''Tsk, this place never is cleaned now.'' Who was he talking to? No one...that's who, this little house used to be a meeting spot for people damn close to Indar, the group he could have given his life for, but now, it lay empty. The members of this group scattered everywhere around the world. Funny thing, how a mage who didn't feel anything for half of his life, turned into such a sappy bastard after one month of hell's dungeon. That places really does change people.
Walking out of the little ruined hut on the edges of this tiny settlement, Indar took a deep breath and let out an ever deeper sigh, before turning towards the center of village. Leaving behind a place weirdly dear to him. The tiny village on the other hand, was experiencing another snowstorm, as per usual with Mt.Hakobe. At least it left the dark of this settlement free to do what they wanted and weeded out the weak, just like Indar liked it. No point messing with someone who will most likely get you killed...not like that mattered anymore, death wasn't an issue since this entity had come into his life.
Leaving the snowstorm, into the coziness of the local tavern, that the man had visited loads before, he took a seat on a bar stool and ordered a single beer, just something to spend some time, to wait for the passing of the storm. Not that he feared to get lost, he just didn't particularly like stomping through meter deep snow, just to get into a snowy forest, he would lose much more time. But, he could at least talk to someone while here.
Most people around in the tavern, were locals, not people who are mages or noteworthy. This village lacked law, unless the parts that Basilisk Fang brought to the town, which was something, but not much. Most mages just wouldn't bother causing trouble here, like you would avoid causing trouble near any guild, be it legal or dark. Tho there was someone who looked mildly interesting, a girl dressed in black, so without further to do.
Sitting across from the girl, Indar took a sip from his drink and asked: ''Never seen you around here before, hoping you aren't here to find where Basilisk Fang is.''
