[Open to GP, BR, and PC] A New Chapter

Well, the Guild Hall is officially open. All members invited should be on the seveneth floor of the Guild Hall of Golden Phoenix, the newest guild to hit the land of Fiore. There were three sub-floors designed for this floor, one being more of a casual business, one for just business, and one for a formal wear. For Elyx, he chose the top floor, for the formal people. A toast was about to be done from that area, and he was going to make sure it was done well. He was dressed up a little bit formally, with a tie. It was as if he were going to perform for an Orchestra. Well, maybe a bit less. Perhaps a Street Violinist. Yeah, that seemed more like it. As of currently, there were two people that he specifically allowed to be up at the current floor that he was on. Both of them were really close to him. Naturally, Izayuki, his girlfriend. A lot has changed in Black Rose, and now she ended up leading the group. Both of them had their guilds now, what an amazing honor. And then there was Aiyana, the other leader of her own guild, developing like the Wizard Saint's own was. Not only that, but they even had a contract together as Celestial Spirit and summoner as well. And there were some moments where she saved his life. Whether it be with the battle against Arianna, or the battle with the giant bees. Both these ladies were allowed to be up to the top with him, as the three of them would lead the toast to the new alliance being formed. While he was not sure if Black Rose and Pharaoh's Call would be aligning with each other, he knew that neither Iza nor Aiyana held hostility to each other, so he felt he could ensure the safety of the members.

Provided the both of them be there, they could be anywhere they felt like. However, it was almost time for him to deliver the speech that he had prepared all of the members for. There was some Cider waiting for him in a wine glass, as opposed to any form of alcohol... Admittedly, the Sky Slayer did think of having something like that for his toast and all his guests, but just could not bring himself to do it. No. Screw that. So everyone would be given some Cider instead, but it had been chilled at a little bit lower temperature than usual, so maybe it would be given a bit more of a strong taste. Everyone on the second and first floor would probably hear his voice above theirs once he raised his, which was the point. His right hand would raise upwards, about a foot or two above his head. Whether Aiyana or Iza be with him on the same floor with him or not, it was time to start. Hopefully the members below would have a listen. Ladies and gentlemen, I have a speech that I would like to give all of you, before a toast. A few chefs should be walking around, handing you your glass.
