Personality: Meliodus mainly keeps to himself out of personal preference but will open his trap whn he feels he can trust people. However when he makes friends he keeps them for life and would happily give his life for his friends and will never back down from a fight no matter how futile his efforts may be or whomever the opponent is. His courage and will power to do good is his strongest trait when fighting and also in the ethic of life. Meliodus tends to be wel groomed and likes to appear presentable most of the time, however he isn't one to take notice of social requirements such as walking around in a towel or shirtless just because he's hot but when he needs to look sharp he will make himself presentable in the right conditions. Due to his solidarity in most senses he became quite accustomed to music and the pleasures it brings to him, from this he plays the guitar, often a flamenco and slow acoustic numbers as well as lightly singing to himself. Unfortunately due to his shyness he doesn't perform much in front of others and if alone he is interrupted he will stop until the person passes. Al does enjoy the occasional drink although he isn't particularly good at holding his own and will often by the end of the night be sleeping on the table.
Although he is a bit of a goof he does love to laugh and will find humor in even the worst jokes. He will happily speak his mind should the conversation be to his liking and if he feels his opinions should be heard. Although his eyes give a feeling of malice and curiosity he is always smiling and has a mischievous grin from time to time. His attempts at practical jokes often leave him blowing him or someone else up with his magic. He does have a fairly short temper, mostly due to his strict upbringing and no- nonsense attitude from living on the streets, although this section of his life has lightened him up slightly his darker temper still sits beneath the surface and will on occasion rear its ugly head.
In battle specifically he is an exceptional tactician, with a complex eye for spotting weakness and vulnerability. He is capable of leading a team as well as functioning well within one, even though he will sometimes argue orders if he believes he may find another way that would cause less bloodshed. He is more a man of words than destruction but his temper is like a rickety bridge, one wrong step and you're gone.
Meliodas is an elegant fighter, he won't often run headlong into battle without thinking out some form of attack plan. He is happy to take point and lead the assault or too take a back seat and deal with the more delicate issues. He loves to unleash his full power when he gets the chance and if someone gives him a good enough reason to fight then he will do so without holding back. does not mind fighting in a team or on his own as he enjoys the capabilities that a team has over being solo but should he encounter a foe 1 on 1 he will stand his ground to the bitter end. He is more of a stealth fighter than all out brawler even though he does have the power to use such power, he prefers to deal with his targets in a more subtle manner working with the opponents weaknesses rather than just fitting till they give in.
Likes:
- People: He loves to hear people's stories and to tell his own if he feels up to it. He enjoys to hear where people are from and what brings them to certain places.
- Dedication: If someone wants something and they are willing to fight for it then Meliodus will stand with them any day, any week, any year.
- Magic: Much like his love for people he loves to hear how people discovered their magic and what magic they possess. Although he is young he knows dark magic when he sees it and is quite prompt to steer clear of such people and magic.
Dislikes:
- Liars: Liars, traitors, villains. They all fall under the same category in his book, if you are willing to betray any friend then you do not deserve to have them and disloyalty is not something that he is willing to tolerate.
- Dark Magic: Dark magic must fill this world, it is a requirement to the light. However, keeping it at bay is the job of every magic user who wishes to see the world flourish.
- Arrogance: There is nothing worse then people who swan around like they own the place, being pompous and arrogant just shows you're an ass. End off.
Motivations:
- To be a Guild Master: It is a wild dream but one he has had for many years, he believes himself ready it is just if the world is ready for him!
- To stop dark magic spreading: He feels that it is his duty to stop dark magic from taking over the world and influencing the good people that reside here.
- To find people who would love him: He lived a harsh life for so long that the idea that people could love him is one that makes his heart soar.
Fears:
- Losing people he loves: Meliodus has already felt the cold sting of losing the ones he loves and he does not wish anyone else to feel his pain at any cost.
- Spiders: They crawl, have eight legs and a lot of eyes. KILL IT WITH FIRE.
- Dark Guilds: Dark guilds are something that troubles Al frequently, because for dark guilds to flourish means that there are many who use dark magic and that scares Meliodus... A lot.

Hair: blonde designed in spiky blonde

Appearance: Meliodas is tiny for a male in his 20's, standing at 5 ft 1 he is dwarfed by many of his comrades and enemies but don't let his height deceive you! He has a mop of spiky blonde hair that falls across the front of his face which sometimes covers his piercing blue eyes and just above his shoulders. as for his clothing he wears a typical baggy white shirt which is undone to show some of his chest, a red tie which looks scruffy and half undone to the same level as his buttons and to finish a black waist coat which is undone. On his bottom half you will see a pair of white 3/4 length trousers held up with a brown belt and on his feet are a pair of black open top boots. He also wears on his back a half sword and I say half as it is only half a blade, shattered but some reason Meliodas can't seem to want to let it go, it's held to his back with a brown leather belt with a gold clip.
