Primary Magic: Heartstone Dragon Slayer [Gen 2] Secondary Magic: TBA Caster or Holder: Caster, Lost Description: The Heartstone Dragons, dragons whom have control over more than one element. Each dragon has four scale colors, each color representing a different element they control. Their scales seemed to changed colors based on the element they are using at the time, not all of them but enough to make it clear. Before these dragons vanished from history three lacrima were obtained from them and they vanished for many years. Recently they resurfaced and are for sale.
The slayers who use this Lacrima have access to four elements but their spells only feature one element each the cool thing is they decide what when they cast the spell. The down side is they have something visible on them change color to match the element.
Resistances: A heart slayer is resistant to all the elements they control but are not as much as a single element slayer. Spells: A heart Slayer can make spells of any element they control, the only draw back is they can't have multi elemental spells. A spell can only have one element at a time, the exception is in spell mixing. Consumption: A heart slayer can't eat pure versions of elements only elements that are mixed, and only with other elements they can use. This is a bit limiting but they have a naturally higher Mana regen only taking 3 posts to regen 10% Instead of 5(This cannot be lowered any further).

Lineage
Name: Shinigami Protection Description: The Gods of death, the Shinigami control the afterlife; sending each spirit to its rightful destination, while making sure that everyone dies at the right time. Every person has their own unique Shinigami. Occasionally, a Shinigami will develop a bond with a living mortal, and will assist them to the best of their abilities when they are most needed; sometimes lending the mortal their powers at the cost of their life span. Ability: The user is able to summon the help from their Shinigami in battle or to assist them solving a dangerous solution. Shinigamis cannot kill or fatally wound enemies, but can take what would be a fatal blow, or give their bound user time to act. The Shinigami lasts until killed, having 50% of the HP the user has. It can deliver melee attacks equal to the user's rank in melee damage and is considered to wield a legendary weapon. Usage: 5 post duration with a 10 post cooldown if the shinigami is slain or if the duration runs out.
Unique Abilities
Name: Elemental Shift Type: Passive Description: Noa can transform her body completely into fundamental elements; unholy/demonic, ice, arcane, and lightning. When transformed form can be either anatomically identical to their normal form, aside of being made of element, in which case it contains all organs and is somewhat vulnerable to attacks. Effect: Depending on witch element she is using a skin tight aura will appear around her whole body. Unholy/demonic will be a dim grey color, Ice will be either a cyan or sky blue color, Arcane will be a purple color, and Lightning will be a yellow color. While in this state melee strike will go right though her as if it was like punching at air. The melee attacks of equal rank gain 10% damage resistance, gaining 10% more damage resistance for every rank higher Noa is to the Melee attack up to 50% damage resistance.
Name: Elemental Status Effects Type: Passive Description: Depending on on witch element is used during the casting of a spell one of the following status effects will happen. Unholy/demonic will drain the health out of the one(s) hit by the spell, Ice will freeze the one(s) hit by the spell, Arcane will sucks out magic power from the one(s) hit by the spell, and Lightning will paralysis the one(s) hit by the spell. Effect: D-rank - Unholy/demonic drains 5℅ HP from enemy then takes it an adds it as 2.5℅ Endurance to Noa, Ice freezes the enemy of equal or lower rank for 1 post, Arcane steals 5℅ of mp from the enemy, and Lightning paralysis of equal or lower rank for 1 post. Has a 2 post cooldown.
Name: Elemental Wing Manifestation Description: Gives Noa a pair of wings made out of an elemental aura that she controls. The elemental aura is made up of all four of the elements she has control of: unholy/demonic, ice, arcane, and lightning. They have a 15 feet wingspan . Effect: Flight, but can't be used as an offensive ability.
Name: Elemental Phasing Type: Passive Description: Noa can perform a burst of speed that allows her to move so fast it appears as if they have teleported. She can sustain only short dashes, able to maneuver at the high speeds accurately and does not cause any shock or disturbance to the surface they stop on. Depending on what element she attacked with last is witch one will appear in a cloud of dust from the starting point of her dash. Mages/Wizards that use the same element as their primary have a better chance to product where she will pop back up at. Mostly used to dodge projectiles and move behind enemies. But there are times where she just likes to show off how fast she is. Effect: 20% increase to base moment speed.

This spell creates a pair of dragon spirits, that charge and destroy everything in their path. Depending on the element used for this spell will be the color of both spirits; Unholy/demonic will be a dim grey color, Ice will be either a cyan or sky blue color, Arcane will be a purple color, and Lightning will be a yellow color. With a range of 25 meters in a straight line and causes C-rank damage: each dragon does 50% of the damage.

Name: Blown Kiss of the Heartstone Dragon Rank: D Type: Offensive - Unholy/Demonic, Ice, Arcane, or Lightning Duration: Instant Cooldown: Once per post Description: Noa blows a kiss at a target witch a heart shape orb appears then slowly turns into an elemental pink orb. Depending on the element used for this spell the orb will give of some try of element effect/simple shown of element; Unholy/demonic will give of a dark like aura, Ice will give off a cold breath looking aura, Arcane will give off a purple glitter aura, and Lightning will a sparking aura. Noa can only create one pretty big heart shaped orb, the orb can go as far as 11m with a speed of 7.5 m/s or if it hit something before the max range. Witch it will blows up and does splash dame of half of D rank to anyone within 4m range of it.

Then fires a shining beams from her body at the sky. Depending on the color of the beams will show witch element she had picked out to use; Unholy/Demonic would be a grey color, Ice would be a cyan/sky blue, Arcane would be a purple color, and Lightning would be a bright yellow color. Causing a elemental twister of witch elemental she chose to spread out all over the battlefield. The depression measures diameter 16 meters wide, and 10 meters high. It keeps both the opponent and her self trapped in it for 3 posts, 50% D-Rank damage each post; total 1.5x D Rank damage over the course of 3 posts to everything inside over the duration of the depression.

Then the elemental aura take the shape of a large dragon fang, she can then strikes at the target an it prices through their body. Depending on the color of the aura will apply difference elemental damage; Unholy/Demonic would be a grey color, Ice would be a cyan/sky blue, Arcane would be a purple color, and Lightning would be a bright yellow color. Cause C-rank damage to the anyone or anything hit by her fang shaped arm.

Name: Armored Exoskeleton of the Heartstone Dragon Rank: C Type: Defensive - Unholy/Demonic, Ice, Arcane, or Lightning Duration: 4 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: Noa engulfs her whole body in an elemental aura, witch is formed into that of a shape of suit and harden into that of steel. Then Noa's makes the suit take the shape of a dragon knight with heart shaped shoulder plates. Depending on the color of the aura will apply difference elemental damage; Unholy/Demonic would be a grey color, Ice would be a cyan/sky blue, Arcane would be a purple color, and Lightning would be a bright yellow color. The solid venom exoskeleton can withstand 3x C-rank damage before shattering and the exoskeleton being heavy it causes movement speed to be slowed by 20%.

Howdy! So I see you're using the cool lacrima you got from the IotM. Super cool idea, but there's a few things that need to be addressed first. Anything you see in this color are things I'd like you to fix.

Need an actual cooldown for each use. A cooldown of 2 posts between use is fine. Unholy/Demonic -- Change the 5% to endurance to 2.5% Ice -- May only freeze a target of equal or lower rank for 1 post only. Arcane -- 10% MP steal is too high for C Rank, please lower this to 5%. You can have this increase slowly as you rank up. Lightning -- Paralysis, much like freeze, may only effect targets of equal or lower rank for 1 post only
Name: Elemental Entity Creation Type: Passive Species: Dragon/Exceed Description: Able to create beings of elemental forces or shape existing elements into wanted shapes and purposes. They can grant the beings varying levels of independence (controlled, automatons/programmed, semi-independent) and existence (momentary to permanent) and delete the creature once they are done with them. Effect: A magic circle right next to Noa's feet that randomly spawns; unholy/demonic dragon, lightning dragon, arcane dragon, or ice dragon. Depending on the rank of Noa will change the state of the dragon (how much hp it has and how much damage it can cause by combat). D-rank - New Born Dragon (75 hp, 5 damage), C-rank - Baby Dragon (100 hp, 10 damage), B-rank - Child Dragon (137.5 hp, 15 damage), A-rank - Adult Dragon (175 hp, 20 damage), S-rank - Elder Dragon (212.5 hp, 25 damage), and H-rank - Master/King Dragon (275 hp, 35 damage). There's a 5 post cool before the next element dragon can be summoned. After all four elemental dragons have been beaten the whole ability goes on a 10 post cooldown that refreshes all the elements.

25% Damage Reduction is WAY too much for a D Rank spell. The most I'll allow is 10% Damage Reduction. This goes for either Unholy or ice. Arcane and Lightning are fine though.

Primary Magic: Heartstone Dragon Slayer [Gen 2] Secondary Magic: TBA Caster or Holder: Caster, Lost Description: The Heartstone Dragons, dragons whom have control over more than one element. Each dragon has four scale colors, each color representing a different element they control. Their scales seemed to changed colors based on the element they are using at the time, not all of them but enough to make it clear. Before these dragons vanished from history three lacrima were obtained from them and they vanished for many years. Recently they resurfaced and are for sale.
The slayers who use this Lacrima have access to four elements but their spells only feature one element each the cool thing is they decide what when they cast the spell. The down side is they have something visible on them change color to match the element.
Resistances: A heart slayer is resistant to all the elements they control but are not as much as a single element slayer. Spells: A heart Slayer can make spells of any element they control, the only draw back is they can't have multi elemental spells. A spell can only have one element at a time, the exception is in spell mixing. Consumption: A heart slayer can't eat pure versions of elements only elements that are mixed, and only with other elements they can use. This is a bit limiting but they have a naturally higher Mana regen only taking 3 posts to regen 10% Instead of 5(This cannot be lowered any further).

Lineage
Name: Shinigami Protection Description: The Gods of death, the Shinigami control the afterlife; sending each spirit to its rightful destination, while making sure that everyone dies at the right time. Every person has their own unique Shinigami. Occasionally, a Shinigami will develop a bond with a living mortal, and will assist them to the best of their abilities when they are most needed; sometimes lending the mortal their powers at the cost of their life span. Ability: The user is able to summon the help from their Shinigami in battle or to assist them solving a dangerous solution. Shinigamis cannot kill or fatally wound enemies, but can take what would be a fatal blow, or give their bound user time to act. The Shinigami lasts until killed, having 50% of the HP the user has. It can deliver melee attacks equal to the user's rank in melee damage and is considered to wield a legendary weapon. Usage: 5 post duration with a 10 post cooldown if the shinigami is slain or if the duration runs out.
Unique Abilities
Name: Elemental Shift Type: Passive Description: Noa can transform her body completely into fundamental elements; unholy/demonic, ice, arcane, and lightning. When transformed form can be either anatomically identical to their normal form, aside of being made of element, in which case it contains all organs and is somewhat vulnerable to attacks. Effect: Depending on witch element she is using a skin tight aura will appear around her whole body. Unholy/demonic will be a dim grey color, Ice will be either a cyan or sky blue color, Arcane will be a purple color, and Lightning will be a yellow color. While in this state melee strike will go right though her as if it was like punching at air. Well, I'm not going to allow this ability as it is now. But I can offer an alternative if you'd like: "Melee attacks of equal rank gain 10% damage resistance, gaining 10% more damage resistance for every rank higher Noa is to the Melee attack up to 50% damage resistance."
The reason I offer this is because I won't allow you to be impervious to damage from melee attack for a UA.
Name: Elemental Status Effects Type: Passive Description: Depending on on witch element is used during the casting of a spell one of the following status effects will happen. Unholy/demonic will drain the health out of the one(s) hit by the spell, Ice will freeze the one(s) hit by the spell, Arcane will sucks out magic power from the one(s) hit by the spell, and Lightning will paralysis the one(s) hit by the spell. Effect: Happens every other spell that used the same element. D-rank - Unholy/demonic drains 5℅ HP from enemy then takes it an adds it as 2.5℅ Endurance to Noa, Ice freezes the enemy of equal or lower rank for 1 post, Arcane steals 5℅ of mp from the enemy, and Lightning paralysis of equal or lower rank for 1 post. Has a 2 post cooldown after one of the element effects happens. Remove the first line "Happens every other spell that used the same element" as it isn't necessary. Also, remove "after one of the element effects happen as "has a 2 post cooldown" is all that's needed. Having that last statement makes it sound like you can use this for every element without a cooldown. So please remove that portion and we'll call this A-OK"
Name: Elemental Wing Manifestation Description: Gives Noa a pair of wings made out of an elemental aura that she controls. The elemental aura is made up of all four of the elements she has control of: unholy/demonic, ice, arcane, and lightning. They have a 15 feet wingspan . Effect: Flight, but can't be used as an offensive ability.
Name: Elemental Phasing Type: Passive Description: Noa can perform a burst of speed that allows her to move so fast it appears as if they have teleported. She can sustain only short dashes, able to maneuver at the high speeds accurately and does not cause any shock or disturbance to the surface they stop on. Depending on what element she attacked with last is witch one will appear in a cloud of dust from the starting point of her dash. Mages/Wizards that use the same element as their primary have a better chance to product where she will pop back up at. Mostly used to dodge projectiles and move behind enemies. But there are times where she just likes to show off how fast she is. Effect: Temporary 20% increase to base moment speed. Can just change this to "+20% boost to base movement speed" as a permanent buff to your character, if you wish.

Depending on the element used for this spell will be the color of both spirits; Unholy/demonic will be a dim grey color, Ice will be either a cyan or sky blue color, Arcane will be a purple color, and Lightning will be a yellow color. With a range of 25 meters in a straight line and causes C-rank damage: each dragon does 50% of the damage.

Depending on the element used for this spell the orb will give of some try of element effect/simple shown of element; Unholy/demonic will give of a dark like aura, Ice will give off a cold breath looking aura, Arcane will give off a purple glitter aura, and Lightning will a sparking aura. Noa can only create one pretty big heart shaped orb, the orb can go as far as 11m with a speed of 7.5 m/s or if it hit something before the max range. Witch it will blows up and does splash dame of half of D rank to anyone within 4m range of it.
