[JOB] Steal The Famous Fudge Recipe

Beep beep beep. The alarm lacrima was smashed to bits after a not-so-happy girl stood up. "Stupid alarm..." she mumbled. It was 1:37 PM in the afternoon, sun shining throw the windows and into the eyes of many. The girl opened up the window of her room, taking in the fresh air of outside. After a few seconds of calm and quiet serenity, a bystander who gazed up announced a rather embarrassing fact. After a "hey, she's naked", a small crowd of eight people or so gathered right below Akane. Akane was unfazed and ignored the crowd, only retreating back inside to get ready to start the day. Still nude and exposing her small and slender figure to absolutely no one, Akane headed to the washroom, brushing up. While scrubbing her shiny white teeth, the brat thought about for how much longer would she be able to live here in this apartment. Her luck with scoring money was running out and she needed Jewels quick. Maybe a job today would suffice, one that has a decent pay.

Akane ventured outside her room, down the stairs and towards the job display board. The landowner smiled, seeing Akane finally doing something on her own. As she was about to comment on Akane's new behavior, her eyes locked in a dark stare. Asking in a cold tone, she said "Akane-chan...where are your clothes?"

Akane looked down, realizing that she wasn't wearing anything. "Oh." she state with a blank expression.

After taking the longest time to choose an outfit, the now awake Akane was ready to start the day! Lifeless staring at the job board taught the brat one thing; life doesn't give you time to be picky about jobs. As long as they're paying, they're doable. Akane bolted down, running like a blur past the board and grabbed a random request. As she ran and ran, she smashed into a couple poles, tripped over curbs, and knocked down people, all the while attempting to read the paper. It stated to head to Peace Village, leaving only the address and the rewards on the request.

After a long and tiring walk and boat ride to Peace Village, Akane was ready to get this job over with. She was extremely annoyed at the fact that she had to pay to get a job done. How ridiculous is that? She looked left, looked right. Then she realized something. The request didn't even state where to meet the guy. "Oh my- AHHHHHHHHHHH!" voicing her frustration. Several heads turned her way but she ignored the gazes. This was probably the worst day yet.

She decided to ask around, hoping someone would point her in the right direction. For some odd reason, everyone seemed to know exactly who was desperate enough to ask for help in this village. People among people pointed Akane towards a man by the name of Chef William Dorvald. He was losing in an annual competition to a rival. However, it happens that during this week, the rival had to leave and tend to things elsewhere. Because he was out of town, Mr. Dorvald was hoping that someone would help him in the act of stealing the recipe, renowned across seas. Apparently, fudge is a big deal.

After understanding the situation, our hero ventured off to save the day. Or well, save the day for a sore loser. It wasn't hard to locate the enemy territory, especially if they're the only other fudge-only restaurant in town. "Fudge cuisine, huh?" Akane said as she licked her lips.

Akane tried knocking, physically forcing, and even actually ringing the doorbell, none of which worked. "Guess they all went on vacation or somethin' if they ain't pickin' up." The door was bolted on tight, but thanks to Akane's magic, there's no way she wouldn't be able to enter. Three strands of her scarf fell loose and slipped right under the door. The next minute, the doors that were once locked magically opened. Smiling, Akane walked right through the doors like a princess. Inside of the place, the lights were off and all the chairs were up. Where could the secret recipe be?

It should've been obvious that upon entering a highly valued 5-starred restaurant of fudge that it would be protected with guards. The once quiet eat out was, within a second, filled with chefs with knives in funky positions. Dumbfounded at their sudden appearance, Akane squealed in delight. "I ain't gonna go easy, ojichan~"

As soon as she finished her sentenced, three of the four men jumped straight at her. She swatted them all like flies with the help of her scarf, Crimson Rose. They were easily knocked aside, presenting not even a little bit of trouble for the kid. She smiled like a maniac when combat took place. With only the last chef remaining, the brat blew a raspberry, an attempt to taunt the boss of the guards. He drew two knives as a response and ran towards her while yowling a battle cry. Akane dodged every single one of his hits and continued to play the game of cat and mouse. It went on for quite some time before he nipped at her hair. She was stunned, speechless. Looking at the ground, she questioned "Did you just cut off a strand of my hair?" The chef gave a smirk and thank god he did. It was his final smirk, after all.

Exiting with a triumphant look on her face and the secret recipe, Akane was presented with a 1,500 Jewels sum, as promised by the contender. As for the owner of such a wonderful recipe, he was suspected for murder of his sous chef. A giggle escaped Akane's lips as she thanked the ojisan for her money.
