- Job Title: A Strange Occurrence On The Shore
Rank: D
Player Requirements: 1x Any rank of mage, no limit to how many can participate. 500 words per person. 5 rolls per person involved. Boss counts a 2 strong.
Job Requirements: Explore the shoreline and find out what is going on.
Job Location: Any shoreline in Earthland. (Islands, port towns, etc.)
Job Description: Word of strange occurrences on the shoreline has reached your ears. Any number of people are willing to pay to find out was going on, but just plain curiousity may also be the reason for one to go and find out what is going on.
Enemies:
All enemies appear dead at first, as HUNDREDS of aquatic wildlife are on the shore for some reason. Nothing is wrong with them besides that they are out of the water. Attempts to put them back in the water will result in them beaching themselves again and attacking anyway.
Weak:
Dying Fish x5; A large fish(your choice on what it is) is out of the water, aggressively attacking anything near it out of fear. Takes any 1 hit of damage to kill, due to how weak it is. They deal no damage and are a minor inconvenience.
Normal:
Dying Shark x2; A shark of some kind begins flailing about nearby. They're teeth are a threat, dealing 1.5 D ranks of spell damage if they bite you. They take 3 D ranks of spell damage to take down.
Strong:
Whale x1; A whale has beached itself as well, flailing in the same frustration as the others. A hit from this mighty beast, whether by tail, mouth, or fin, will deal 2 D ranks of spell damage to the poor sap struck. They take a whopping 10 D ranks to put out of their misery. Make sure to push the dead body into the water, else they will explode and cause trouble for those that have to run clean-up of the shoreline!
Boss:
N/A
Reward:
2k jewels to each person involved. (Total jewels from those interested in the information on what was going on.)

News had traveled quickly to Chaoris about strange incidents at all the major shorelines in Earthland. Something was happening around the world, and he needed to see it for himself. This was the very reason why the fully armored god was in the town of Oshibana, to see what was going on while also going there to see if he could gain any followers at the same time. People that saw him calmly walking through the roads of the town would allow him to pass, even the guards and patrols of the anti-crime of the town gave him a wide berth.
His goal was the shoreline, and he found it quite quickly with no one actually bothering him. What he saw was strange, a bunch of aquatic life was beached on the shore. A small school of large fish, a couple of sharks, and a few whales. ”My, my, my. That really is a strange coincidence, having that many large creatures leave their own habitat like so. Do they not realize it will be their death?” The man walked slowly towards one of the whales, lifting it carefully before throwing it into the water. The part that surprised him was that the whale re-beached itself, and came right for him with a swipe of it's tail.
”Pathetic creature! You have started a fight you can not win. Suicidal AND stupid!” His chaingun would be drawn, a few bullets shooting into the head of the creature even as he noticed the sharks thrashing towards him; the school of fish and the other whales seeming to grow agitated and head towards others that were watching from a greater distance. ”Those that would follow the God of Blood and Battle, join me in combat against these mad beasts! Show me your honor, your pride, your lust for battle and I will bestow upon you strength untold!” With those words he would rev up the chainsaw on his weapon to use it on one of the sharks; cleaving it in two even as the blood splashed up everywhere. The other shark would latch onto his arm, the armor breaking teeth even as it began to pierce through the protective gear. Ignoring the pain of his skin being torn, Chaoris punched the creature with his weapon and pushed until it stopped moving; his arm being released from the toothy maw upon it's death.
When he looked around again he saw others had taken up weapons, or those with magic and magical abilities using those instead, and were fighting off the fish and whales that were fighting back. Some of the people died, but it did not matter where the blood flowed from, just that it did. A smile would form upon his face as he walked through the battlefield, picking off any of the fish that decided to come to him before he simply left. Between the people he had rallied to his side, and his own combat with the whale and sharks, not one creature was left alive; excellent. With knowledge that sea creatures were beaching themselves he would keep an eye out for more instances to try and attempt to find the cause so that he could end it;and claim the victory in his name and gain even more followers under him.
