Personality: Clarence is a very quiet person to say the least.   he much prefers to sit in the library and read books and go out and have a grand party,   or would much prefer to study and train then to socialize if he has the option.   he's not a very social person most the time it takes a lot to get him to open up at points however once he's warmed up to you, he'll have conversations with you and help you out with anything.   that's not to say he doesn't know how to have a good time it's just not his preference. However he does try to help others when he can by offering advice if nothing else in being there if they need him,  as quiet as he can be here always be so the lean on and it always listen.   however he's not a perfect person he doesn't like talking about his past will do anything and everything to avoid it if he can possibly do it as it haunts him to this day,  thus why he prefers to study so we can gain more powerful to confront his past one day.  How were in combat he is much more focused and much more determined as he  he isn't a strong man and relies primarily on his  intelligence  and his magic to defend himself from other assaults.   though he's very careful is Magic not to  make or cause collateral damage if he could possibly help it,   he believes magic should be able to help people not harm them unless deserving.   as for being a leader he isn't privy on doing it unless he has to.   he prefers to stay out of Harm's Way and keep to himself even during combat unless having to directly help other people.   however he can do it and he can be an effective leader if he needs to be with his intelligence and his ability to call shots when needed,   however he will only do it if he actually has two or everyone else makes him.

Magic Council-  The system is flawed and needs fixing...
Sleeping-  Having consistent nightmares...he can’t remember when he slept well last
