I am Cimba. I have almost no experience RPing, but I will give my best.
I have many questions, none of which are about slayer magic, cause you need to buy it to have it and that is OK. :)

I have been reading the rules about magic, and I don't get how do you create spells.

I want to create a character that can use Polygon-make magic (which is a subset of Polygon magic).
I do get I only have 3 D spells, and that the damage one can't hit more than 20 hp.
But the defensive spells I don't get. It says:

Defensive spells can generally take a maximum of three spells of their rank. If a defensive spell takes three spells of their rank, the magic must be purely based on defense, or must be efficiently balanced, otherwise it will generally take two spells of their rank.

So do you need 3 slots for defense?

Is it possible to have a Make magic from rank D?
At what rank can I have teleport magic, and at what rank can I have evade teleport with cooldown of course?
Cooldowns are in posts, how many word minimum is a post, and at what moment does one post count as two?
What is Face Claim List? How can I claim my face?

If I have more questions I will ask.  Like, what is this egg doing here?

Hello and welcome to FTRP! I can help you here! x) Let's start with the questions you have asked!

Defensive spells are basically shields etc, you dont need 3 slots for defence because as D rank, you start with 4 spell slots and a defensive spell takes up one slot.

You can have make magic at D, and you can make any type of magic you want (even memory make has been used here before.) and evading spells and such depends on the rank! x)

No one post counts as two as posts can be done by post count OR word count.

Faceclaim list is basically the character's face you use for your character, and to apply for it, you must first make a character, i highly recommend checking it out x)

You can indeed, usually we accept 15m teleports at D rank x)

Yup! you need to register your magic, which is fine because you need to register your character too ^.^ so no worries about that. And you can build it while playing :)
