!

Dislikes:

Dictatorship: It's horrible to just follow every word someone says like sheep. He ain't no sheep!

Hangovers: Worse thing to ever happen to a person's body EVER.

Commitment: Truthfully he just can't see settling down right now (or ever). It's just too troublesome. He's a free spirit y'know?

Motivations:

Freedom: His desire to be free and stay free. A guild is fine as long as it isn't too restrictive. But having someone control every aspect of your life? No thanks.

His Place: To find his place in life. Is he set to just live his life as a wondering leaf among the breeze? Or does he have more in life in store for him? He wants to know.

His Parents: To find out who his parents are and why they abandoned him as a infant.



Fears:

Death: Or more specifically death without making a mark in history. He fears dying and everyone just forgetting about him.

Loneliness: To be alone till his death. If there's on thing he could never stand is being alone and forgotten like some old toy.

Cats: He can't stand those things! He's deathly afraid of them and believes they give bad luck onto anyone who they gaze at.

Appearance: Cecil appears as a average male standing at 5'9 and weighing around 145 pounds. His body is thin but holds lean muscle in the right places. He is fairly pale with several scars visible on his chest, stomach, and back. The most noticeable scars being on his cheeks three on each side looking much like "whiskers". His eyes are a cerulean blue with dark circles underneath his eyes. Which turn red for unexplained reasons when using his magic. His hair is a ebony black, short with messy spikes. His face is rounded almost baby-faced but he still holds a mature appearance. For clothing he dons a baby blue long coat with white fur trim at the hood. He also wears a pair of buckle bangles over black arm leggings that reach from his elbows before cutting off at his fingers. He wears no shirt underneath his coat and wears a pair of black baggy pants with black steel-toed boots. And to finish his style he wears a crimson sash around his waist. He also wears a white fox mask with three strange "eyes" on it's visage.
