Personality: Hailing from Bosco Waz has travelled to Fiore for a fresh start after escaping a life of restriction and corruption. He used to be a Bosco Peace Keeper until nearly dying a few times in the line of duty and being used as a pawn in a political game of corruption tipped Waz over the edge.
He fled to Fiore to escape his past and his father, who was one of the corrupt men using Waz to achieve his own goals. During the confusing of his escape Waz killed several corrupt politicians and guards who came after him. As a result Waz’s father has placed a bounty on his own son’s head, dead or alive.
Life in Bosco was nothing but work and rest, no time to simply kick back or really experience life. Waz learnt from this and now travels Foire living each day like it was his last.
You will normally find Waz the life of the party and loaded with more jokes, puns and snappy comebacks than anyone else. This turns Waz into somewhat of a smart ass, often taking a joke to far or trying too hard to cheer someone up.
Waz is also a born leader and tactician from his military background in Bosco and the fact he joined a small magic guild in Fiore called Treasure Trove. He was a member for three years until a monster from the book of Zerith levelled the small seaside town along with the guild. When Waz returned from a job he found his small and upcoming guild dead. Waz was devastated he lost all of his friends and spent the next six months not knowing what to do with himself.
Being the only member left Waz disbanded the Treasure Trove and hit the road again in search of another guild. Waz now seeks two things, his father’s head for betraying him and that of the demon that killed his guild mates. When it comes to these matters, and anything else that might leave a sour note in Waz’s heart he can get unpredictable often becoming impatient, rash and as angry as a fireworks display.
When not consumed by rage for these causes Waz is normal guy. He loves food and cooking along with an endless amount of parties. He also enjoys tinkering, being from Bosco Waz knows his way around just about anything with a circuit. Given enough grease and transmission wire he can patch up just about anything.
In combat Waz relies less on his natural instincts and on calculated moves and risks. Being able to read his opponent and out think them at the speed of a super computer is his most common approach to combat.
Waz uses his abilities to keep his opponent guessing, never doing anything normal and always being the wild card. If that is using an improvised weapon, or bouncing of the walls to make his moves unpredictable Waz will use this for both defensive and offensive moves.
When planning an operation or even an escape plan most of his friends will think Waz crazy for even suggestion some of his hair brained ideas.
Likes:
- Waz loves to tinker, fix and even take apart anything electronic or magical. He can waste days in the workshop on the same project not realising the time.
- Planning and throwing parties is Waz’s part time side gig. He is a master of his art, every party is lively and ends with a bang.
- Cooking (especially party food) is something else Waz finds himself doing on plenty of occasions, especially when travelling he can try new dishes with his own swing on them.
- Travelling is Waz’s last pleasure, he wants to see the world and all it has to offer.
Dislikes:
- Waz has declared vengeance on his father for using him as a pawn for his own gain. Similar Waz also want’s revenge on the Demon that killed his former guild mates.
- Being such a productive little wizard Waz can’t stand being bored. He will drive everyone crazy, paint the town red and steal everyone’s left shoe until his boredom is cured.
- Waz hates political red tape and bureaucratic nonsense. Rules are one thing, but if common sense says otherwise Waz will act on his own morels in a heartbeat.
