My item from Dragon VIP (phaje)
Name: Amplifier

Type: Ring, Magic Item
Description: This item is one of many that have the same name, but they seem to repel each other from being worn by a single person. The Amplifier items all have unique abilities based on the wearer thus making it so no two Amplifier items have the same ability. This Amplifier item is a simple Black ring with a face of a demon. This ring is able to re-size to fit any finger, but when it is removed the previous wearer is unable to cast any spells from their primary and secondary magic for 4 posts. Once the ring is on a new wearer it takes 4 posts to re-attune before it can start working again until then the previous user has a better chance of retrieving the ring.
Strengths:-Amplifies the wearer's Primary Magic
-Grants unique passives based on the wearer
-Re-sizes to any finger
Weaknesses:
-Ring can be worn by anyone
-If removed the wearer can't cast for 4 posts
-Takes 4 posts to re-attune to a wearer after being removed
-Only one Amplifier item can be worn by a single person
Abilities:
Name: Perpetual Build Up
Rank: A
Type: Buff
Description: This ability grants an additional 10% bonus to speed per spell cast, effectively causing the user to speed up and move more freely around the area, Cap of 100% increased speed. This buffs whatever his current speed is, and applies after bonuses. The drawback of this is when the user doesn't use a spell for the round, he will lose 10% of the buff gained from this ability, and it will not grow again for 3 rounds.
Strengths:
-Massive speed boost while casting lots of spells
Weaknesses:
- If he doesn't cast a spell after the buff starts to take effect, he loses one stack
- He will also not be able to gain more of the buff for 3 rounds
- Continuing to cast spells will deplete MP at fast pace
- Non damaging
Name: Piercing Lightning
Rank: S
Type: Buff
Description: This Ability negates elemental resistances to lightning, causing it to do full damage to those who otherwise would not take full damage from lightning spells. This Also penetrates any elemental Shield or Defenses with the lightning, allowing it to hit its target as though the shield or defense had not been activated or used, effectively breaking through it. This only works on elemental shields, defenses, and elemental resistances. Other resistances or shields that would otherwise apply do so. Immunities are not affected by this buff. Shields and defenses of higher rank than the wearer still their allotted amount of damage to break through.
Strengths:
-Negates Elemental Resistances to Lightning
-Breaks through elemental shields
Weaknesses:
-Immunities still apply
-Does not break Shields that are nonelemental based
-Does not deal damage
-Higher level Shields still require him to meet their requirements in relation to damage
