I'm sorry that you didn't notice the others that are consistently doing stuff. Marshy, Izayuki, Anastasia, and TAK before admin were in the ball consistently even with college and life trying to get in the way.

Dev team: do something that matters and stop "fixing" problems that don't need fixed.
Dev is currently mostly mods that have also wanted to work there. They approve the custom jobs, you'll notice AMI'S name in there often. They are also working on a few changes to things to streamline and make custom job creation simpler and the jobs a bit easier to do by word count. Also, dev is no longer events so they mostly focus on rule issues and such.

Admins: None of you guys care.
As the head admin I can tell you that yes, we do care. The amount of members that we talk to about issues they are having, on and off site, is a full time job in itself. The fact you think we don't makes me sad and wonder what you expect of staff on an rp forum that is strictly for fun.

Seijin: Be more involved in YOUR website.
Sadly, again, his laptop is broken; which he stated in his latest global announcement. He tries to be involved in the site. But between the constant travel between countries, and his money issues as well as broken electronics, he is unable to do ice on site.

When half the site is complaining about the site there is a problem. I have never seen so much stress or felt it on a website for writing in my life. To think I wasted a year of my life here makes me sick to my stomach if I had to do it all again I'd kill myself first.
while I know people complain, I have yet to see a complaint in my pm box about anything that NEEDS indicate attention or is setting that the person they have issue with need to deal with. If people has complaints they need to send them to an admin so that they can actually be taken care of. Public things are general complaining with nothing constructive to it, or any possible solutions; or about something they want changed to benefit themselves.

Marcy Iza and Anna are the only active mods. TAK I can't speak of because I've never seen her do anything. TAK ran a different schedule from most (they're PST time zone) and is full time college so they had a time where they just couldn't do anything but focus on passing exams. Just like what lynn was doing for a bit recently. (To the point of messaging me and begging me not to cancel a job or fire them cause school is murdering her.)

If Dev doesn't do events someone needs to. That being said, again the site wasn't really broken yet things were being changed without the need. I'm actually working on an event, and have been for quite a few weeks. With the way they have gone we waiter a but before doing another, and I even had a team set up solely for events in the last few days. Just because I've kept them from spreading it doesn't mean nothing is being worked on. And most of the things changed were done with both mods and dev agreeing on them for valid reasons, marshy included.

If any admins cared I wouldn't see you guys hanging out in the Cbox and telling people you will get to stuff later. Or see members complaining that you guys never do anything. 90% of the time we are in the cbox is to take a break and try to just chat with members. We are here to RP too, and we aren't slaves at your beck and call. Hell, elyx had to post saying he won't do requests made in cbox due to that bring all he could do when he was on site! Most of my time in cbox is when I'm working on posts of my own, of on my phone before bed, or while on my phone at work.

Even before Sej had a broken computer again all he did was get on the cbox and insult people. Nice.... Good ownership right there.I laughed for a few before typing this part here. Seijin is trolling 90% of the time. Bit the amount of effort he has put into this site is amazing. There's a reason it'd still alive after all this time. I don't see many sites last 5+ years.

The reason nobody pm's anyone about complaints is because they post them in the boards and you guys say you will "look into things" yet nothing changes. So why would anyone bother wasting their time messaging you?
a suggestion board is for suggestions. Actual problems should be done in a pm if they are important. It helps things get done instead of just a dev or mod seeing it and hoping aj admin, most of which are full time school/work as well, actually get a chance to look at that board.
