A lunar knight and a Siren

A powerful gale rushed through the city as a heavy rain pelted the city in thick sheets in a small inn near the edge of the city a Young man stood at the window in his room staring as the city lights fickered from the ocassional lightning striking nearby. "This weather is it really that time of year already." The young man said with a yawn and pulled the curtain over the window as he slowly walked over to his bed and grabed his holster and reattached it to his right leg before removing his shirt and tossing it cassualy onto the bed .

The wind howled and the water whipped around the town of Era. The rain pelted everything it touched, making sure to drench everything it touched. Everything except one girl. The wind and rain seemed to just swirl around her, almost as the very elements bend to her will. The girl walked down the road with her long bright pink hair whipping in the wind. Her crimson eyes, full of wisdom and sea-like, looking for a place to go. She has never been to the city of era before.

Her mind wondered on what brought her to this magnificent city. She had heard rumors around the guild about a mage with singing powers that can hypnotize others. "It couldn't be? Was there another siren here?" the girl thought to herself. So she decided to take the journey to Era.

The weather did not seem to bewitch the girl's mood. She startled to sing a beautiful song as she walked, and started to play her harp as well.

As the rain continued to pelt the roof of the inn The young man was medatating calmly against the foot of his bed when the meoldy of a harp couple with a somewhat angelic voice pierced the silence of his room. As the young man opened his eyes he quickly got to his feet and walked torqrds the window while using his hieghtned hearing to pinpoint where the sound came from only to see a very unusual sight of a young maiden with what seemed to be the very wind and rain hat were pelting the rain flowing around her body.

" I though mages who were able to channel the elements had all died out " He said as he closed the urtain again and grabed his shirt and cloak before heading out of his room, down the stairs out the door heading torwards the singing maiden .

The girl sensed another mage coming towards her, alarming her. Was it an enemy? Or just a bystander? Either way she had to be worried. "Water! aid me!" The girl channeling water that now flowed around her wrists.

The young man stopped and slowly reached for his back pocket holding out a small violet iris. "I'm not gonna hurt you miss I promise." Hee wai as he offered her the flower as a sign of good faith.

Out of the shadow a cute man stepped out saying the words, "I won't hurt you miss. I promise." His hand outstretched holding a beautiful iris flower. The girl did not understand. She cautiously grabbed the flower out of the man's hand and blushed deeply. "But why? You don't me! I could.. I could hurt you without a moment of hesitation. Why are you so nice to me?" The girl said in her angelic voice.

The young man smiled softly and leaned in close. Your voice and scent their drawing in my animal instincts their over power my common sense. He said as he gave her light kiss on the cheek as his face became covered in a blush .

The girl's heart beats rapidly. He kissed her cheek so gently and lightly. Her face erupted in a deep crimson blush. Just who was this man. She could tell by his aura he wasn't a normal human. He was human but there was something more wild about his aura.

"I'm... I'm Raina... Who are you?"

The young man smiled and looke her in the eyes . "I am Daemon spade its a pleasure to meet thy Raina." He said sweetly a he scent drew him closer to her. "your scent is truely divine Raina" He softly whispered into her ear.

"Your scent is truely divine Raina."

The comment he whispered in her ear made her face turn that shade of deep crimson again. "Your not afraid of me?" The girl asked shyly.

Daemon smiled and shook his head . "Why would I be afraid of such an angelic maiden?" He said with a deep crimson blush covering his face as he gently took her hands into his while he stared into her eyes.

The rain continued to fall heavily around them with the wind only increasing it fury.

"Angelic Maiden. Well he's half right." She thought to herself. He looked into her eyes with such intensity and attraction. She did not understand. "Are you ok? You can't be under the power of my song cause I stopped singing, but yet here you are."

He looked to her an nodded calmly. "its animal instinct I was atracted to you by your scent and voice but when i met you I become attracted to you by your gental nature" He said honestly. Daemon didn't rely on words to express his emotions he prefered to use actions with that in mind daemon carefully took the iris from Raina's hand and puts it into her hair.

Raina was surprised but how forward this man was being with her. Putting a flower in her hair? Just who was he?


"Please... please stop. Who exactly are you? I know your name but I can't help but feel frightened with your forwardness."

He looked to her with a slight sad expression before he turned away for her . "I gave up on trying to find out who I was a long time ago." he took hold of his left arm that was covered in bandages.

The words of sadness run a familiar sound in Raina's ears. She, even though the princess to the mythical Sirens, was not fully one of them. "I understand your pain."

He turned around slightly and looked to her then gently rubbed her head. "Thank you Raina " He said sweet tone before giving her a small hug. The rain continued to pound the ground around them and the lightning slowly rept closer as the winds shook the flimyser building nearby.

The rain pelted the ground around the two but never seemed to actually hit them, as if something was redirecting the rain. The man hugged Raina gently, causing her face to light up in crimson blush again.

Daemon smiled slightly as his vision stared to blur he let her go gently before falling backwards onto the pavement with a small dagger with a purple fulid driping from the blade. "Damnit"

The man fell to the pavement, the dagger, obviously poisoned, dripping off him. Raina's instincts quickly kicked into overdrive. She kneeled down with the fallen man, "Forgive me, but this is going hurt." She angelic voiced said as she quickly pulled the dagger out of the man. "Mend!" Raina quickly kissed the wound of the man and channeled her healing magic through the kiss.

She quickly stood up just in time to dodge another dagger thrown this time at her. She quickly outstretched her arms channeling light around her wrists. "Show yourself! Or prepare to be destroyed!"

Daemon screams a little as the wound felt the open air but he radpidly almed down feeling her kiss the woud sending her magic into his body expeling the poison.

A young man who looked exatly like Daemon exept for the color of his hair being silver and his left arm was normal yet his outfit was a standard t-shirt, jeans and a pair of combat boots. "Wow so this is what I look like in this world... hey wait what happened to our arm ?! "

Daemon slowly tried to sit up as his look-a like laughed histerically. Don't bother even with the poison was removed it'll still keep you weak for the next few days." He said as he took out a jet blak pistol and grined. Your a heratic to our beliefs

( chel and I were chatting and talking about our charaters facing eah others polar opposites for Daemon hes very stead fast in his ancestors beliefs and uses only lunar magic to fight while his alter ego is an extreme heratic and will use anything to win.)

The man looked just like Daemon, except for the arm and hair. Not of this world? He must be of a different plane. An alternate world. Does that mean there's an alternate Raina as well?

The wind started howling and the rain increased in strength and started to target the alternate Daemon. The elements fueled by the righteous fury of the siren. "You , usurper of this world! I will make you regret ever targeting this man and ever stepping foot in my world!" Raina said as her eyes turned a brilliant white.

" Light of the heavens! I beckon thee! Saint!" Raina kisses her pointer and middle finger as she chants and summons an immense holy light. She then slings this light at the alternate Daemon.

Spoiler:

The alternate Daemon get hit by the ray of light in his hest hitting just below his heart. "YOU DAMN BITCH THAT HURT!" He gasped as he grabbed his chest and fell to the ground withering in pain. "That bitch never told me she could do that "He said inbetween wheezes as he layed on the ground looking up at her terrified.

The words confused Raina. He couldn't be talking about the alternate Raina, could he? She had to know. "You will tell me all you know about this bitch you speak of. Whether you want to or not." Raina started to sing a beautiful song and targeted the alternate daemon with it. "You are now under my control. Tell me!"

Daemon's alternitive self's eye's closed slowly . "your alterative self from my world is also my girlfriend though half of the time she just uses me than kicks my ass. " He said as he remained in a hypnotzed state.

Daemon slowly got up to his feet while Raina held his alternative self in her hypnoti trap .
