Ejji is a very outgoing kid, though he is not the person to start up conversations and he likes to relax a lot, when he is sick he would spend days sleeping, watching the beautiful sky or even playing strategy games with others. He has a strong moral compass and dedication to his friends and would do anything for them, going as far as sacrificing himself for them, Ejji has a quality where he can see past people's appearance or there past and can find the good in them or see who they naturally are, whether it be good or evil. Though he is normally lazy, his friends normally push him to pursue jobs with them and ends up basically becoming a rag doll for his friends that make him do jobs. He normally takes the leadership when in a group due to how smart he is. Ejji wants to make the world a better place by destroying all the dark guilds ever since his father was killed by a Dark Mage. He describes each of them as aggressive, demanding, and sometimes even scary. Ejji tries to treat women delicately, being non-confrontational or at least polite to them and never asking anything of them that he believes he can do himself. He generally believes he can do anything himself, and as such is mortified if and when a woman needs to assist him in any way; his frustrations are similar when he repeatedly finds himself facing female opponents. Ejji is one of the smartest kids in the world, he could be the smartest. Though since he is pretty lazy, he doesn't try to become anything else than a mage because that's what his dad was.
Ejji's combat style relies on keeping his distance from his opponents, for which reasons he never engages in hand to hand combat, though he has a long distance combat style, he is also efficient at hand to hand combat. It is chiefly because of his intelligence that he receives so much responsibilities at such a young age. Whether he is about to go into combat, issuing orders to those who are in combat, or is personally involved in combat himself, Ejji's general approach is the same: he remains aware of all actions that allies and opponents make, even things that seem insignificant at the time or that he doesn't yet understand; he keeps track of where everything is located in relation to everything else, even features that lack obvious practical use; he studies the behavior of all combatants, gradually learning how they react in any given situation. By then focusing on this vast amount of information Ejji can quickly think ten moves ahead of his opponent(s) and devise over a hundred strategies, from which he instantly picks the most effective, Such strategies are often highly elaborate and use multiple layers of misdirection, where he takes small victories just to eliminate extraneous factors, pretends defeat in order to re-position opponents, and engineers conditions that will lead opponents to defeating themselves.
