It's really easy to change the background.
But I highly doubt it. Seijin has gone out of his way to recover this specific background when it was lost at one point a few years ago.
I remember wishing it would change when I was new to the forum. it took some getting use to. But that was like four years ago lol.

I don't know if this is possible (and would probably take some coding) but I know on proboards you can have multiple themes and members can swap between them to get their own view. Could we maybe do that?

All you have to do is go to the forum wrapper (or CSS coding) and input the address of the image. And BAM! Changed. It's not really that hard.
