Description & Appearance:
This lacrima seems to be made out of a cluster of crystal quartz upon taking a first glance, however, on second glance you can see the cascading flames dancing along the inside of the lacrima that, when they hit the tornado's inside, bring them to becoming enveloped in the flames that seem to want to destroy everything in their way. When first picked up it seems like picking up a handful of ice that quickly warms up before becoming ice cold once more.

History:
It is said that the last family that held this lacrima handed it down from parent to eldest child when they came of age, it was stolen, however, when the family line met an untimely demise at the hands of a rival family. The whereabouts of this lacrima were lost for several centuries afterward... or so it was believed, as no one wanted to own up to possessing it, having to take responsibility for the murders of the previous owners. How it was created is still up for speculation. Once it had been discovered again it changed hands several times, until it ended up in a research lab. Many researchers have come up with differing theories as to what this unique lacrima is made of, how its temperature seems to ebb and flow almost at the whim of the one who is holding it. In the end, all theories have fallen flat, leaving ones who once studied it stumped before it was yet again either stolen or lost.

Unique Abilities:
Cosmic Dominion (D) || Due to having become the embodiment of cosmic chaos, Pandora's magic distorts the steadfastness of all within the cosmos. Through this, her spells are able to ignore the abilities of others that counter pushbacks, or would make them otherwise immune or unaffected by it. Additionally, this doubles her sensory range as well. (As a personal tip: counter-effects themselves cannot be countered, as that would constitute a counter-chain. Still, Push/Knockbacks are not classed as effects, rather the natural consequence of taking a hit in some cases, and thus do not fall under the magic rules, meaning the affected player decides if/when a knockback occurs. Even with this ability, a target hit by a spell may still choose to ignore knockbacks)

Cosmic Extension (B) || As a figurative extension, the cosmic chaos makes it so that debuffs are 50% less effective on Pandora. Through some strange turn of events however, the cosmic chaos decided to manifest as a literal extension of Pandora's body as well, allowing her to grow a tail-like tentacle at any given time. It can grow and shrink as much as she needs it to, and is capable of morphing itself into whatever form convenient at the time, and may think separately from its host if it so wishes, allowing it to react even when Pandora is unconscious or possessed by another being. As it became part of her body, it can even manifest within anti-magical area's or barriers.

Pandora is able to freely teleport to any location within a 15 meter range once per post, at a speed of 15 m/s, and can even move through magical barriers with it. The latter needs OoC permission in case of player-cast magical barriers. When passing through these barriers Pandora is unable to use any other magic until she's fully moved through it. (This passive actually sounds more like an active effect with a duration, meaning I must ask you to rework this into an active spell instead)
