Personality: Rune is always stuck between wanting to talk to people and study his books for new ways to use his magic. this puts him in a weird situation most of the time where he finds himself pulled in two directions. Although his guildmates or friends tend to win out over his studies as well as work. Since he needs work to buy more books as well as more magical trinkets, but his parents both taught him that there are a time and place for study and another time for action. Rune lives by that motto and keeps his studies for the night while their resting and he is not on guard. It is also the reason he only ever takes one book with him at a time. that way he will take his time reading it and better understand it for doing so.

Rune has been put in charge of a couple of people before he joined the Fairy Tail guild. His parents would sometimes send him out on little jobs with a few workers to dig up old tomes or relics of times lost. He would keep the workers busy after taking just a few seconds to run the calculation in his head on the best way to go about it. Something that he found very easy to do ever since he was a small child. Other times he would be under his fathers or mothers guidance while working, and often times they would ask him what the best course of action would be since his brain worked faster than most. They would then make some changes to his plan since they knew the workers better than he did they would move them around to better fit their style.

Rune was only ever in a few battles all of them he handled the same way. Poke and prod the enemy from a distance figure out what kind of magic they use. The strengths and weaknesses of it and take advantage of where he could with his own magic. This plan worked better for him and his style of magic than it did for a lot of the others he knew. Since his style of magic was versatile as well as able to pack a punch and favored range.
Likes:

• Friends- Rune cares deeply for the ones that he calls friends even willing to sacrifice himself for them.
  
• Research- Rune finds researching new magics relaxing and tends to have a book or two on him at all times
  
• Games- He enjoys playing games with his friends not just intellectual games but silly fun games as well and will often time be the one to start the games on road trips.
  

Dislikes:

• snakes- Rune finds them to be creepy and he does not like how sneaky they are.
  
• Bordem- Rune despises being bord and will go out of his way to entertain himself even if he annoys others
  
• Children- Rune flys off the handle when children are hurt, and can't stand anyone that would hurt a child.
