Description
A symbol given to those that have excelled in services as a mech pilot.  Anastasia was transferred to the Ace Squadron -- The Ghosts of Razgriz -- known for particularly powerful maneuvers, oppressive offense, and taking on the most difficult of jobs.  The Ghosts of Razgriz are an elite unit primarily focusing on night-ops to penetrate deep into enemy territory.  Not much else is known about the Ghosts of Razgriz other than that.  

This patch is worn on Anastasia's left shoulder, proudly displaying it on clothing she wears, having it stitched into the fabric to show everyone her affiliation with the Ghosts of Razgriz.  

Strengths
Increases Anastasia's stats for every opponent downed while she is piloting a mech armor.

May only be broken when Anastasia is not in a mech.  If Anastasia is within a mech, the mech must be destroyed first to get to her clothing (in order to damage the patch directly)
*
The bonuses this patch offers persist for the remainder of the thread, even when Ana leaves her Mech Armor and enters a new one.

Weaknesses
These effects only occur when Anastasia is in a Mech Armor.  Does not work if she is not wearing a Mech Armor

Patch takes +25% more damage to durability from fire attacks.
*
Due to the size of the patch, it is plainly obvious where Anastasia is wearing it, making it an easy target.
*
If Anastasia removes the article of clothing with the patch on it, she will not benefit from the patch's effects.
*
Boosts only increase once per post, so Anastasia cannot gain stats beyond +10% speed or +5% DR more than once per post.
*
The bonus DR only affects Anastasia's armor and not her body.
