Preparing for a Dance Contest

Rong had been in town of 'Rose Garden' because she had been wondering from town to town looking for some where to call home for a bit. But she demand that their had to be place(s) to have fun and to be able to dance there too. For as long as Rong could remember that she has had an extreme passion for dancing and can't even go one day without stopping to dance for at lest a few minutes. So lucky for her that she had stumbled across this town due to it always been lively and the sounds of people being happy an having lots of fun. Rong had picked out this one place that was kinda like a bar and a rave party place. The only way they would let her in was by promising the owner that she would not try to order or take the offer of a drink while she was there. Due to her being of under age, Rong is only sixteen years old after all and honestly all she really wanted to do was dance in the colorful lights that were all about.

Rong had quickly ran into the middle of the large mass group of people in the place. She had started dancing around very gracefully and beautifully with the ribbons attached to her wrists. Shorty after she started dancing, a few guys that had came up to here and asked "Would you care to day young lady?" Rong would had slowed down each time to reply to them each, "If you can keep up with me" and had giggled afterwards as she went back to dancing around happily. Rong has never been one for any kind of like slow dancing and others like it. She is always so full of energy and would get carried away in the music going on. Of course, none of those guys could even keep up in the less with her speed and flow in her style of dance.

The owner of the place had been watching Rong dance the whole time, he had noticed her skill in dancing and started to watch up to her to. Once he had gotten close enough for her to hear him, "What a wonderful dancer you are miss." She had blushed a bit at the complement while coming to stop so that she could talk to the owner that was right there. "Why thank you sir, is there something I can do for you?" She had been curious at the fact of why the owner him self would be talk to her and complementing her at dancing when there were plenty of other people dancing very well around them. "Well seeing how you asked, would you care to come stand down at a table and talk with me a second?" The owner at asked so nicely and held out his hand to her so that he could guide her to the table so she wouldn't get lost in the crowd of people. "Of course, I will join you and I would like to say thank you for letting me in to this lovely place." Rong placed her hand on the man's hand and they walked over to the table to speak about something that was still unknown to her. "It was nothing, just glad to see you are one of the few people left out here that doesn't lie or con their way in."

Once both Rong and the owner had gotten to the table and sat down, she was the first one to say something. "May I ask, what was that you wanted to talk to be about sir." The owner just smiled gently at her, "well first of you don't have to call me sir, my name is Finbar Keefe but you may call me Fin. What may your name be miss?" She smiles back gently at Finbar, "My name is Rong Yuen and its nice to meet you Fin. So what is you wish to talk about?" Rong had repeated her self because she thought he may have missed it or didn't think to reply to it right away. "Oh my bad Miss Yuen, I had asked to speak with you about how beautifully and skillfully you dance. I would like to offer you a job in sores, by that I mean could I be you're dance manager for contests." She had blushed a bit again at his very lovely complement on her dancing and she very much liked the idea. "That would be fine with me Fin." Then they each put out their hands to shake in agreement for what could be a Rong's very first job ever.

After they had agreed to work together and spent a good while to get to know one another. "So I know of a contest coming up soon that has two parts. One is here in town but the finials are gonna be some where else. They normally are taken out internationally, by chance do you have a passport? I only ask because you need one to go to where ever the finials are and the fact that you are young." She had to think about it for a few minutes so that she could recall if she had it within what little paper work she had on her self. Because she doesn't remember a lot about her pass other then a fire that happened and burned everything she had. "I'm sorry to say I don't have one of those.." She had been concerned about not having one so her smile slowly started to turn into a frown. "Don't worry Miss Yuen, lucky for you they are giving out some down docks as we speak, I can take you there if you won't mind my company on the way there." Rong's smile came back quickly, "that would be great and I wouldn't mind having your company at all Fin."

Both Rong and Finbar had made their way down to the docks from where the bar/rave place was at. Lucky for her, Fin knew his way around so easily that they had gotten there fairly quick. Once there, they had met a very long line of people that was already there and waiting for their own passport. "Wow, so many people are here! Are you sure that they will have enough for them all and for my self Fin?" He had just turned to her and smiled, "don't worry there little one, I can promise you that you will get one."  She smiled back at him and her eyes had went from normal to wide open. "Really?!" All Finbar did was shake his head yes at Rong while he snapped his fingers loudly. Everyone around them had turned to look and screamed once they saw it was him. Without her knowing it, not only was he the owner of that bar/rave place he happened to be a famous dance contest manger. So within the next few moments one of the staff there had came over and they talked with each other for a good while. Then once done talking to each other the staff member had waved at Rong. "Come this way young lady, we will get you a photo of you for your passport." She had quickly ran over and hugged Finbar, then followed the staff member to where they took the photo. There was a none threatening mage that had the ability take a picture of someone then apply it to a passport by just blinking an touching the passport page shortly afterwards. Then the staff member had fold had asked if she was a mage from a guild or be a wandering mage, "I not part of a guild but I am a mage and might one day just a guild." The staff member smiled at her and wrote down in the passport 'wandering mage' and folded it up to hand to her. Rong had began to giggle and took the passport into her hands, "Thank you so very much!" She had then returned next to Finbar as they had turned around and head back to the bar/rave place.
