Description: Grand Aria magic is very simply spells that you cast using singing and/or dancing. The caster must first think of the lyrics and the meaning behind them, then think of what effect they want the spell to have. An example is a spell about wind would control the air around the singer, doing as the song commands of it. This takes great concentration and skill which is why only single spells tied in with this magic works, not just the songstress singing any song and putting magic behind it. Once invoked the song may produce illusions from the singer mind, what they evasion the song to look/sound like. An example is a song about cherry blossoms may make said flowers appear in the air, with an extra chorus behind the singer singing along with them, and a band. Depending on the spell this can be distracting.

Strengths:
- The magic is incredibly versatile and can do many things as long as the user has the magic for it
- The user can move at any speed while casting and not be distracted by the action unless they are dancing; then they must keep to the assigned moves
- Longer the song is, the more powerful the spell
- Illusions generated during the song can be distracting to those who don’t expect them
Weaknesses:
- The caster must finish the entire the user has made for them to sing for the spell to be cast. If interrupted the spell does not take effect
- When the user needs to dance to cast a spell as well, the same effect as above is in effect for finishing the dance
- Unless otherwise stated no more than one song may be sung per post
- This magic often requires another to be protecting the caster since the spells takes a while to cast
- The magic is not subtle in the least, meaning that while casting it is almost always noticed by those around them
- If song is not sung at full volume, the effect is halved
Lineage:
- Light of Luna:
Description: Luna goddess of the moon and the hunt favours those who are bold and adventurous. Every 10 years or so, she would descend down from the heavens to bestow a gift to those she deems worthy. Those chosen will receive the gift of light, giving him or her powers to thwart the darkness.
Ability: Those chosen become wardens of the night. Speed and strength are increased significantly at the night. Basic senses are also heightened. And their most potent ability, Blade of the Goddess, a crescent shaped sword that glows like the crescent moon. The sword is made of pure light energy enabling it to cut through almost anything, including the darkness itself.
Usage: Both passive and active abilities only take effect at night.
Passive: Speed and strength increase by 25%. Senses are also greatly heightened.
Active: Once per battle, the user has the ability to Summon the Blade of the Goddess. The Blade can cut through all forms of evil magic, offensive or defensive, provided they are equal to the user's current rank, though it caps at S-Rank. The sword last only for 3 posts and goes on cooldown if used to cut through a dark spell. The sword is treated as an artifact weapon for damage.
Unique Abilities:
- Blessing of Song:
Thanks to the magic’s buffing and healing abilities Shea gains a passive 5% health regen every post
- Unflinching Multitasker:
- Thanks to years of hard training Shea is effortlessly able to sing her songs while doing other things, such as dodging an attack, and only spells her rank or above will make her stop singing. She is also able to attack with any weapon she is holding as well. This is only if she is not dancing as well.
- War Songstress:
Thanks to her training and buff magic Shea’s regular melee attacks have a passive 50% buff.
- Support Expert:
- Due to her advanced use and knowledge, Shea’s support spells (buffs/debuffs/healing/immobilization) can reduce the cooldown of one of these spells by 1 (unless the cooldown is already 1 more than the duration), but only 3 times per thread, per spell, per turn. Another 1 is added when Shea goes up a rank after C (B: 4, A: 5, S: 6, etc.).

Description: By singing this beautiful piece for 3 of her posts, her targets spells (up to 6) are buffed in effect by her current spell rank (20% for C, 30% for B, 40% for A, 50% for S). It only works if Shea knows who she’s targeting and if the said targets can hear the song. While singing the song the full orchestral cover play along with her and light (or darkness depending on where she is in the song) dances around her and the area (50 meters).

- Buffing last as long as the song
- Shea can add to its effect if she dances
Weaknesses:- Ending the spell early still initiates full cool down
- If targets cannot hear the song it does not work
- The illusions may distract allies if they are not used to them

Description: Shea sings out “May the spear of fate steady my path and destroy those who may hurt me” in elvish (“Lothron i ech -o amarth thál nin lond a destroui tuin who lothron negr- nin”), causing a spear of light to erupt from her and strike her target, hitting them from a distance of 60 meters and to a speed limit of 45 meters per second.
Strengths:- A good offensive spell
- Short cooldown
- One of the only offensive spells available
Weaknesses:- If the target is too far away the spell will not hit
- If the target is to close to Shea, within 2 feet, the spell will not work
- The illusions may distract allies if they are not used to them
- This spell is very eye catching and is hard to hide

Description: Shea opens her mouth and sings out “may you hear me” ending with a high pitched note, adding magic to it. This turns it into devastating waves of sound in a cone-like shape (4 meters at its widest, to a distance of 5 meters) coming from Shea. This causes 50% D-rank AoE damage to all caught in the blast.
Strengths:- One of the only song she has that still allows her to sing other songs in the same post
- A good AoE spell
- A good offensive spell
Weaknesses:- If someone is even slightly out of the cone, such as directly beside Shea, they are completely unaffected
- If Shea does not do this spell at full volume it does not work
- It attracts a lot of attention
- May harm allies caught in the cone

Description: Shea reaches to any water nearby and pleads with her song to protect herself and up to 2 other allies by wrapping magic enhanced water around them. This layer of water (1 inch) will take half the damage of two spells of this spells ranks before dispersing. Melody of song is the first 35 seconds of this melody and plays as the caster is singing.- Lyrics:
- “Hearing your soft stream,
floating in a dream,
water around me,
river, lake and sea
Oh great streams near me,
Hear my mere voice plead,
Protect those I deem worthy”
Strengths:- A good defensive spell
- It has a quick song that can be sung in one post
- It reduces the damage of fire based spells by 75%
Weaknesses:- If there is no good source of water nearby the spell does not work
- People affected by this spell must stand still long enough for the water to encase them (2 seconds)
- If the ally encased in water does not expect this they may break its effect by moving
- One could block the streams of water from reaching those affected

Type: Offensive, Charge Up, Multitarget

Description: The melodist sing the first 2 seconds of this song (lyrics within video), then dances as the melody continues and a storm gathers above in a 20 meter radius around the caster. It’s not until the storm gathers fully (the next post) that the user may stop dancing and sing the rest of the lyrics, causing it to rain and lighting to strike down their foes for 75% of D-rank damage for a maximun amount of 5 people/things. The melody continues on repeat until the next post and if the user continues to dance the lighting deals 25% of the previous damage to the same targets. After the 3rd post the storm disappears.
Strengths:- The caster can target who and who not is being hit while dancing
- The rain reduces the effect of fire spells
- If the user continues to dance lighting strikes again
Weaknesses:- User must be dancing for part of this spell, making them more vulnerable
- The user is occupied for up to 3 posts and cannot do much else during that time
- The spell is very obvious and nearly impossible to hide
- Depending on the environment the storm may effect the user and allies negatively

Description: “O healing power, grant light of thy wounds, replace what is lost, grant me this boon. Let it be known, grand days will come, look forward now, let thy hurt be gone. Grant (Name of person being healed) First Aid.” By singing this song Shea heals herself or an ally by 20HP. While this song is being sung sparkling lights surround her, then float to the one being healed and is absorbed into their body. Goes along with the first 40 seconds of this melody.
Strengths:- A very good healing spell
- Caster only has to know where the person being healed is
- Even if the lights don’t reach the one being healed, they are healed anyways; it’s just an illusion
Weaknesses:- Won’t work if caster doesn’t know where the person being healed is
- If the person being healed has a name that makes the lyrics not go along with the melody, the spell does not work (usually if its too long)
- It’s blatantly obvious that Shea is about the heal someone
- If interrupted the lights burst, temporarily blinding Shea
- One of the only song she has that still allows her to sing other songs in the same post
- C-Rank Spells:
- Name: Children of the Sun

Type: Buff/Multitarget

Description: By singing this epic piece for 4 of her posts, her targets (up to 6) are buffed by 20% in strength and speed each. This is both due to the magic behind the song and feeling epic while fighting along to it. It only works if Shea knows who she’s targeting and if the said targets can hear the song (a range up to 45 meters in diameter). While singing the song the full orchestral cover play along with her and 5 runic golden blades swing around her in a dance, which cannot harm anyone as they are just illusions.

Strengths:- A good buffing spell and multitarget spell
- Enemies might think the blades are real and stay away from Shea
- Shea can still move and attack during this song since it doesn’t include dancing
Weaknesses:- This is a very loud and eye catching song, impossible to hide
- If Shea does not do this spell at full volume it does not work
- The blades are illusion, thus don’t actually do any damage if someone comes into contact with them
- If target is out of range to hear the song, they will not be buffed

Description: By singing this haunting piece of ancient lyrics, Shea heals her allies by 20HP each (up to 4 people). The music play along with the song, and Shea gains large angel wings along with a haunting violet glow, both that disperse into golden feathers at the end of the song and fly into the ones being healed.

Strengths:- A good healing spell
- A good multitarget spell
- Shea can still move and attack during this song since it doesn’t include dancing
Weaknesses:- Shea must sing uninterrupted for both posts
- The wings are only illusions so they do not make her fly
- The cooldown is extra long in exchange for healing for people
- If the feathers to not reach the target they will not be healed

Description: The area goes quite as people are forced to listen to this dark song. The area around Shea becomes engulfed in shadows (100 meters max) except around her though it does not greatly inhibit sight. The main one the song targets is completely entrapped by this song filled with fear, unable to move unless they have the willpower to break it, or are attacked. In her next post, the shadows around quickly engulf the target, immobilizing them until Shea’s next post if they are of the same or lower rank of this spell. If they are one high than they are only slowed (by 20% of their speed rate) while those in a rank even higher than that reimain uneffected. Upon being hit, a spell one rank above this one can break the darkness, but if hit by an outsider the person inside may be harmed.

Strengths:- A good immobilization spell
- Will entrap the target, and possibly others, while singing it and fill them with a sense of fear
- Allies can take advantage of the darkness
Weaknesses:- The darkness may inhibit her allies
- Allies may be caught in the song itself, filling them with fear
- Anyone attacked during the singing portion will instantly break out of it’s hold, or if they have enough willpower to break out of it themselves
- If Shea does not keep up the façade of the song, or if somebody acts against the atmosphere the song brings, the spell will be broken
