How strange. The young Miracle maiden only joined guild widely known as Savage Skull recently, yet she was already receiving job requests of the more… unorthodox kind. Was perhaps this side of world lacking in manpower? It was possible, especially with how intense the hunts for dark mages could be at times. But things like that did not really bother Leila all that much. For she appeared as simple girl, disabled even. While that was something that did not make her work easier, it certainly added to her mask that she was wearing oh so perfectly. Under normal circumstances, people would easily mistake her for a saint instead of the twisted individual that she truly was. That side of her only showed in specific situations and under certain triggers. Nothing that would happen in your daily life. Still, the letter that she was holding in her hands was completely unexpected. Organization known as Black Blood Brotherhood wanted her assistance, along with another mage from her guild. Someone she did not know. But as it would go, she didn’t really mind meeting other individuals, dark or otherwise. With a sigh, she pushed the wheels of her own wheelchair little bit further down the street, leaving the letter resting on her lap. One had to wonder how that thing even got to the lady in the first place. She didn't exactly have a home per say, at least not an official one. And the thought of other people just kinda stalking her as she went about her usual business, it was pretty unsettling even to someone that was considered a dark mage. She valued her privacy greatly because of her hobbies that normal human beings would consider vile. But there was probably not much use thinking about it now, as she seemed incapable of finding proper and truthful answer to the question that she herself proposed.
She was currently in place called Era where the headquarters of Magical Council lied. Place that was well secured for that very reason. And her mission was to infiltrate the place, as well as locate the room from where they would broadcast. But before any of that could be even thought about, she needed to wait for her partner. Because of her situation, she disliked having to go from place to place just to get things that were needed for completion of her jobs. And for that reason, Raiza was the one who had to go and pick up the bomb that they would then plant in the broadcast room. She did feel somewhat guilty for having him do all that, but in the end, it was just another piece of necessary work. She even already had her own plan of going about things too. And as per usual, it involved her innocent looks and nature. It was honestly something that she was quite proud of! At some point in her life, she heard a little saying. That the most horrific kind of evil is the kind that you cannot see because it can wear a pleasant mask. And while miss Rustyheart did not really consider herself to be evil, she certainly knew what side she had to stay on and not get punished for her uncontrollable desires. Looking around, she yawned slightly. It was still just a morning and she woke up not too long ago.
Perhaps it was not exactly the best idea to be doing these mission so early in the morning, but it could not be helped. After all, the broadcast had a certain schedule that had to be followed. And as it was to happen during the early afternoon, she just had to be ready by now. Though this kind of thing sometimes made her wonder why she didn't choose a different line of work. A gardener for example. In the end, she was only fine with all the slaughter because she wanted to bloom more spider lilies for herself. A strange obsession and dark, ancient rite. The girl wasn't even aware of the process that was taking place every time she did this. She did not understand what was happening in front of her own eyes, but followed through with it because she found it beautiful. Just like her obsessive nature. Why care how one acts if they look pretty and act cute? How many maidens did she kidnap and kill at this point? She lost count rather quickly, as she never really cared for the numbers. But the current one she had locked up in her hut? She was more promising than all the others, actually showing some obedience for once. She kinda wished that she could check up on her already, but that would become possible only once this job was finally finished.
Finally, she managed to get to the gate that would lead her up to the building of magical council. Honestly, it was so painful to move around sometimes. If only she had some sort of magic that could move the wheels of her chair. That would probably make things much easier for her. But that was not part of her abilities just yet. Though surely there was a tale of gods that would speak about magical puppetry or perhaps just telepathy. She just had to find it in a book or hear it from another living being. Perhaps her current partner would have one like that? Surely even dark mages had their gods that they would look up to, spread their stories and tales around. Moving further away from the place, she hid her figure in one of the darker alleyways. After all, it would probably be suspicious if she was to trade a briefcase with someone right in front of the guards. Her magical signature was loud and clear too, making sure that Raiza would have no problems locating her. As far as she knew, he was supposed to be stronger than she was. Surely someone like that would have no issues with magical signature location, yes? She was already displaying trust in someone she knew nothing about, how worrisome.
