Job Location: Ancient Ruins
Job Description: One day while in some town, a man ran past you at incredible speeds. Looking towards him to see what happened you realize you have a letter in your hand. Being compelled to open it, you do so. The letter describes that a new dungeon has appeared over by the mystical ancient ruins. Rumors have it a powerful magic item sits in the end of it. Please clear the dungeon and acquire the item before it falls into someone’s hands who doesn’t deserve it. I will know once you complete this and send additional rewards.Enemies:
Weak:
Wandering skeleton x3 :
This skeleton seems to have been resurrected from the nearly tangible magic energy in the air. It is quite weak and only needs 2 D rank damages to drop it. It seems to carry a sword and deal D rank damage back. Warning, they come in groups.
Normal:
Trap field x5:
You found a section of the cave that is trapped with pits, spear shooters, poison darts, and even a boulder drop. You have to sneak by these without tripping them off. Roll 5 normal die per person. Every die that hits 3 or less does ½ D rank damage to person. If the player is skilled in dodging or disabling traps you may attempt to disable the traps or sneak by.
Strong:
Fellow Adventurer:
Oh someone else found this dungeon as well. There seems to be a man moving through the dungeon, armed to the teeth in plate mail armor, and a sword. He hasn’t noticed you, so you may be able to sneak around. If he notices you, he will charge you with a broadsword that deals C rank damage. He take 9 D rank hits to go down. Though, since he is human head attacks deal extra damage, and can even one shot him.
Boss:
Daemon:
What is that? It is a tall demonic looking being. It rests at an easy 7 foot tall. It is standing right in front of the altar where a necklace sits, looking down at it. It seems like you are going to have to kill this beast. Its thick demonic skin makes it take 15 D rank hits to go down. It deals 1.5C rank damage by ripping into you with its claws. Headshots do not affect this thing, but get creative. Severing limbs always works.
Reward: D Rank EXP 1000 jewels. And a mystical necklace that is blood red and has a magical dark red aura around it. What could this be?

Magna was having a rather usual day hanging around town looking for ingredients of all kinds. It was a market day in Rose Garden, not the most common occurance, but today was going to turn out anything except ordinary for him. So in a way it made sense for a market to be here when it wasn't. Some of the stalls were not selling ingredients that were legal, some were clearly narcotics and as a legal mage it was of course his duty to report it. That or do exactly what he did, which was to walk past and flicked his hand downwards dropping a rotten egg, several in fact, by each stall. Several people ran off immediately from the stalls causing him to grin. Especially, as shortly after each of the stalls collapsed as their legs were hit by knives made of energy. There was no evidence of who it was. Unless of course you were paying attention and noticed that it was shortly after he walked past the things happened. Magna was not one to allow for narcotics to enter his town, even if he was formerly part of a bandit group and was technically part of a mafia.
It was at he'd taken down the final stall that suddenly someone came running at him and he went into a defensive stance, but the person didn't stop or speak or anything. He just ran straight past leaving, much to Magna's surprise, a letter in his hand. The letter wasn't normal either and seemed to have a strange magical aura to it. Not one he could place. He shrugged and unrolled the letter and began to read it.
It detailed a new ruin that had appeared over by the other ancient ruins. A ruin that, much like many of the ruins there, housed a powerful magical artefact. What was odd though was that he'd had the letter given to him by someone running like that. Why not just give him the letter normally? Or deliver it to the guild? It was a rather strange way of doing things. What's more it seemed to be addressed to him as if he could go get the item and no-one else could, but it also seemed like there would be opponents. A contest then. He had to get it before someone 'not worthy'. Apparently, he was worthy or so the letter suggested. He wondered if others had received the same latter.
"Oh well, could be fun." he said and headed off to go to the ancient ruins. It was time to go smash some bad guys and conquer some ruins. That was what he did. Or at least, it seemed a more common occurrence. In truth he did not relish, or even mayo, returning to the ruins. It would bring back bad memories of his time with Raiza there. That time he'd been forced to kill other humans and he really didn't like doing that.
