Personality:
Motoaka is erratic to say the least. She never listens to a word anybody says, whether they are right or not. She does what she wants when she wants regardless of any consequences that may befall her. She is definitely a party girl, always up for a good party. She would die before letting somebody give her orders, if she were told what to do by anyone she would more like than not attempt to beat them up. Motoaka loves to dance, and the feeling of freedom she has when she does. She loves the feeling, of the music pounding away, she feels it every time, all the way to her core. The feeling of music gets her pumped up, no matter what it is, as long as it has a nice beat. She cares little for the thoughts and opinions of others, as long as she is happy. Every day is a chance to make a new discovery, find a new song to dance to for her. Love means little to her, unless her love of partying counts. She grew up without a family, and was never taught to love, or what love really is. And so she grew up without truly knowing how it felt to be loved. Because of this she only seems to care about music. Fun and partying are her life. She enjoys teasing men, because she likes seeing how they flail around her.
In combat, she seems to hear little except her own music, moving to the beat of whatever song is her head. She is hard to predict the movements of unless you figure out she's moving to the beat of a song, and what song it is. As unpredictable as her movements can be, she is far from a strategist. She is terrible at predicting the moves of others, and has a hard time working with any other mages. She would kill anyone who got in her way, ally or foe. If you got in her way she would get you out of the way, simple as that.
Motoaka as a leader? Well that would never happen. She follows her own rules, only working with somebody if forced, never listening to a word anyone else says. She would never lead another person, nor follow them. If forced to lead somebody, she would likely do her best to ignore them, and probably would only look out for herself. She couldn't be bothered to look out for anyone else. Because she cares little for any allies she may have, she often will ignore them, or potentially even attack her own allies. Other people have little to no value for her.
Motoaka as a follower? That would also never happen. She dosent give a damn about what anybody else says, and would go out of her way to disobey if she were forced to follow somebody. Disobedience is in her nature, as much so as stubbornness or fierce determination to always win. Winning is hugely important to her, victory matters more than anything but music in her eyes.

-Music. It is her passion, her joy, her everything.

Her outfit is composed of very short shorts that barely cover her butt, a top that covers about as much as a bra, and a short coat that has a star on the back. Her skin is rather pale, with a few scars from old fights on it. Her eyes are a bright blue color, and her hair is black and tied back.
