"A creature of the night versus a heroine born from darkness! A legendary showdown indeed - wait, did I just sound happy for my lineage? Ugh!"
Such were the words of the Hero to be, roaming the capital of Fiore. Well, it wasn't so much roaming as it was... Well roaming with a purpose. She had justice to spread, a villan to defeat. She hadn't a description of facial features or body structure, but she had one major advantage over her enemy, she knew what they were. Not what gender, what their hair color, body type, etc. What they were. And that what made them stand out like a bear around foxes.
A week ago, Lilian was tampering with her iLac, trying to see what it did. Being raised as a simple country girl, she hadn't much experience in technology, so she needed to learn. She found out how to use the news, and that showed something very angering to her. A story in Crocus about men and women - and children as well - being drained of their blood, and killed. At first she didn't know what being drained of blood meant, but then it dawned on her, a creature of the night, the fanged beasts, offspring of Dracula. Those aren't the people you see every day, which gave her the edge over them, they stood out. They may not have many differences from humans physically, but lifestyle-wise they were nigh completely different. With that thought, Lilian hopped on Marshmallow's back, and zoomed off.
It was on the ride to Crocus that she realized something - even if they were originally human, a vampire is no longer human. That meant Vidofnir would be able to kill them, which was really bad. A mass murderer deserved to die, yes, but it wasn't the Hero to Be's place to do it. She needed to play it safe. Also, there was the problem that she didn't know how strong this vampire was. But that didn't stop her determination, not one bit.
Now, it was the night, and Vidofnir the winged lance was in its slot on Marshmallow's saddle, as the wyvern walked beside Lilian. Not many people were around this area, it was a less desirable area of the capital. There were some, but not many. A good place for someone to hide, should they have done a crime. Any of the witnesses could be... Easily extinguished.
