Personality: A happy-go-lucky, bubbly and playful teenage girl, Nora is mainly characterized by her boundless enthusiasm. When Nora talks, many of her words may sometimes come out randomly without her actually giving much thought to anything she comes up with. This is caused by her tendency to jump into a different topic most of the time and her rather peculiar imagination. Because of this and her free-spirited attitude, Nora's personality changes according to her mood and she is prone to becoming a nuisance to the people around her, losing the point of a conversation, or even experiencing anxiety attacks. One would assume that Nora is unable to keep her mind on track, however Nora is more insightful than one would think and is capable of being serious when mostly necessary.
Unknown to any other, Nora was born to a cursed bloodline as a descendant to the Black Dragon Acnologia's own blood. Not even her adoptive parents know of this dark secret which taints her life, though they certainly know of the odd power which the girl exhibits. For fear of what may be done to her if someone found out who had sired her, she will never tell of her true heritage - whether it be torture, locked up as a science experiment, or shunned by the two she loves the most, she simply could not handle it. This taint has caused Nora to change herself in a drastic way from the shy and scared Anthrophobe she once was thanks in major part to Chiyo and Noa. This drastic change in Nora's personality is not some fabricated mask, she has truly become like a different person from when she was an orphan. The transformation was not an easy one, however and required much in the way of effort to change who she was on a base level into the ball of joy and outgoing person she is today.
Nora is very open with her companions and quickly grows fond of them. Because of her motor mouth, she is very open to conversation and plays with her friends almost all the time she is interacting with them, making her a very social and likable person. She can also be protective and supportive when she sees that friends and family need it. She is also considerate of their personal space and respects their decisions even if she doesn't agree with them. Nora is also very good at reading people, often able to tell what they truly convey with body language and misdirection. Although Nora retains her joyful personality even in combat, she is seen to be more focused and in control of herself during an encounter. She can be patient, obedient and smart. If she does not see the need of her assistance, she will stand back and choose to observe. And lastly, when she follows a plan and finds herself in a position that gives her the advantage, she's able to figure out a way to defeat her enemies on her own, indicating an ability to strategize quickly and efficiently.

- Murderers: Death is a natural part of living and the beyond, however those who kill for no good reason are hated by Nora.
- Sour Candy: While Nora may love most candy, sour candy has no place in her mouth and she hates eating it.
- Being Called Short: A huge pet peeve for Nora is to be called short, especially if someone is doing so repeatedly.
