Post by Cirven 6th February 2017, 8:35 pm

The dual eyed demon found himself traveling to the old house that he used to stay in with his mother years before it all happened. Before his mother's death, before the destruction of the village he came to like while living with his father, before him joining Sabertooth and before his sister's death. He could not help but be haunted by his past over and over again from all of the turmoil he had suffered through and somehow was still living through. It was as if he was meant to live against the wind at all times. Thing was, no one really knew much about his past and he sort of liked keeping it that way. Some might have known pieces of it but they did not get to see the entire picture pieced together because he would hide it all inside his mind. That was probably why he was haunted so much by the each soul crushing event in his life.

He flew on his sister's pet before she died turned his pet and best friend, Zinnath to the old home. They soared over Magnolia not caring if anyone feared their presence because Cirven had gotten a tip from a rumor about a man wearing an 'X'-like tattoo on their upper arm in Magnolia looking for a blue haired man named Mizune. This was all spoken in the bar that Black Sails had come to see as a place to pass time in Hargeon called The Buccaneer's Boot. Cirven had overheard the rumor from some merchants who had traveled from Magnolia which made it seem like it could be a sort of trap to him but he had to go. That tattoo only meant bad things for everyone around and if they wanted him then he had to go to deal with them. He was going to the old home because it was secretly a underground laboratory for Cor Torva. He had only recently found this out after killing his own mother.

The dragon and demon flew down to the ground of the east forest where Cirven hopped off the back of the creature to look around and try to use his nose to sniff out any surprises. He did not pick up anything but needed to have precautions taken. "Zin, fly around and keep an eye out for anything. Signal me if anything comes up. I will hear you." The serpent dragon nodded and flew into the air leaving Cirven alone to investigate the area more. He moved cautiously to the old home and only stopped once he saw it because he remembered seeing his mother standing in front of it calling to him. Before he could approach it anymore though, a older man dressed in a blue suit and sunglasses walked through the front of the house. "It took you a lot longer than I had expected you to take. I figured those merchants would have quickly found you and told you but I guess I was wrong or maybe you were too scared to face your past of being a failure again?" The man smiled at him. Cirven grew angry just at the sight of the man. "You are still alive, Nestler? Good. This just means I will get revenge for my sister." Nestler chuckled a bit. "Shouldn't you want revenge on yourself? I'm just the uncle that pulled you out of your mother. The uncle that loved your mother that you killed just like you did your own little sister. So if anyone should want revenge here it is me." Cirven clutched his hand into a fist and he glared at Nestler angrily. "You made me kill my sister by invoking that rage in me meaning you are the ca-" Nestler cut Cirven off. "You were not strong enough to control your own actions, boy. That just further solidifies you as a failure. Do not blame me for your own failures."

Cirven had enough of the talking and rushed towards Nestler and formed his arm into a long metal blade aimed to pierce through Nestler's body. The blade was about to connect with Nestler when suddenly he moved quickly, leaving behind black sparks of electricity. He then appeared in front of Cirven, grabbing him by his face and slamming him into the ground shocking him with the black electricity from earlier. Cirven yelled out in agony from the attack. Nestler only stopped to speak more. "That isn't how you should say hello to me, boy. I can kill you easily with the newfound power I have obtained through the DNA you were supposed to be able to use from that long dead demon, Anseus." Nestler then shocked Cirven again. "I could kill you here but where is the fun in that? It is not like that will satisfy me at all. I want you to do something for me, not like you will have a choice though." Cirven shook his head. "I'm not going to do.. Anything... For you.. Kill me.." He managed to speak out through the pain wracking through his body. "I wonder if you can still say that upon seeing her..."

Another person walked through the door and Cirven's eyed widened in shock. "Aayla!?" His voice broke out from under Nestler's hand and the girl looked at him. She was beaten and hurt from being attacked by someone which infuriated Cirven. He quickly formed his arm into a blade and swung it across Nestler's body which caused the man to lose his grip over his face. Cirven then kicked Nestler away from him and ran towards Aayla. He grabbed her and whistled out for Zinnath while running away with his sister through the forest. Zinnath quickly found them and he jumped onto her holding the girl in his arms. "Lets go Zinnath!" The serpent didn't waste anytime and took off into the air. Cirven knew he had probably fallen into a trap of some sort laid out by Nestler because he knew that he would act that way upon seeing Aayla, especially when this Aayla had the exact same scent as what he remembered her having. His instincts really did take over and his want to just have his sister back was still that strong.

Nestler pulled himself up from the ground laughing and checked on the new injury he had been given. "I told him that he couldn't refuse it..." The man started to move through the forest and headed towards Magnolia.

Cirven looked at Aayla who had still not said a word to him at all. "Aayla, do you remember me?" The girl nodded her head and seemed to be in shock about the whole thing too. "You are Cirven Mizune, my brother." Cirven couldn't help but to hug the girl from just hearing her say that. "Did he hurt you? Are you another clone? What happened?" Aayla slowly hugged him back and tried to answer what she could. "I don't remember anything. I just remember waking up in that house like this.. I'm sorry." He let go from around her body and then tapped Zinnath to land in Magnolia. If this was somehow his sister Zinnath would want to see her.

They trio landed and Cirven hopped off of Zinnath where he helped his sister down and brought her face to face with Zinnath. The serpent instantly jolted back from seeing her with fear easily seen on the creature's face. "Zinny... Its been too long.." Aayla put out her arms to hug the creature and Zinnath slowly obliged but caressing her head into the smaller girl who hugged her. Cirven stood back and smiled feeling like things were getting better quickly but then something happened as Cirven felt the atmosphere change. Aayla's body became shrouded in her sea serpent takeover and she lifted up her now clawed hand to strike Zinnath. Cirven reacted quickly and stopped the clawed hand before it could make contact and then kicked Aayla away. "You didn't save me! You left me to die!" Tears streamed down Aayla's face now. It was as if something had suddenly come over her. She locked her eyes onto Cirven. "You! My own brother killed me! The person who was supposed to protect me was the one who killed me!" Cirven looked back into her eyes and prepared to attack her but she suddenly lost control over her spell and started to fall over to the ground. Cirven jumped forward and caught her and she coughed up blood suddenly. "Aayla, I'm sorry. I just-" Before he could finish a clawed hand swung across his chest that was then followed up by a swift kick that sent him into a building nearby, leaving him covered in the debris that caused it. "Don't give me that crap! You killed me and left me to die!" Aayla then started to slam her now clawed limbs into the debris where her brother laid over and over again.

Zinnath was about to attempt to stop it all but was suddenly hit by a blast of dark electricity that left her unable to move. "Sorry, girl. We can't have you ruining my revenge now can we? Aayla! Destroy this city!" Aayla stopped swinging at her downed brother and started to use her Water Dragon Slayer and Sea Serpent Takeover spells to attack anything near her. "Can you still move, boy? I think you might have to soon if you want to stop your revived sister from destroying this city." Cirven stood up from the debris he was under covered in injuries from his sister's attack. "What did you do!?" Nestler laughed manically. "I did what you always would have wanted. I brought your dead sister back. Looks like she has an issue with you and anyone else that is living though. Don't worry. I won't allow you to stop her at all. You will simply watch as she destroys this city and makes your memory of her turn over to a darker side then I will kill you and continue to have her create chaos in this world. The same chaos you tried to stop by killing your mother!" Cirven started to move towards Nestler but was hit by a dark bolt of lightning that hurt him so badly that he fell to the ground and was unable to move. "Did your body give out on you already? Don't worry. I'll help you." Nestler shot a spark of electricity at Cirven and then Cirven's body started to move on its own. "Lets go watch the destruction, shall we?"

Post by Noheme 7th February 2017, 2:19 pm

The metallic god slayer was free to do whatever he pleases. However, he and the mysterious goddess Noheme were now partners, as she clearly declared that their little team formed for the tournament on Sphere Island would not dissolve and in fact, continue it's existence into the future. For some reason, Cirven was the very first mortal creature that managed to catch the goddess' interest so much for whatever reason. Maybe it was because he was a god slayer or a creature somewhat different to humans and also slightly isolated from them as a result. Or maybe it was just because of his captivating charm, if that was even possible. Whatever the case was, the fox girl didn't care in the slightest. In fact, she wasn't even bothering herself with thinking about it at all. It was all simply something that had happened and that was it. No reason to seek information that might have not even been there in the first place. Besides, she was sure that she would somehow manage to screw things up if she tired to dig deeper into it, which would not be ideal for this seemingly perfect start for her true journey across Earthland. So there was that. Friendships were sometimes simply forged with no real reason behind it. A concept that was very human and completely alien to the poor girl, which was why she wouldn't quite understand it anyway. She already met another mortal sometime ago that mentioned this, only to receive questioning answer from Noheme, who asked what really is a friend. The term was not used in her divine realm and no one really explained it to her. Not that they probably could, as she had to learn it's meaning on her. Which to everyone's surprise was already happening, bit by bit.

But there was a little problem. The two slayers were very much free souls who would do many things according to their own views. And with something like that, it was not impossible that they would both go to the different side of this land without any ability to communicate with one another. It was slightly problematic for sure, so the moon goddess tasked one of her servants with something very important. It was an Astral crow, essentially an extention of the goddess herself. And it was subtly following the dog demon just about anywhere. Of course it wasn't like a spy, not at all. The servant had mind of it's own and it was simply following orders of stalking him, not really sending any information back unless something unexpected would happen. Though it was quite hard to stalk someone with enhanced senses, that was for sure. Thankfully, the servant looked exactly like a regular crow and despite being of magical origin, it had no magical signature at all, making it seem like a regular animal. On top of that, it was capable of changing it's form to avoid suspicion of having the exact same bird around you at all times. Or perhaps the servant was already found out and the dog demon merely allowed him to remain close. Whatever the case, the crow was near when everything went down and the moment Nestler showed up, the creature started transforming way more drastically, growing eyes all over it's body. It was a mode that allowed shared vision between itself and Noheme, alerting her of the incoming danger. Though everything else proceeded unchanged, all the way until poor Cirven got struct with the lightning and made into the man's doll, something very unpleasant for sure. The girl did not envy him.
    Cornix:

But just as Nestler was about to lead him elsewhere, a giant shadow appeared in the sky. A dragon made out of all sort of nastiness, liquids and solids dripping from it's body as it flew across the entire city. It was huge for sure, the aura around it sickening to even look at. There was no doubt that the entire population of Magnolia was alerted by this, which was part of the plan. As if curious, the dragon landed on the buildings in front of the three humanoid figures, staring down at them. Something like that would surely get anyone's attention, forming a perfect distraction as the thunder god slayer suddenly felt a burning pain on the side of his face, Noheme's leg coated in venom kicking into him and sending him flying to the side as his body probably made few contacts with the earth before stopping in another building. The moon goddess came on the dragon, but as soon as they landed, her body was transformed into invisible poison that essentially allowed her to teleport behind the enemy and attacking in such manner. But she only looked semi-happy about it, as she stared at her partner and her gaze became much sharper. "I swear, all I did was leave you for few days and you're already neck deep in shit again! You're either a giant magnet for problems or a disgusting masochist, aren't you?" She wasn't sure if he would regain control over his body after the one controlling him received an attack like that and just in case he didn't, she was ready to defend herself, a mold-like poison beneath her feet ready to form a solid wall that would take the hit instead of her as she would escape to safer distance using her speed. Still, what a ridiculous situation was this again...

Temperament of the Past(Private Social) Empty Re: Temperament of the Past(Private Social)

Post by Cirven 7th February 2017, 2:44 pm

Cirven was not able to turn his view at all to see what was going on as his body was still controlled when the dragon landed on the building. All he could hear was the loud thud that it gave off from its landing and then heard Nestler cry out in pain as he rolled across the ground from the attack that slammed into his face. Cirven moved his body around and smiled at his new partner but when he went to speak he found that he couldn't. Nestler still had control and all he could do to show it was twitch his eyes at her. He knew she was not dumb and would pick up on his signal to her before his body suddenly lunged towards her with his metal claws slashing away at the air near her that was blocked by the molded poison she had set up. Even though Cirven was being controlled he still thought that her new powers were completely different and if he were to actually fight her that he was at a disadvantage. It did not matter though because the person who was controlling his body did not know what she could do. The only saving grace was that if Nestler could probe Cirven's mind for his memories of what she could do that Nestler would not get what he wanted or needed.

It did not seem like the man could do this though as he had simply made Cirven attack with no real direction to it like Cirven would have had. This was all Nestler's plan as he did not care about Cirven's well being at all and sent him in to attack the woman again with his claws. "That did hurt a bit, miss. I didn't know this failure had any friends but either way that does not matter. He will be my help to deal with you so I hope you don't mind hurting him." Black electricity formed over Nestler's body as he pulled himself out of the rubble and spoke to Noheme. He put his hand out in front of him and started to fire off blast of electricity at her while Cirven played knight and kept up the assault in close quarters. "I do hope that you die soon. There is a lot more to my plans that I have in store after all."

While the three fought Aayla had found her way into the city and was using her abilities to destroy everything around her. She did not care who it was at all or what it was she hit as long as she was hitting something to bring out her anger more. "You didn't save me! You just let me die!" She said out loud over and over again as she hit civilians and buildings. She only stopped as she came close to hitting a little boy and flashes of who she used to be came over her. She growled out in pain as she grabbed her skull and then ran off to destroy some other things.

Temperament of the Past(Private Social) Empty Re: Temperament of the Past(Private Social)

Post by Noheme 7th February 2017, 3:33 pm

Well, this was problematic. The girl's caution payed off, but that hardly helped the situation as whole because since the dog demon was still controlled like a puppet. Apparently that lightning magic was quite strong, given the fact that it worked so well on someone who definitely wasn't weak. Though with the Nature of Noheme's own new magic that Cirven was now seeing for the very first time, hopefully she could do something that would make it pretty hard for the enemy to control her partner, as she didn't exactly know how to break the spell itself. Swinging her hand in the air, she started retreating as her venomous dragon roared, swinging it's tail into a nearby building and breaking into pieces.

Probably made her look like she was one of the bad guys for only making the damage around them worse, but there was purpose behind it all. As the impact was directed at Nestler, the rubble hopefully flying at him and distracting him at least a little bit. Right after that, the dragon itself would fly off, landing near the rabid sister, occupy her for a bit to make sure that no more innocent lives would be hurt in this incident. Though the goddess herself had a faint idea that her creation of poison would not quite stand chance against her by itself, despite it's rather horrid appearance.

Noheme was directly running away from Cirven to avoid his attacks and the need to fight back until the point when Nestler would be somewhat vulnerable due to the previously mentioned debris flying from the destroyed building that was hopefully empty had no one inside of it. She probably should have checked that beforehand... in any case, even if he was not distracted at all, she had to act quickly or she would be forced to take few hits from her partner over her. Inhaling some air, she would release a devastating attack against him, Venom god's bellow. And if it hit, then she would follow up with the use of her venom control, activating a reaction in the poison that got into his body and making him vomit quite violently in hopes that the spell cast on Cirven would be broken by this. It was shame she had to sacrifice the poison that would normally continue to damage one's body over time, but she saw no other way out of this.

Temperament of the Past(Private Social) Empty Re: Temperament of the Past(Private Social)

Post by Cirven 7th February 2017, 4:39 pm

Cirven continued to try and attempt to take chunks out of his partner while still under Nestler's control but it seemed like Nestler could not make him use any of his spells which was a relief because if he could then things would be much different with his attacks. Noheme had managed to dodge all of his attacks which again was probably due to Cirven's body being controlled and not due to him actually attacking her. He would not attack in such a sloppy way which she probably quickly noticed after seeing multiple of his strikes at her. Nestler's melee skill must not have been on the same level as either the demon or the goddess. Noheme had managed to dodge all of the attacks from both Cirven and Nestler which Cirven could only assume was because Nestler put too much of his focus on controlling himself and Cirven.

This lead to Nestler being distracted enough to where he was struck by a falling chunk of a building, only noticing it seconds before it hit him. The chunk of debris flew through the air and crashed into the nearby forest area but something was missing from under it. Nestler's body morphed back together from where the debris would have struck him in a burst of black static. "Sorry, but you missed." He spoke out as the venomous vortex was shot at him which he took head on because of the speed of the attack heading towards him. After the blast of poison hit him he dropped to a knee and began to cough until he finally threw up from the effects it had on him.

As Nestler suffered the effects of the attack, Cirven regained control over his body and just in time to catch himself from hitting Noheme in the chest with his claw. "Sorry..." Was all the demon could muster out and then his eyes locked onto Nestler who was still suffering from being hit. "I'm going to get rid of him now. He can't be allowed to live because he will just continue to come after me. Sorry that I got you involved in this." Cirven started to move towards Nestler quickly but stopped suddenly when he saw Nestler's hand come up with his pointer and middle finger pointing up to the sky and his thumb held up next to them and his other fingers were folded into his hand. Cirven had stopped from seeing this because he knew what it meant and had to decide what to do quickly. He could either get as far away as he could or try to kill Nestler before he could do anything else. He decided and dashed forward where he swung his clawed hand down towards the older man. "Dimisit lege numerus sedecim." Nestler managed to speak out and Cirven stopped just before stabbing into the man. "No..." Cirven dropped to the floor limp for some reason and Nestler regained himself and stood up. "You should get ready, miss. I just awakened him."

Black electricity engulfed Cirven's body and he pushed himself up from the ground. His demeanor had completely changed and his body morphed into his full demonic form. The black electricity continued to dance all around his body and his eyes looked at Nestler who welcomed his gaze with a grin. "Go and deal with your sister, boy." Cirven did not speak a word and suddenly morphed into black electricity as he jumped from the metal around each building and looked for his sister. "I will have my revenge on him for taking her away from this world! I don't mind killing you in the process either!" Nestler's body erupted into black electricity and then continued to get stronger and stronger around him. The electricity completely engulfed him and surrounded him. It shaped itself into a being of pure electricity around him. "I will fry you where you stand!" Nestler then shot out massive and quick bolts of electricity at Noheme aiming to end her life with each attack.

Aayla found herself between the poison dragon and the people she was about to attack and quickly started to use her water magic to deal with the beast. She might have been a undead version of herself but the smarts she had while fighting were still there it seemed as she continued to use her water to try and wash the dragon away but before she could continue a bolt of black electricity appeared behind her with a loud thunderous sound. "Aayla..." The possessed Cirven spoke out and then charged towards his sister only to be struck by her armored arm which sent him sliding backwards. Her scaled were resistant to electricity and gave a sort of protection to the girl who had a water body. "Its because of you that I died! You killed me with that electric power you have! I remember it all!" The girl yelled out and formed a water prison around her brother. "Just die!!" She yelled out as Cirven was trapped in the water and could not get out.

Temperament of the Past(Private Social) Empty Re: Temperament of the Past(Private Social)

Post by Noheme 7th February 2017, 5:07 pm

Noheme could only smile back when Cirven stopped his movement only to apologize. His words sounded sincere and far too distanced from how he usually acted, further showing how serious their situation was. All the more reasons to end this as quickly as possible and have a chat in a restaurant instead of all this or something, the sudden fighting was quickly making the girl hungry. "As far as I know, I got myself involved. I'm a benevolent goddess that will do her best for those she cares about after all~" Her voice still had that teasing tone to it, but all she said was nothing more than absolute truth that she said completely seriously. And with him going against the one who imprisoned him, she probably should go ahead and help her dragon deal with the young girl.

Though it didn't exactly sound like a smart idea for the dog demon to go after Nestler again, considering he managed to control him once. And it was placed very correctly, as something else happened in the very next instant, forcing Noheme's attention back towards them. Without a single world, her partner ran off again, the exact same magic as the one the enemy wielded all around him. So he was under his control again, simply perfect. She probably should have taken her worry more seriously, going after him instead of the dog, but it was far too late now. "Dammit, why do I have to do all the work again...!" She wanted to run off as well, stop the two siblings for good.

But instead, the enemy started powering up quite significantly. It was honestly impressive just how much he could do. He was a dangerous one after all, but that could only place a grin on the girl's face. Despite the seriousness of this situation, she was still enjoying herself, which was only giving her more and more determination to crush this man utterly. [color=green]"Ya think something like that can save you?!" As he was surrounded by his lightning, the moon goddess would get surrounded by darkness as well to show he was not the only one who could perform such feasts. Though her spell took on a little different shape.

Spell... it was actually an incorrect term for what she was doing. Her old magic was very much gone at this point and the remaining light and darkness she still had both came from the lineage, the fact that she indeed formed the Astral Realm. World that would always give her power! Soon, eight pitch black beads would form behind Noheme, giving off crimson red glow. And as Nestler started attacking, the goddess would start sprinting around him in circles at full speed to avoid the attacks that would most likely hurt quite a lot. But she had to admit, it was quite hard approaching him like this.

Thankfully, she still had more tricks up her sleeve, some that would surely secure her victory! With a snap of her fingers, a black portal appeared next to her, Ai jumping out and instantly using her barrier spell, forming a bubble around the two girl that would start deflecting the attacks. They were indeed powerful, but so was the astral bubble. Cirven saw just how sturdy it was, capable of deflecting even the most powerful attacks with ease. And just like that, the two girls would start sprinting towards the enemy which allowed the fox girl to get quite close without being hurt.

At the point where the electric armor would start eating away on Ai's spell, Noheme finally jumped out, a strange venom coating her body and becoming solid to form a powerful armor. It made her a bit slower, that something like that was insignificant at this range, the girl's arm transforming into a drill with the mold infection just as she tried to crash herself into the enemy, drilling into him mercilessly. Her body was protected and even then, she had her new magic now. Even if torn apart, she would still be able to move and fight as long as there would be some life force inside of her.

The dragon in the meantime started taking off, it's huge wings causing gusts of wind around the area as it quite disliked the water. It was a poor mix, forcing the creature high into the skies. But it was persistent as it launched one last attack at the girl in form of a breath, very much like the one that Noheme possessed. After the deed was done, it would start heading back towards it's master, ready to help out back there with what would be needed.

Nestler's electric armor was formed to quickly electrify anything that came inside of it and would protect him from most attacks. The recent attack was not one of them as the woman had gotten smart enough to summon someone else and use some sort of shielding spell against his attacks to prevent him from hurting them. All he could do was curse under his breath and continue firing as he hoped that he would somehow break the barrier protecting them and get to her but he did not manage to do it and somehow the woman was able to use the barrier pared with a armor spell over her body to get through the electric armor he had formed. She formed a drill of poison over her arm and attempted to hit Nestler with it but the man was not stupid enough to stay still for such a attack and using the an increase to speed he was gained through his eletric armor, he practically teleported away from both women causing Noheme's attack to miss. He then quickly moved back and swung the fist of the electric armor at Ai while using the other hand to blast at Noheme. He aimed for any weak spots he could find in their defense and/or offense that he could break through.

He would then back up from the duo and shoot a spark of electricity into the air which quickly caused the clouds above them to blacken and surge with electricity. "I took this power from the demon that that failure shares DNA with himself! That means I will kill the both of you fox-eared vixens!" After Nestler spoke out multiple massive lightning bolts would rain down from the sky onto both of the girls over and over.

Back with Cirven, he had slowly started to pass out as his sister was hit by the blast of the dragon. Her water body washed away the negatives that could possibly come with being hit and she simply kept her hold over the water prison. She stared at the prison where her brother was drowning and held a grimace on her face of pure hatred. Cirven started to fade away but then a voice called to him. "Gain control of yourself, Cirven! You are not some monster that is meant to be controlled! You are you!" Cirven could see Gilgamesh, the God who had given him his Metallic Slayer abilities, in front of him. "You have your faults but you are not some puppet! You have failed a few times but you can and will make up for that! Take control of your body and take control of your true power!" Gilgamesh spoke out to him.

Black electricity erupted out from Cirven's body and it continued to do so more and more until the water prison was completely covered in it and it left the inside looking like pitch black. The prison then broke and water and electricity was sent out everywhere. Cirven fell from out of the water prison, gasping for air and was met by a kick from his sister which hit him in the jaw. The kick caused him to flip over onto his back and Aayla stood over him. "Just die!" Cirven stared back at her and sadly sighed. "You just want me to die? Will that stop what you are doing to this city? Will that end how you are feeling?" Aayla looked down at Cirven confused by his response. "If it will then kill me because I will not hurt you again." Aayla stared at him confused then grew angry and lifted her clawed hand up to hit Cirven but before she could move it down she stopped and grabbed her head growling in pain. She moved from over top of him by a around ten feet and fell to the ground grasping at her head. "Aayla, are you okay?!" She growled in pain more. "Brot-ther... I'm sor-ry.." Cirven did not understand what was going on at all. "He.. He revived me! And he made me into this! I can't control it much longer! Ple-Plea-Please! Kill me! En-End this! Be-Bef-Before it gets worse!" Cirven could not understand what was going on at all. "What are you saying?! I can't do that! You are back finally! We can figure something out!" Aayla shook her head through the pain and then let go of it and stood up using all of her power to do so. She stepped towards him and with each step she shook from the pain of it all. "Sor..ry..." She fell forward before reaching her brother. Cirven quickly moved forward and held her. He felt the shaking going through her body and could feel how weak she had gotten just trying to hold herself back. "I love you..." Aayla spoke out as he went to catch her but just as he caught her clawed hand opened up to look like it was going to impale him which he was fine with but it did not go into him at all. "Aayla!? Why?! We could have figured something out! We could have saved you!" Aayla smiled as she was held by her brother with her own hand through her chest. "Its.. okay. I didn't want to hurt you anymore... I couldn't allow myself to.. I'm.. sorry..." Cirven picked Aayla up and started to move towards where Noheme was. "I'll save you! I have a friend here who is a Goddess. She should be able to help you jus-" He then noticed his sister's eyes were faded and that her heart had stopped. He dropped to his knees with her in his arms as rain started to fall down from Nestler's spark of electricity surging through the clouds above. "No.. I failed again to save you.. Again I couldn't do it..." He mumbled out to himself between the rain masking the tears coming down his face. "Nothing has changed at all..." He stared down at Aayla and placed his hand over her eyes and closed them.

Temperament of the Past(Private Social) Empty Re: Temperament of the Past(Private Social)

Post by Noheme 8th February 2017, 4:43 am

Her attack missed and only went through the remains of quickly disappearing black lightning that was once her enemy. And she smiled. She already figured it out before when he avoided all that debris from the building that was flung at him. A teleportation was always annoying ability to deal with, especially one that activated instantly. But no one was capable of using all the time without the need to stop for a moment, that would place stress on the body far too great to bear. True, the attack she directed at him was one of S-rank and thus quite powerful, but it was only one attack still. She had plenty more in reserve and now that he teleported away, she had her chance to strike back, hoping that he would be unable to use that ability for at least few more seconds.

For there was something missing, although not very noticeable. The eight small orbs that she summoned beforehand, she did not used them in her attack because she knew that it would not take any effect. So while the enemy was distracted and facing her actual body, the orbs would scatter themselves across the battlefield, moving constantly to find a good spot where they would remain unseen. And as the man came back in to attack, they would position themselves accordingly. His attacks were relentless indeed, but Noheme was powered up with her armor, capable of blocking his strikes with her bare hands and still cutting the damage received in half while her healing venoms, along with the powers of godhood would take care of what injuries she did obtain.

Ai on the other side still had her shield, although it was slowly starting to give out. Giant cracks would start to appear on the bubble as it started falling apart under the constant barrage of attacks that they were under. But as he took another step back, they too would take action. The moon goddess quickly jumped back into Ai's shield as the clouds in the sky started darkening in color, not only causing the lightning to become under his control but also a light drizzle that started growing stronger. And as the first lightning would come down, it would shatter the shielding bubble, Noheme swiftly taking her servant and throwing her at high speed into the nearest building that was half collapsed but still had it's roof to protect her.

It was then that she launched her own attack, the black orbs finally coming in to smash into Nestler from his blind point, drilling into him at high speed. Individually, they weren't as damaging. But when they all attacked at once, they could do quite a bit of damage. After all, it was like getting hit with a cannonball shot from an actual cannon. And to add into it, the girl would snap her fingers as her venomous aura got infused with pain causing poison. It probably wasn't enough to actually fully stop an opponent like this one, but it would cause him quite a bit of pain and that was what the goddess wanted. Her own body fell apart into poison particles as she teleported to his side, striking him with his fist into his gut.

She didn't care if his lightning armor was still active and would damage her because of this, all she wanted was to see this guy suffer for what he was doing. It was strange, she enjoyed this fight moments ago. But now, she was this serious and her thirst of blood rising by the second. "How foolish... how utterly human. Thinking you could beat me with something that is not your own? It was the greatest mistake you could have ever made... no... messing with my team was!" Pressing her fist into him even further along with the orbs, she did her best to push him back as she herself retreated a bit, only for a giant maw to come in and bite down.

The venom dragon's time was slowly coming as it received damage and remained formed for a long time. So as it's last action, it would take half of Nestler's body between it's teeth, pressing down on it to bite his as much as it could as it took off into the skies towards the lightning. Being made out of pure poison, it had no feelings at all. Even if he would strike it down, the fall from that height would surely deal some damage even to a guy like that. Taking that moment, Noheme herself quickly found a roof that would block the lightning, resting even if it was for mere seconds only. She had a feeling that was still not enough to kill her enemy, so she remained cautious however.

Temperament of the Past(Private Social) Empty Re: Temperament of the Past(Private Social)

Post by Cirven 8th February 2017, 4:19 pm

Nestler's attacks had started to it looked like and he felt that he was winning this fight if it kept going. The woman did not understand what she was up against. He was a scientist who looked into how to make a super soldier and had made himself into one. "I am a being that was made to kill gods! It does not matter who or what you are at all!" He spoke out as he had managed to slam through the barrier surrounding Ai, who was then quickly sent out of the fight before things got worse for her. Nestler was about to talk but decided not to as his attention was drawn to some black orbs that were heading his way. He quickly made his body take on the form of his element as the orbs swooped into his electric armor causing the orbs to fly around and miss him because his body was not tangible anymore. He laughed as the orbs flew around striking at him giving off a weird sound to those outside of the armor that could not see inside. Noheme's aura then changed a bit as it tried to attack the man inside of the electric armor but the attempt was foiled because the armor just simply burnt away the aura before it could reach him.

Noheme then teleported through her poison and attacked at Nestler herself, probably not feeling that she only hit air infused with lightning from the damage she was again trying to tank through to just hurt the man more. She spoke out angrily at him and retreated back where the giant jaw of the poison dragon would come down and attempt to take a chunk out of Nestler. There was a problem though; Nestler was not tangible now and the bite only helped to get the poison dragon more damaged. The dragon flew away after its attack and Nestler broke out into laughter from how well he was doing. "This magic is meant to kill anything! It doesn't matter if I stole it or not because you will die by it if you keep this up!"

Nestler stopped talking when he noticed Cirven walking up holding his sister in his arms in the rain storm that had surrounded them. "It looks like my nephew has followed through with killing his sister again. Perfect! Do you feel the pain or losing her again? Is it tearing you up? That's how I felt when you took my sister from me! When you killed your own mother!" Cirven did not speak and just kept on walking. "Cirven, I will be removing my power over you. This me you are talking to was what I left over to help you when you needed it after I senses what you were among other things. The rest is up to you." Gilgamesh spoke to Cirven in his mind and suddenly Cirven's metallic frame over his body vanished and was completely replaced by the dark electricity that channeled through his own body. "Say something to me, boy! I want to hear your pain!" Nestler shot out a blast of electricity at Cirven only to hit nothing but the ground and lose track of where he was. He looked over to where the serpent dragon laid and saw that he was there placing his sister next to the beast. Nestler again shot out a blast of electricity planning to either hit Cirven or the beast and the body of his sister. Cirven would suck up the blast of electricity before it could hit either of them and start to walk towards a confused Nestler. "What was that? How did you do that? I doubt you can do it again!" Nestler put out the arm of the electric armor to fire another blast but the arm was suddenly cut off from a electric-like slash. The arm then disappeared as Cirven consumed it. "What?" The electric armor then lost its other arm and head before Nestler could react and use his speed to get away. "Why won't you say anything to your uncle? Why won't you show me what I want? I demand that you do it!" Nestler summoned down a massive bolt of electricity onto where Cirven was but the bolt was stopped by him putting up his arm and then sent back up into the sky. "What!? H-" Nestler questions were cut off as a slash of an electric claw swung across the armor and his own body. The attack was so powerful that it completely cut through the electric armor, leaving chunks of it slashed out from where it was supposed to be. Nestler fell over onto his back while the rain poured down on him. His body suffering massive damage from the attack that had just hit him but he still managed to talk. "I.. Just wanted.. You to feel what.. I felt.. and then kill you!" Nestler lifted up his arm weakly as he tried to call down the lightning in the clouds above them again. "You revenge filled idiot. She wanted you to live happy and away from the life you both chose but you could not do it and had to piss me off. I don't have any blood family. They are all dead." Cirven spoke out as the lightning started to come down towards them. "Also, I could control it because you took this power from me." Nestler would succeed in bringing down the lightning bolt but not the way he wanted. Cirven turned away as the lightning slammed down onto his uncle until nothing was left of him. He walked back to where his sister and Zinnath were and grabbed his sister's body. "Noheme, I'm sorry about all of this. Give me a little and I will be back if you want to talk or something." Cirven spoke out sounding more like himself even though he did not look towards the goddess at all showing that the situation had bothered him. He went into the forest and some time later came back out without his sister's body.

"And that's done. I'm just hoping she can actually remain this time to rest. Rather not have to fight her again." Cirven gave off a joking-like smile as he spoke to Noheme. "Thanks for the help against that idiot uncle of mine. I think him and I were a lot more in common than I originally thought. Hell, I could have ended up like him probably." Cirven continued to have the smile on his face but he knew that his partner could probably see through it all.

Temperament of the Past(Private Social) Empty Re: Temperament of the Past(Private Social)

Post by Noheme 8th February 2017, 4:49 pm

The fact that her attacks were not hitting at all was obviously pretty infuriating to the goddess, especially with her love for actual battle where both sides could suffer effects of the other one's power. But all she did just went through this enemy's body, clearing labeling him as a cheater. Especially after Noheme actually used her head for once to prepare a clever attack instead of just trying to claw at him from the start and with no tactic at all. Clenching her teeth, even the moon goddess would stop for a moment to catch her breath as Nestler boasted, showing off what great power he had inside of him. It was probably time to come up with new strategy that would allow her to strike the man down, but soon, not even that was necessary.

Cirven would return to the fight, albeit very different from the usual. Which managed to make the girl even more angry, as this was simply no fun at all. It seemed like all they were doing these days was fighting members of this weird guild that was after the dog demon's life, doing their very best tu ruin it before actually taking it away. And as he was fighting them, all his sense would leave him, along with the joy he was seemingly usually experiencing. These fights were only filled with despair and sadness, nothing more. There was no point to them at all, as they were designed to make them struggle through daily life, each step they would take turning into a marathon. A twisted method of making them suffer indeed.

She didn't even need to watch what was happening ahead of her. She realized it quite a while back, when they fought the project Genocide. Her partner was special, very special. Perhaps even more special than Noheme herself, who was naught but a simple goddess. As interesting as that sounded, there really wasn't all that much to it. She was being different from human, just like Cirven was, just in slightly changed way. And that was about it, the whole story. Rather boring, as nothing all that interesting happened in it. The only exciting thing she managed to get out of it was her new magic that was somewhat forced into her by her heavenly father and yet, it was completely useless in this battle.

So what was it for if not helping those she cared about? She did absolutely nothing here with her partner defeating both his opponents. And Nestler? He fell instantly, showing how superior the dog demon was to the goddess that struggled against the power of black lightning greatly. She did not say a word as he left her once again to take care of the body of his own sister that died once more in his arms. It would appear that no matter what they did, he was destined to relive that moment over and over again... for the first time, in the Dreamland and even her once more. The crow with many eyes landed on the moon goddess' head with curious gaze.

"Nah, he said that he would come back. There's no need for you to spy on him at this point..." And he really did what he said. Soon, he would be back with that annoying grin on his face again. But it was so pathetically hollow, it would pain anyone who looked at him. At this point, Noheme was sitting cross-legged on one of the larger pieces of rubble, still in the rain waiting. Ai was behind her too, as she left her hiding place and rejoined her master's side, alongside the crow who turned back into his normal state, still perched atop the girl's green and golden hair. "Care to explain now? What these assholes are and more importantly, how are you always better than me?"

Post by Cirven 8th February 2017, 5:30 pm

He could feel his words were not listened to as much by the goddess who was his partner. He was surprised by the fact that she asked him about the group that seemed to come after him again but then that surprise changed as she asked him why he was always stronger than her which to him was not a thing at all. "The people who have attacked us twice are from a group called Cor Torva. Well at least the remnants of it. I destroyed it in the past when I killed my mother but a lot of them were not even around when it happened which means they are still out in the world and will cause issues for anyone. The group was based on making super soldiers for the Magic Council to use at first but it was scrapped by most of the leaders of the MC later. It was kept running by the leaders who wanted it anyways though but was hidden away from the world even more so than it was before that which created Cor Torva as a cover up. To shorten is up, I was a experiment of theirs that was naturally born to be part demon and have the powers of the demon's DNA I was given through birth. I was labeled a failure but the head of the experiments, my mother Salindra was able to save me and a lot more happened. Lots of fighting later and we are here with the remnants who find me trying to kill me in some way." He didn't think the goddess would actually listen to his rambled explanation but he did know what she really wanted to hear from him.

"I'm not as strong as you at all. You are a goddess and I'm just some experiment turned into a demon or devil that constantly fails at doing things right. You did save me the last time we fought one of Cor Torva and even this time you saved me again. Just because I was able to manipulate Nestler's power because it was mine does not mean I am stronger. I just got lucky that he was so full of himself and stuck to his revenge that he gave himself my own power just to kill me." Cirven sighed at his explanation. "You are much stronger than you think and I'm sure you would have beat him if I did no show up and do it before you. Either way though there are worse things to worry about than your own power. Trust me on that."

Oh, Noheme did listen! Sure, she did not listen to him in the past, but that was simply because others things were going on as well, including the fact that he always only mentioned bits and pieces. Now she was getting the whole story that she could actually understand. Well... somewhat understand. Her lack of certain knowledge still made it a bit difficult for her to follow exactly what Cirven was saying, her head looking like it was about the fall apart from concentration, her eyes gazing straight at him as if he was a book that she was trying to read. By the end of it, she could barely follow, but at least she got the gist of it all. And the info that there would probably be more Cor Torva members in the future still. An endless battle it seemed.

Then the conversation shifted to the topic of power and her second question. It seemed like he didn't notice few things and he didn't quite understand. "Goddess... yeah, right..." Her voice was low and barely audible when she said those words, looking away from the dog demon for a moment. Her emerald green gaze returned rather quickly however, her cheeks puffed for some reason. "Speaking of which, are you not even going to ask about my new powers? You're not blind, I'm sure you noticed! I just show up one day with completely new magic and you're gonna just ignore it? Learn how to care about a lady god dammit! You're hopeless!" Ai would chuckle too as she heard those words. It seemed that they were back to the old where things were not as serious. At least for the time being.

Cirven caught what Noheme had said under her breath but did not pursue it. He knew that both of them had their problems that they possibly did not or could not talk about so he just left it alone for another time. Noheme then went on a small rant about how he didn't ask her about her new powers at all and seemed to have just ignored her. "I'm not the one who is stalking the other through some weird bird. It being on you tells me everything I need to know. Also how the hell was I supposed to ask you about your new magic when we were fighting at all times just now? Logic doesn't work well with you, huh?" He spoke back to her with an annoyed look but inside he was happy that things were back to the way they were for a bit. He had gained his power and was able to control it as well as was able to defeat another member of Cor Torva that wanted revenge on him. He knew that it probably would be awhile until they completely stopped seeing as multiple more of them were still alive but he did not know how many would be after him.

Either way the now Thunder slayer would bicker with his partner back and forth until they finally agreed to disagree and went their separate ways. He knew that Noheme would keep tabs on him and he would have wanted to do the same for her. They were a team after all.
