Hargeon town is one of Fiore's most busiest port town there is. Being located near the ocean, makes the town more charming for sailors to visit to make preparations or just to get back on the land and take a break from the countless days on sea. Akira had arrived in the town by boat, since he now lived on the phoenix island where his guild, Golden Phoenix was located. So far he enjoyed his life on the Phoenix island. The people in the guild are nice and Akira didn't had much trouble to fit in, which he thought would be a real challenge since Akira was used to the life of a wizard, the only life he knew up to this point was his daily training to start of his pop star career and in the end even that wasn't possible for the brunette. He didn't had any recollection of what happened at his benefit concert. All he had where the usual flashbacks and nightmares that only showed a concert hall full of screaming people all trying their best to get out of the hall, trying to get away from the horror they are witnessing. It can make Akira depressed at times, but he does his best to remain positieve no matter what.

To be honest me and my crew missed your singing voice, so when I told my crew that you would accompany us once again we were all really stoked! The captain said while giving Akira a handshake. It's the least I could do for offering me a free trip again! Akira said as he shook the captain's hand. Anyway, we will be getting some supplies before heading out again, it will take until the evening, so go and knock yourself out, just make sure you get back in time! Akira nodded towards the man and walked towards the docks. There was one reason Akira came to Hargeon town, which was getting a passport. He needed one to travel to the different countries Earthland had to offer and the Rune knights were handing them out in Hargeon town, Akira took the first boat there was to get to Hargeon, to gain a passport. Akira asked a Rune knight where he was able to get a passport and they directed them to the town hall of Hargeon, Akira made haste to make sure he didn't need to stand in line for them, since he knew there would've been a lot of demand for a passport.

Arriving at the town hall, Akira was surprised there wasn't a huge line yet for a passport. He looked at the gigantic clock that was build on top of the town hall and noticed it was only nine in the morning, of course a lot of people wouldn't be there yet. Akira walked inside and noticed a rune knight sitting at a table. Umm... I like to apply for a passport! Akira asked timidly. The Rune knight smiled, It's good you came early, since we will expect a huge line soon, please fill in this document. The Rune knight handed Akira a document with all the necessary information they needed. Akira filled in the document and handed it back, the Rune knight quickly went over all the details Akira had written down. Everything looks fine! Here is your passport! The Rune knight gave Akira his passport, Akira thanked the man and went into town to see what Hargeon has to offer.
